Had a few unfriendly conversations with General Manager...was told wouldn't honor free 30 day rental that Uhaul offers when do one way move. So never received. Truly not happy about misrepresentation. I called May 11th and talked to call center was told zero balance. Then got an email saying I was late after the 12th or 13th of May..I called and tried to explain I was entitled to 30 days free due to rental of truck and car hauler. Was told No won't honor but would take late fees off. I still haven't received credit for 30 days.

I have been to the office three times and they still can't correct my paperwork. I am paying for this unit, it's under my name every time I try to make a payment your system says I have no unit so I have to call customer service hey every time this is ridiculous you guys need to train our staff more. I'll be probably pulling my stuff out of your unit and go to somewhere where they respect and can get the paperwork correct the first time.

I will like to know if they fix the speaker near the gate...I noticed that nobody can speak to me back thru that voice speaker..... for emergency only#2 I really thank you for helping me with my reservation 5x10 is great because is on the first floor and what a awesome idea the doors are always lock nobody can get in without the card...I been a customer. since 2015 and I never been unsatisfied with your SERVICE...Thank you for been there for me with your service.

I returned from TX after 27 days to move out and a Mgr had a locked out tag with your padlock on it. They said I was mistaken, my unit was elsewhere. I had to identify what was stored before opening it...before I had access...Although all of my belongings were still there...if I had stayed out of state, it's likely everything would have been auctioned off....for that reason I will not give a referral or deal with this location again.

You can't be the best with out the best staff. You Uhaul you are the standard in witch all are compared, the best of the best. Consultive sales and high quality product. The woman who assisted me was professional and courteous. She elevates the product and does not stand in the way of a sale. Not curt but totally capable and willing/accommodating . Easy to rent at a reasonable rate and it was easy to check out of the unit once you are done. DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A PIC ONE YOU HAVE CLEANED OUT YOUR UNIT. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO DRIVE BACK TO WHERE THE STORAGE UNIT IS THEN TAKE A PIC AND RETURN TO THE RENTAL (HALF BLOCK AWAY). I'm sure it probably said that was required somewhere in all the fine print.

My past experiences were much better than my recent ones the staff is rude and difficult to work with they have no consideration for the customers. Their attitudes are poor. I will never use uhaul again. The facility is dirty doesnt get cleaned the ceiling leaks and still has not been repaired. The staff could care less about the customers or their concerns.

I moved my items out of my storage unit almost a year ago. I handled everything accordingly on my end, notified you guys of me moving my items out. I've been getting emails for months offering a settlement so I don't loose my things but there is no settlement to be had there's is nothing in the storage unit. As I stated earlier you guys were notified almost a year ago I was moving my items out. I've called to talk to someone in regards to this but have gotten nowhere. Of course you guys have emailed me "a final time" before I loose my items which again there's been nothing in that unit for almost a year. I suggest you guys keep tabs on your records and maybe this wouldn't be an issue and I wouldn't have been wrongfully harassed over payments that are not due to you guys. Ever person I spoke to in your company could clearly see in my records I notified you guys in January I was moving everything out. But yet no one could actually assist me in getting this resolved. After this experience I will not be using any services your company offers.

This was a terrible experience, we had to drive back and forth a couple times because the guy kept assigning us units that weren't available. ALSO!! Our reservation was for a completely different UHAUL facility. The first facility didn't tell us that they don't accept the offer (that we already had a reservation for) until after they took all of my information. Long story short... We wasted a lot of gas money, mileage, and time trying to get this cleared up. At least a whole extra day.

Unbelievably poor service. Had to run back and forth between the main office and storage location (0.2 miles) multiple times. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. Did not activate my gate card, could not enter storage area by moving truck or on foot. Could not get into the storage building. Staff unable to help. Spent over 3 hours waiting for someone else to open the gate.

The previous manager Jason locked me out of my storage for 2 months when I was finally able to get in it I noticed I have several items that were missing. He was a horrible manager and a even worse as a person. The new manager was very helpful even though he could not get me into my storage. Locks had to be changed because of what the previous manager did and that's when I discovered my items were missing. Overall until this experience I have had no problems with U-Haul.

