My only issue is having my card for payment manually entered by your staff. I really felt uncomfortable.Please correct this issue so that customers can swipe and then enter their pin number. Thanks!

When I went in to reserve my car trailer the lady was no help at all and just told me to reserve it online. The day I went to pick it up both them men working that day were very helpful but that lady just really set me off.

Upon unloading my vehicle the piece of metal that stops the car from rolling forward off ramp stuck to my front bumper . During unloading the piece ripped my front bumper off on the passenger side .

Ensure the employees give out accurate information. I was informed that I would be charged for the days that I rented a cargo trailer. That wasnt the case. I only had the trailer for 2 out of 5 days. When I turned it in and called the location I rented it from they said I will be charged for 5 days. That really had me upset especially after driving for 19 hours nonstop, downloading the trailer as soon as I get to my destination, to only be told that I have to pay for the 5 days. As a customer service like that makes want to seek other companies and I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to other people.

Uhaul’s are in such high demand in this area! We just wish we had the option to use the truck all day. But regardless, the app was easy to use pick up and drop off was far lass complicated than we thought it would be. We will definitely be using it again!

In "97 it was dirty and run down. Reached out to corporate / regional office ( Nicole 512-865-4153) and never received an answer about concerns. Paying $106 for 8X8 is ridiculous.. Mgr not honest.

The manager went out of her way to get us the correct storage lockers. My belongings were in a clean safe facility. Easy transition. The office runs a bit slow but it’s ok. Everything was awesome

They sold me a tow hitch , then hooked it up,upon return to get same trailer she said it was the wrong one and it would cost to get another one.

I clearly told the representative I needed a storage unit. She chose a storage locker. Yes, a locker. It was so strenous loading tuff boxes onto a ladder into a locker. We rented for 39 minutes! Sad!

The only issue I had was my EMERGENCY CONTACT was sent a collection letter when I was late. That’s not what they are for. A late payment is not an EMERGENCY CONTACT issue.

I reserved a Storage unit weeks in advance. When I showed up to transfer my stuff in the unit, Uhaul had leased the unit to someone else while I was listed as the leaser. It was a bad experience.

Experience is very good even though I got behind on my bill and couldn't really get caught up the buyout option of the storage is a great fall back for if you don't want to lose anything precious.
