First time using this type of service and I was very pleased with service in both states, FL and AZ. The box actually arrived a week before expected. I was glad to be able to coordinate w/ my movers to up my delivery/removal of items from the box. The only issue I experienced was it was sometimes difficult to get thru to a specific uhaul location by phone. Natalie in AZ location was amazing in assisting me to get the change in delivery date. Mover service JnP were great! Courteous and Mr James and his partner were great and quick in unpacking the Ubox.

On move out I rented a trailer and though the staff member hooking me up checked the lights he didn't bother to tighten the hitch latch and the trailer disconnected from my truck. Had I been on the road, it could have led to a serious accident. That is unacceptable!!!!

KYLE GThe 1970's called and they want their van back. My rental was a Chevy. I was disappointed to get a van that could not be locked & unlocked with a fob. The Ford vans that you rent have fob locks. I had personal property stolen from the van when I stopped at Publix on the way home. I'm in the habit of locking my vehicle with the fob, and apparently did not properly lock the driver side door. Why don't you update your fleet?

The lock on the entrance door worked only at the very beginning of our rental...months ago. It was always open. So we wd use our card, but it was not needed to get in the building. Bathroom was always very clean. Lot has huge holes...need gravel/repair. Convenient storage. Always well lit. Great staff...especially the woman at the desk and out on property. Always kind and ready to assist.

It would've been a disaster for them to save their day to do that and there was be no storage unit available. I would have been so embarrassed. So Linda saved the day. Thanks Linda.

However the owner doesn't properly maintain this facility and he allows people to rent who are of questionable character. My unit had noticeable water issues and cockroaches from a neighboring unit. The balcony area is full of standing water puddles outside. The exterior balcony sliding door lock is faulty and requires a replacement too.

Feel we were forced to take the more expensive one when it wasn't nessisary, we only moved a few things into small storage unit and did it fast. Now I don't trust them and will worn others. As matter fact, same just happened to my daughter there.

Took 5 calls, which were never returned and a 1/2 hr visit to get the manager to cancel my contract. The staff does not speak English and will hang up or simply refuse to speak with you if they don't know what to do. The staff is also extremely scared of the manager Mario and would not contact him for assistance on his day off. Very strange customer service methods. I finally did get this contact canceled but it came with extreme effort on my part. I got a unit at another location, despite having to pay more money. But i guess the saying you get what you pay for is correct in this case. Also units listed online are not correct, they have no units available because they are all rented out to flea market vendors who sell directly out of the units. They need to update this so they stop misleading people.

I paid for a lock as part of my online move-in but the attendant told me that this specific Uhaul was out of locks so I would need to buy another one. No refund was offered. Also, the attendant had already offered my reserved storage unit to another customer as a backup unit (other customer was on site and had a much larger storage unit but was concerned they may need more space). Ultimately, I received the unit I was assigned via my online move in but am concerned that online offers are not true to what's actually happening on site.

I had only one problem with the U- haul facility in Key Largo Fl , and it is the way they built the buildings it is very difficult to manuver big trucks and trailers. Other than that I had no problems what so ever. The unit went through a hurricane and I had no problems with leaks .