Staff was poor because there is none!! On moving day or entry card stopped working! I called 3 times trying to reach help, total wait time was 1 1/2 hour. Someone said they would call the nearest uhaul and go help. NO HELP CAME! He and movers got in following someone. He had a 45 minute wait getting out!! We payed a mover $135 an hour. So our current storage is with another company!!

Storage was dirty and I had to get a broom to sweep it out myself but they expected it clean when I moved out. Also GM at the Kino sports UHAUL changed the entrance protocol to CARD use only No Pin without notifying me so I was locked out of my storage one weekend because when I went to ask why I couldn't get in with my pin they were closed. Don't go here because they're so unprofessional and don't bother to try and help u fix the problem

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited in showroom for 15 minutes while two employees worked on a phone order. Neither acknowledged my presence. Reserved unit was unavailable. No explanation was given, no sorry for the inconvenience. Was told there were no unit at all until pressed about the second reservation. Was told they could not do the free month for renting a uhaul truck. Was told my lock was not acceptable for security reasons but they had no locks for sale. The employee, Fernando loss did not seem to care at all. Overall a terrible experience

Bathroom dirty, no toilet paper on 03/12/21. Due to flooring company delaying my move for several weeks by bringing the wrong floor twice I couldn't move out until 03/13/21. I was paid up through 03/12/21. I went to office on 03/12/21 to ask for a little extension and even agreed to pay for another week. I had movers coming the next morning and was out by 11 am on the 13th. The clerk on the 12th was less than sympathetic, borderline rude and passive aggressive at which point I got mad too. I literally had to pay for AN ENTIRE MONTH FOR 11 HOURS OF STORAGE USE!! Ridiculous!!!

My storage container was robbed and all of my belongings were stolen and none of the cameras inside of the building were running so there was nothing that I could do except take a hit and the staff at U-Haul including online and filing a claim or not helpful at all whatsoever. Most likely and inside job so now I have to hire a lawyer and a detective. Super sad I wish they were much more helpful and don't believe anything that they say about security.

I was lied to. I was asked by Uhaul if I was aware that I qualify for 1 month free storage. When I got to the storage unit they said they can't give us the 1 month free storage. They couldn't honor it the gentleman said they are almost at full capacity. I was so upset and HAD to pay for the storage unit $144.29 I'm not from Tuscon as we just moved and I couldn't drive around to find a cheaper storage unit. I needed to get my truck unloaded and returned back. I will never ever rent from Uhaul again. Also when I first reserved the truck I had to drive almost 2 hours to Soda Springs, Idaho to get it. Plus the other trailer I reserved wasn't at the store in Pocatello so I just canceled that trailer. You need to let people know that they will need to possibly travel to get their truck and also about the storage unit..I have been told by several people that they have been offered 1 month free storage unit only to have to pay for it.

There was confusion of my purchases and rentals in Washington but the Manager, Jarrett, at the Kino Sports U-Haul office in Tucson, Washington was very helpful and accommodating. He took care to make sure that everything was current and up to date. I was very happy with my service there.

When I first rented it was a total mess. After completing all the paperwork I was still not in the system so could not access my unit. I called the emergency number and was greeted by a man's voice who instructed me to go back to the office and someone would be able to reset my card. I then returned to the office and was informed that there was nothing they could do and I was no where in their system. I would need to contact the manager in the morning. I was going out of town the following morning so that was not a possibility. I ended up paying for 3 additional nights at the motel I was staying at just to make sure my possessions were safe spending an additional $125.50. I tried unsuccessfully to contact someone to help me but all the time was informed that I needed to contact the manager. Finally this morning I was able to connect with Jarrett and he made everything perfect. I was able to get my items into storage and go about my day. Thank you Jarrett for making this awful situation turn around.

I was very glad to choose this uhaul facility. It was very easy to get my stuff in. The elevator and the little carts were super nice to have which made my move easier into the facility. I liked how well lit it was. I liked how secure everything was. It was very seamless and my movers made it easier too. I thought it was super cool my unit was underground which you wouldn't think of just looking at it.

