Awful experience from the start. Firstly, the hired moving help through U-haul bailed last minute, causing us to drive 60 miles round trip to load U-boxes ourselves. This required 7 trips using a POV and trailer. Don't offer a service if it cannot be guaranteed. Our first two Uboxes were delivered to the wrong location, all seven Uboxes were delivered late, and the delivery driver told us it was not her problem and that she "does not work for UHaul." This clown was contracted out by UHaul but understood they were untouchable. Uhaul did not offer any kind of assistance. Our Uboxes were in the custody of this delivery driver. The only good part of the whole experience was the manager at the Uhaul in Hazleton going out of his way to help us. He even helped us transfer our boxes from one Ubox to another we just emptied because, after dropping off the last two Uboxes, they only put one on a trailer for us to take before taking the only forklift with them... They took my mans forklift. Crazy. Not to mention the hour wait times for customer service and constant transfers from one person to the next, only for my issue to remain unresolved... They even charged me a late fee for one of my Uboxes, even though it was set to automatic payment with the rest of my Uboxes whose payments all went through just fine. I filed an official complaint through a customer service representative and received a small refund that didn't even cover the expense of "storing" the Uboxes before they could get them to our location. Just a very, very long headache that I wouldn't wish on anyone.Remington W.

These fucking scumbags.They know that the truck I rented broke down. They know I paid my helper an extra $250 for sitting in the truck. They know it took 9 extra hours to get a tow from their roadside assistance. They know that I was stuck unloading the truck on Labor day by myself. I explained all of this to their manager the next day when he called me up with an attitude because the trucknwas not returned and I filled him in. AND THEY HAD THE BALLS TO CHARGE ME FOR AN EXTRA RENTAL DAY. FUCK YOU UHAUL ILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!! Of you area a fellow vet support me in boycotting these ass bags.Donald M.

I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance and the day before my pickup- I call to find out there was not a 26' available and so no one was going to call me? I had to get a 20' instead and make three trips which resulted in paying over $300 more in miles and gas! I don't recommended Uhaul at all. The windows were not cleaned. Front window inside and out had to be cleaned by me before our trip. Side mirrors were not clean and safe to use.robert V.
Overall inspecting the uhaul before taking it looked fine. It looked like there was a stain in the inside wall by the shelf. After getting the truck home 35 minutes away I realized it was legit poop on the wall. I cleaned it with lysol and called the store right away. He told me to take pictures and let the guy know when dropping off. While dropping off I told the guy and he apologized. But I have to say that was completely grossJennifer K.

Although I signed a contact, Uhaul could have easily provided an alternative resolution instead of charging the full price of my initial trip, such as, in store credit. I was forced change plans mid trip to another uhaul location that was at least an $1000 difference because of disheartening reasons. After being transferred and reconnected, I requested some form of potential solution and suggested compensation. However, the Uhaul representative lack all forms of customer service and anyone could since the frustration and possible hostility when I tried to explain the situation instead they hung up on me. (If you're interested, Uhaul should have the recorded the conversation). She was professionally, so very rude for a lady in her position. After this encounter, unfortunately Uhaul will no longer be a company that I choose to do business with.WARREN F.
