Fix the main entrance door. The glass was completely cracked and door so bent off frame that it was locked and closed when I went to reserve a trailer. Thankfully, the employee working saw me standing out front and came around to let me know that they were in fact open! Other than that, 10/10 experience.

I rented a car trailer close to my home , went paid for it . Spent time hooked it up to my truck and was about to leave . Before leaving I gave it one more inspection and I realized it was missing 1 ramp . I almost drove 3 hours and would have realized the trailer was useless . I had to travel 15 miles to another U-Haul to rent a different trailer . Because I was already committed to picking up this car . At the end of my trip I called the U-Haul dealer close to my house to drop the trailer off there instead of having to travel another 30 miles . I was told I would have to pay another $100 dollars if I wanted to do that , so I had to travel another 30 miles to return the trailer . I was the one that realized the original trailer was missing the ramp. Someone from U-Haul would have had to travel 150 miles if I was there stuck so I thought some customer service would have been the right thing to do and let me drop the trailer close to my house for my inconvenience . But no U-Haul wanted another $100 from me . What happened to customer service? Thanks for listening to my complaint. Mike

I was charged for 3 gallons of gas and i have pictures of the gas needle and mileage both before and after. I only went 12 miles and I also topped the gas off. How can I get a refund for the gas ?

Your technician forgot to release my parking brake. When I drove away the alarm went off. I returned to U-Haul to have him release my brake. I had just purchased my car and didn’t know how to release the parking brake. Your technician was annoyed at me. This was not my fault.

I bought a U-Haul lock that was broken. The manager at Public Storage was unable to open it as well as my workers. I returned to U-Haul and asked for help and was told to go to Harbor Freight and purchase bolt cutters, which I did for $35. I left the broken lock at the U-Haul office, expecting to be reimbursed. However, the manager is on vacation so I was told to wait. I am sure that she will correct the situation…

U-Haul changed my pick up location without notifying me which caused me an hour delay as well as caused me to increase the mileage to drive which ended up costing me additional money. I did call the morning of when I found out my location was changed and was told a note would be left on my reservation that I am not to pay the additional mileage due to the inconvenience and yet I did. Returning the truck after hours was also just a hassle and not as easy as it’s made out to be.

Hire more people for this location. Having just one person man the counters and lending out equipment outside is ridiculous, I had to wait over 30 minutes after arriving at this location to be assisted. Will not come back to this location until better staffed.

The app is TERRIBLE!!!!! It doesn't work at all. Thank goodness for the wonderful customer service of the employee who helped me this morning, and was super patient as I tried time and time again to use the app. After at least 20 min, he just helped me himself.

Very friendly staff. The work was done well. I haven't tried out the hitch with my bike rack yet, but it looks solid. The only change I would recommend is to let customers know in advance how long it takes to put on a hitch. Fortunately, there are plenty of stores and cafes near this uhaul, and I didn't need to be somewhere that morning, so the 1.5 hour wait wasn't a problem for me. But I can imagine people being very inconvenienced if they don't have a ride and have to just wait in at the Uhaul. Otherwise, great service and friendly staff. Especially Anthony, who installed the hitch.

The trucks transmission was slipping so bad it was very unsafe. When I informed the u haul employee upon returning the vehicle he clearly had heard this before because he was nodding his head as i was explaining the issue. And he actually said " The mechanics are aware" Not good business practice to let consumers drive unsafe Vehicles....

My trailer bake and turn signal lights worked fine when I picked up the trailer, at night when I was ready to travel from New York to Florida none of the running/parking lights were working. I called roadside assistance and some did come and fix the problem after3 hours of diagnostic tests then I was finally able to get on my way but it did delay my plans and had to reschedule some things

The staff were great, but the storage facility needs to be torn down and a new storage facility needs to be built. The current self storage facility is beyond dated. I took one look at the dated facilities and immediately decided to cancel and find a more modern facility to store at.

A Light inside the unit would have been amazing ! Get the extra coverage, a leak above damaged my furniture but it was very easy to make the claim and receive the funds.

Only thing i would say is giving back a retro amount for unused days i work for the us government and the movers got their 5 days after my lease renewed , so now those 3 weeks of un used storage , goes where? And you will rent that unit out to someone else piggy backing my rental for those 3 weeks

The only problem was that when the customer service agent went to show me how to use my pin Personal Access code, it was not working. He said sometimes it takes a while...we tried it again, and it still didn't accept my code. I will try it again by myself when I go there next. Hopefully it will work. You should fix your software problem. I'k paying for that part of the service to be included..

I’m sorry that I decided to use your facility. It was more of the money management- first my card was charged twice one month and then after I vacated the storage unit it was charged again incurring a 30$ fee!!!!! I notified the office and called the general number when I vacated. I would like the fee reimbursed to me

Everything was A-OK. The unit is advertised as having a ceiling height of 6' so I was positively surprised that it was more like 7'. That really helped me store my stuff as I am over 6' tall. Thanks!

The access hours are bad. You have to pay to extend which I can not stand. But they monopolize the area because there simply are no other options. The staff is all weird. I can’t tell you how many times Ive gone into that office and no one was in there. They tell you climate controlled & it was FREEZING!!! The 1 day grace period & $15 if I forget to pay always got under my skin. Corporate uhaul is useless. Even with his rating they say “ Please contact the U-Haul Storage Facility and try to resolve any disputes before leaving feedback.” but I guess business before anything else.

A storage "loft" with a rickety ladder that your staff insisted on calling stairs is NOT a safe and practical storage unit. The plywood box I was offered only serves as a safety hazard. I cancelled my storage with Uhaul immediately and went to Westy.

There is no communication at this location or with others, I booked a 12:00P delivery time, spent 10 minutes on the phone to change it to 9:00A and no one showed up until 1:00P. Very disappointing.
