Wasn't able to turn in equipment on time the website kept telling me that my location indicator was not on but it was on. I would not recommend UHaul overall. I made my reservation a week in advance for a 26' truck, only to show up to find out that my reservation had been canceled on Wednesday? I had not done that, but for some reason UHaul did. I didn't even get a cancelation notice!PAULA M.

It was unclear where I could park the truck. All of the obvious spaces were full, except for one that was blocked because some idiot parked their return in a way that blocked access. There could have been email instructions or a notice near the key drop that keys should be dropped AFTER completing the online return process. I locked the truck and dropped the keys and then saw AFTERWARD the I needed to take a pic of the odometer.Maria C.

Reservation of additional truck loading items was not available when picking up truck due to none were available. Why reserve such items when they are not there. A already stressfull move with no equipment to to assist is not good business. If these items are set aside for those customers that have reserved them then it would be better than the customer having to go somewhere else to get the equipment.CHERYL W.

Took forever to get help. I was given the key and told the trucks outside. It was in the very back of the buildings. When I came to drop it off... the store smelled like someone was smoking weed in the store.LORA H.
my location changed 3 times, put me far away pick up with no other option. my moving got delayed and I have to pay helpers extra money. I need $50 that I need to get from Uhaul for not providing Uhaul.RAFAY S.
I reserved 3 dozen moving blankets with my reservation. When I showed up the associate informed.me she sold all the moving blankets right before I showed up. I ended up having to buy them somewhere else for a lot more money. Moving is expensive and that is the last thing someone needs to deal with when they are on a schedule. I had to run and grab more and had my movers waiting for me. If I pre order certain things I should get them. You should look at your orders for the day and compare them to your inventory so this doesn't happen. Next time I will use another service.THOMAS M.

I thought the great thing about Uhaul was the ability to do one-way trips. I needed a particular trailer but was told I would have to return it to the same location! I took it because I needed it and then returned it to the more convenient location anyway. Charged double the cost. I was in the wrong for using it the way I needed it, but telling me I can't get what I need without driving it all the way back is a racket.ROBERT T.
I used a $19 truck to move my washer & dryer to my new place (total miles was about 7 miles)I told them I would be back in about an hr.I even put $15 with of gas. Well I just checked my bank account & they charged me $120 & the manager asked me if I varified the return mileage on a text message that I never got. I rented a truck last Friday for 24 hrs & it was just $60 but my point was he told me to just return the keys & they would Email me my receipt.So I did the same thing & they messed me out of over $100 because they charged the person that used the truck after me to my account & act like it's my fault.. Well I had forgotten my car keys in the truck and one of the guys there that's helped me out from the beginning of this process, called me right away to lmk before closing for the day and I really appreciate him and how smooth this whole thing went . The truck was dirty in the box. The truck had a coolant light on when I started it. I told the person inside and he just said don't worry about it. He said that they would have to return the truck and then send it to a repair shop. I had to stop on the road to let the truck cool off when driving. The truck had less than 1/4 tank when I picked it up and had over 1/4 tank when I returned it. When I checked it in online they charged me a fuel charge. When I told the guy checking it in, he said I would have to prove otherwise. I told him that I took pictures when checking it out online. He said than you are obviously below what you brought it in at. He was real ugly about it and I did not appreciate it. Bad service, bad experience this time, bad equipment...Chris E.

Besides moving furniture for others, I'm not sure what else can be done. You're open on Sundays, rates are pretty reasonable, vehicles always clean and well maintained.
