No problem with either location but it should be noted that the truck is in need of major repairs. Suspension is rough handling, to much play in the steering wheel, alignment is insanely off, and wiper blades need replacement. At 103,000 miles, this should be expected but YEESHDaniel E.

horrible customer service. When I picked up the item, I asked the clerk if my DL would be deleted after the rental was complete (which I totally disagree with taking a photo copy of my DL) the rep said I'd make money, just check my mailbox. I did not understand what he was saying, but he was trying to joke about identity theft, to which I said that isn't funny when you have had your identity stolen. He apologized, but the joke was not funny to me. When I returned the item, I called the store for someone to unhook the item, to which no one answered, and went to off-site voicemail. I had to unhook the item myself. When I went inside, the worker was in a room with the door closed, I had to loudly say hello to get their attention. I asked if the phone rang in here and she said no. What kind of customer service is u-haul using, if the customer has to beg for service? poor customer service at all locations I have visited, employees are very lazy. Seems the customers are inconveniencing the employees with wanting to give them business.Jimmy P.
Your website is not user friendly! Had to call every time to make changes! In person was good. But all my pre check in etc wasn't apparently I was charged to much when I prepaid! They tried to fix it at the Justin location but were unable to do that. I was charged to much for the insurance! That is not appropriate! You should give me a refund for that!!! This was a super convenient location for me. I had five units which I could access at anytime. They offer remote openers so that you don't even have to get out of your car to open the gate. If you're going late at night or in the middle of a hot day, this is a great perk. I had all of my belongings here for 10-11 months. Everything worked out perfectly. Not a good way to operate. I will not be using u-haul again after my recent experience. I made a reservation with a 1pm pickup time. I got there to pick up at 4pm and was told I no longer had a reservation. No phone call or text was sent telling me this was going to happen and there was no indication that the pickup time was so strict. You just cancel my reservation without notification????! First when I reserve a vehicle 2 weeks in advance then you make me drive to another city to get it is unacceptable! The truck drivers window was broken and the truck pulled to the left. I will be looking at other options next time I need a vehicle.Jack B.
The truck had the passengers door caved in and a hole ripped in it. The front end was shot. at 50 MPH it dolphined, the steering will was at 70 degrees out of alignment and steering the truck was more of a suggestion. and any bump you hit the truck would skip around on the road..DAVID J.
I was charged $58.00 for fuel when I left the fuel marker twice what it was when I got the truck. I purposely put more fuel in to do this. I'm reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent charge to my debit card. It was over a quarter of a tank and it was not that full when I left. I have receipts that show the amount I put in when I left the uhaul in Texas. This was a good experience until your vendor here in pittsburg took advantage of me. I also have pictures when I dropped it off. Headed to chase bank now to show them the evidence...Thomas C.

While the Justin location was fantastic and their general manager was extremely helpful, the corporate U-Haul experience was TERRIBLE! My reservation was moved from one location to another a few days before the date. Then at that new location, my pre-rented equipment was not available. I was planning to move 5 appliances and several large pieces of furniture, but no furniture dolly or appliance dolly was available??? I'm really annoyed with U-Haul corporate.Caleb F.

We have had this storage since it first opened before it was Uhaul. Everything has always been great BUT the lighting inside the air controlled buildings needs updated. It's VERY hard to see inside each unit, we always had to use our phone flashlights which isn't always convenient. The only other thing that changed was the trash receptacle access. I think trash should be REQUIRED at a storage facility. Trash pickup isn't that expensive, I know bc that's my husband's profession, and is the best thing to offer to customers! Only issue is that your system started declining my auto pay card for no reason. I did not notice this issue until my unit was red tagged. Luckily this was during office hours. I literally gave the office the same Credit card with the same 2024 expiration date and your system accepted without hesitation. Everything was going well… The regular manager is super friendly, respectful and accommodating. On 9/17/21 when I came to check out however, I couldn't get the lock to one of the units to open. After trying and trying, the young lady who was covering the morning shift also tried unsuccessfully. Mind you the locks were the ones the facility provided when I stored the stuff. I bring them from the outside… Finally, that young woman who was covering said I had to call a Locksmith technician to open the lock at my own expense. After calling around I found a technician who could come. The technician sprayed the lock, and 1 minute later, he opened it for a cost of $120. That's in addition to the hour that my movers spent waiting for locksmith to come, while I was paying them $165 an hour. I recommend the facility, but bring your own lock, and when you're moving out, bring some lock lubricant with you. That young woman had a very flat affect, not friendly at all, but she was only covering as I said earlier. Otherwise the experience wasn't bad.MARIE M. | Overall Experience

We had a great experience. Loved how secure our trailer was over the weekend. As you can see by our address, we are not from this area. Our hotel the Marriott didn't let us park our trailer on their grounds. We couldn't park our trailer at the Texas Motor Speedway, where our event was held due to other events going on at the same time. So thank you for having a safe place to leave our trailer over the weekend. We just wish you had weekend rates. I had to pay a monthly storage fee when I only needed 3 days. Our boat was messed with and engine raised on two separate occasions. The facilities security system went down for 3 weeks in Aug. 2020 due to lightning. Our tarp was messed with and they were aware of it but did not notify us of either. We ended up loosing our trolling motor, 6 poles, a net an innertune and fishing tackle to theft and they siphoned 20 gallons of gas out of our tank and of course this happened while the cameras were down. Nobody notified us. We went to use our boat and found all of it gone! When we mentioned it to the manager she said "oh ya the IT guy mentioned to me that your tarp was moved a couple times and he tried to fix it" but nobody thought to let us, the owners, know about it!! We lost $3,400 worth of stuff!! I would NOT reccomend this place unless your boat/camper is locked up tight and even then the outside will get messed with. The manager should have told us when the security system went down and also when she was aware of our boat being messed with. Whoever took it all had a LOT of time to siphone that much gas and unbolt the trolling motor. Makes me wonder who all knew the cameras were down!?Katherine P. | Overall Experience