From my first experience up until now I have always had such great service. It's been 5 years since then and 10 plus storages unit and countless rental trucks! U-haul is my number one run to place when I am in a time of need. I have never had poor customer service and been treated poorly not once. I highly recommend this company. The kino sports park location is fabulous for being on top of things and dealing with stuff in a very timely manner. You will not be disappointed I promise!

I had to go into the store a few times yesterday. The morning staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. Later when I returned to check out my equipment the staff member was a bit rude and not as helpful. I believe he was new and may have been frustrated but I left feeling as though I was not assisted and had to eventually call the main number for assistance.

Jarrett was very kind, caring, patient, and pleasant with me. I came in from out of town; short on time to combine 2 storage units, and ran into a few delays. I was feeling overwhelmed not to mention tired and hungry and Jarrett took his time, kept calmed and was able to fix everything. I was able to walk away with my mind at peace and relief. I contacted corporate chat support about semi access and was told it would be no problem. This was for an out of state move with 3 storage units. When the movers arrived with a 53 foot trailer, they had to park on the road, rent a shuttle truck, and shuttle 5 more times. I had to pay for that shuttle service which sucks,

When we moved our household goods into the storage facility approximately six weeks ago, there was very OBVIOUSLY a man literally living in a storage unit 3 doors down from unit 448. We had to keep watch on him the entire day of moving in for fear he would steal items during the move not yet IN the unit or OUT of the truck. I told the manager this and he assured me that they knew, were watching the security cameras, and had legal plans in motion to evict him. Well, six weeks later, I am having things moved out and who is there?!? The SAME friggin guy living in the same friggin unit! SIX WEEKS LATER! C'mon - this is an absolutely unacceptable safety and security risk! Good Lord! How are people supposed to feel safe and secure about their household goods with a dude LIVING three units down??? Sheesh.

The lock on my storage unit was changed and I was not contacted of the lock being changed. The lock was cut off and when I was able to access the unit, the unit was empty. I paid rent beginning March 16 and was not offered reimbursement of my payments. Basically, I was paying for an empty storage unit. I had to purchase and replace the items that were stolen. My experience was horrific!

Your office staff were great. Except that you were trying to charge me after i left. My apartment burned down so i am having to live in my RV, otherwise i would still be storing it there. The price was good. I have no complaints other than the afore mentioned above. My experience was All good.

We have used the facility for 4 or 5 summers now to store our children's furniture for college. We have continually worked with Jimi Ramirez. She is outstanding to say the least. She should teach a course in customer service. She is always helpful and takes extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction.

The place was permanently closed and a hold was still put on my card. I did the app check in and by the time I noticed they were closed it changed my card. The other place charged my card as well so now there is two 45 holds on my bank. It sucks.

From day one, I was impressed with the U-Haul Benton Hwy location's facilities in that everything was so very clean and swept of dust and debris and so well maintained. Had a 630pm reseration. Called saying i was running late. Arrived at 640pm. You close at 7pm. Employee Outside with the door locked. Said he couldnt help me because your computer system "started acting wierd around closing". Exposed me to 2nd hand smoke. Entire facility reeked of cigarrettes and Lysol. Had to wait outside due to health issues. Call center where i made reservation was rude. Did not answer direct questions. Wanted a credit card on file before she would even tell me what she had available. Did not tell me about a 100 deposit due at pickup or mandatory insurance. Tried to sneak it into paperwork. Still has not refunded deposit. My advertised one way rental for 89 dollars in reality cost $270 plus fuel. No would not recommend uhaul. Rude. Lie to customers. Dont want to work. Go somewhere else.

I returned my rental about an hour before location opened. When I returned the vehicle there was no clear signage as to where to park the truck. I parked it in a spot by the door. When I returned the vehicle it was in the same condition that i recieved it. Now while i am at work i get an email that an unknown person dropped off the vehicle and there is an accident that supposedly took place that left a hole in the roof close to the cab of the truck. There was no hole in the vehicle. There was no accident. Now I'm being charged over $400 for something that did not happen. I have one of the movers that helped me willing to state there was no accident and the truck was in the same condition it was rented to me. I will not be paying for something I did not do. I have used Ubayl for all my moves for over 20 years and have never had an accident nor returned the truck in any other condition than what it was given to me in.unfortunately if thia is not resolved and this charge removed from me I will never use uhaul again.
