The girl working was DID NOT WANT TO WORK. I feel like it was a horrible experience from the moment I arrived until I walked out of the lobby. First off, the poor guy in front of me was rented the wrong piece of equipment and the lady kept making it clear that she would NOT give him a refund. Loudly. Then a few days before when I reserved my truck online, I also reserved a $7 dolly with it. Well the lady then tells me they only have $10 dollys and I can be charged extra. I told her I didn't feel like it was my fault they didn't have the equipment I reserved and then all of asudden she remembered they had a $7 one in a truck and went outside to actually do her job. I feel like it was some type of scheme to get me to pay more? Even if it's $3 more it was still the fact that that was her aim. Felt annoyed and ripped off leaving. After being there for almost an hour.

Pd 882.00 one way was kinda hoping to get some money back but didn't but did get a month free of storage and my only concern with that is I got a small one that was on top but wanted one on floor level but had no choice to take top my concern is safety it was very difficult to climb up that ladder with no safety features and could of fallen also seen roaches climbing on outside of wall you guys may want to call pest control but other than that I mean I got here so thanks

Please clean the vehicle before renting it out as there was so much hair stuck on the fabric seat on the drivers side, I had to use a cover on the seat in order to drive it. Also, the type of van I had rented and was guaranteed was not there when I arrived. The van I was given was the only one on the entire lot.

I was charged for the insurance when I declined it. Also, I was there 10 minutes before my reserved time and I was not assisted until 11:30am as 1 person was working and another person was in the back office.

After doing a reservation 2 weeks prior, uhaul customer service texted the day before, at 1500 that they have no truck available. Customer service Ashley's response is drive 40 miles out to get a another truck from a different location or cancel the reservation because there's no truck. We had already payed movers to come in, non refundable. Disrespectful and rude. Will talk to customer service management.

Rented a appliance dolly that strap didnt work right. The handle you use to tighten the straps was broke. I only came for the application dolly because it got that feature. Also my deep freezer fell on me due to this maintenance. Not please at all

The staff was very nice every time I came in. The manager (at least I think she was the manager) was extremely helpful and kind when assisting me with finding additional storage units after I took their last units at their location. She called around and found me the space I needed. She showed genuine concern and made my very hectic day a bit easier. Need more people in the world like her.

Your online it's not as accurate as it needs to be I was left a whole day without equipment. This caused me to delay my plans. Now personally it's no one's fault everyone at the locations were kind thoughtful and very very nice. But your online appointment and locations information communication really does need help.

Not give dirty trucks out at all and not charge a EXTRA day for being less than 30 mins late. That's completely horrible business. How do you guys charge a customer a entire day charge for being less than 30 mins late. Which I explained to them before I brought the truck there was a situation that happened due to my son being sick and they still charged me. Completely horrible business and customer service. Will not be using this company again.

The young man behind the counter would come in and out with a line of people waiting. He didn't say hi , i'll be right back. He said nothing to anyone as he came in and out from doing something outside. He stopped to talk to another employee while checking out and made the transaction take longer than it needed. The cab was not clean when I received it. I had to wipe the cup holders down. When i returned the trailer , it took a while for someone to come out as it stated to wait outside to return. Had I read the reviews on this location prior to renting, I would have looked for another location.

When I went there was 2 employees, one was working assisting a customer. The other was doing nothing asked me if I needed help, I said I was picking up a trailer that I reserved and did all of the pre checkout online. She said ok and said that the other person would help me, instead of helping me herself. So I waited patiently.

When I arrived, I could not get in the drive as there was a truck parked in the entrance! An employee was standing and looking at the truck, but made no effort to move it, then he walked away, leaving the truck parked where it was. When I finally got into the store, there were 2 other customers, but NO employees! A salesman finally came in 20 minutes later. I thought about leaving, but I had a rental scheduled for 9:30. It was 11 before I was able to get the truck! When I turned the truck in, a woman told me I would have to check myself in using my cellphone. She repeated this numerous times, but it was only after the 5th time telling me did she include that photos were needed! My interactions with U-Haul have not been good overall in this area. I don't know if it's because of Fort Hood and U-Haul think they are the only moving supply store, but customer service is horrible! Employees yell at customers; argue with each other, often laced with profanity, in front of customers; and one employee apparently showed up for work wearing a dirty uniform. The lack of professionalism is very apparent!

The area to return the trailers is really cramped. It's hard to position the vehicle to back the trailer in because of this sign by the entrance next to the canopy to return vehicles. If it could be moved to be able to use the space it would make returning the trailers easier for everyone involved.

I was told I could not use a debit card, I had to have someone other than myself to verify me, my Texas State drivers licence and credit card was not good enough. I had to call relatives or friends so they could verify who I was. How insane. I am a disable veteran who just needed a truck to haul some lumber, for a very short period of time.

Due to covid we have to wear masks. The staff was not wearing a mask. And they were eating... I brought it to their attention about the masks being necessary and they said " oh yea but" and continued eating.. Some 4 more customers came in without masks and they didnt tell them anything. I ecpressed how i had lost 2 family members of covid and 23 friends and maks were necessaty and they laughed it off... I stayed and used it only because i was already there and it was a convenient location.. You need to speak to them.. Thank you

Both the Manager and her Assistant were extremely helpful, professional and kind. The store was completely filled with customers returning and picking up their rentals, yet the employees maintained a very professional demeanor. They also kept in contact with the customers waiting in line, offering faster checkouts for those just dropping items off. We had a very good experience.

I reserved a Storage unit weeks in advance. When I showed up to transfer my stuff in the unit, Uhaul had leased the unit to someone else while I was listed as the leaser. It was a bad experience.

Experience is very good even though I got behind on my bill and couldn't really get caught up the buyout option of the storage is a great fall back for if you don't want to lose anything precious.
