The trailer’s lights were broken and the trailer was in pretty ratty shape. My father, who picked it up, had to wait over an hour for someone to repair the light package. Then, later in the move, one of the taillights went out. It was really subpar for what we’d expect from UHaul.

There is NOTHING to improve on , The staff was knowlegable , professional and installed my hitch in a very timely manner , The Restrooms were clean and smelled nice , and the facility was clean and appealing . The Manager actually helped me and had a "I CAN HELP " attitude , This is my 3rd vehicle with a Hitch and I will definately return for installation on my next vehicle !! Thank You , UHAUL, at 6150 w 20th ave , for exceeding my expectations !!

I know that the Official Language of this Country is English. but not all immigrants know or are older to learn it. The only thing that I do not like or uncomfortable, is that when trying to communicate via telephone, everything is in English, they do not have the option of SPANISH. Thanks, good service.

I cant believe that Uhall charge me so much over the rental of the truck of mileage that I didn't use and extra the I did requested. The rental experience was the worst I have ever received from any company that I have done business with. Best of all, the Mobil app is the way to go. No long lines. All I did was ask for the keys while 10 people were waiting in line with only one U-Haul employee behind the counter. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience.

Tener un buena medida en el combustible. Recorrí 15 millas le hecho 2 galones de gasolina y todavía me cobran por gasolina faltante. ¿Cuánto se supone que consuma un carro en 15 millas.? Revisen eso.

I had a reservation made weeks in advance. However, I had to wait over 1 hour to pick up my truck because there was only 1 person checking all the customers in. The truck I was given had a very strong smell of Urine in the main cabin.

When I first got the truck, I immediately noticed the tire pressure sensor on (which was covered by a sticker - good thing I noticed it right away). When I asked the gentleman who assisted me about it, he stated the sensors are bad and that should there be an actual issue the front dash would notify me. I asked multiple times if I could exchange the truck, in which I was told all trucks are having this problem. I then asked "What if I happen to get a flat tire?" his response was to call a number on the side of the truck. Not even a mile away the dash notified me that the lower right tire was low an air. I was so upset because I felt I was lied to, and on top of that it would be useless to go back because apparently all trucks had the sensors out of order. Due to the fact that miles get charged I proceeded to the nearest gas station to put air. The dash cleared and I drove. The tire notification came on once again. I got off the truck and saw the tire was low, this could of not been an sensor issue. Again, I put air (at another gas station). This occurred over 5 times, all within a complete inconvenience to my moving experience, not to mention I had to keep looking for near by gas stations so I can pay to put air for a tire that was obviously given to me damaged. The truck truly should of not been rented to me, but I had to keep miles in mind, and ultimately realized I was better just returning the truck and going elsewhere. Next time I will have to consider alternate locations. A customer who pays for the rental of any equipment should be handed something safe, and not a truck that inconveniently adds stress, miles and money.

The person who hooked up trailer light extension, wrapped it to short & upon turning, frayed wires. I covered with electrical tape. Everything else was good!

This co.pany promotion 29 US dollars..is not tru.. Miles 99 cent not true.. I rent this car for 29 dollar plus 29.... miles and a refill the full gas from 10: 30 am until 5:30 pm the same day and you charged me 153 US dollars... Them this people that work in this place have cero education and cero costumer service... No one explains to me why this charges .. Let me know if you have the answer. I'm Marlen Bhaila I paid with my debit card this crazy price..

I had two antique paintings taken from my storage at 6150 W 20th Ave Hialeah, Fl location. There were no signs of forced entry so the only explanation for the missing paintings is the uhaul staff
