Jennifer and James were spectacular. They both made this stressful, rushed move so easy with making me laugh, being personable, and extremely knowledgeable about what I needed. The facility was clean. The UHAUL drove well and had everything necessary to begin my move.SAMANTHA S.

The truck's wipers didn't work and light switch jammed on "auto" I had to go inside and ask for a dolly I ordered. Then there's the manager at desk. Acted like I was unreasonable and "I can't do anything about it" gave me no understanding. A real, what you going to do about it?, attitude. Frankly I felt treated ignorant. I rented online and realized I needed till 4pm instead of 11am. Online I extended. Cost an extra $49. I don't mind that. Yet, on turn in, they all treated me as if late and owed another $31. Flat out my online extention didn't appear on their computer. Manager treated me like I never paid extension and wanted her $31 before releasing contract. Says all funds are pending and aren't deducted/balanced till contract closed. Wouldn't even check the system further. So, I'm OUT $49 extra and get treated like an ignorant liar. If that's the way you operate I'm going back to Penske over at Aloha Storage, at least they don't take out of my bank till I trun truck in and damn sure know when I extend. Let alone don't treat me so bad my Army hard ass shows.David W.

Original pickup location didn't have needed trailer at the designated pickup time nor would it have been available any time that day. Haltom location was excellent and saved the day. Who at uhaul decided that it was OK to plan for a trailer to be available 1 or 2 hours AFTER the planned pickup time? NOT a good start for a 5 day trip!LAURENCE R.

Honestly, I don't like how much of the check out process is put on the customer (finding and checking the truck for damage without a representative), but it seems this is the way things are done these days, so I'll say that the part the employees were involved with was very pleasant. They were helpful and polite/professional. I think it would be helpful to ask a person how comfortable they are with driving a large vehicle they've never driven before and answer questions specifically about such vehicle before letting them pull out of the lot. In general rental was pretty fast, but return was a headache, I rent a trailer for a few hours, and it was supposed to be so easy to return it on line after hours, I did return it physically, I try to do it in the website and I called to customer service, so they could help me but neither I or they could find my order. Now they are charging me $75 when I was supposed to pay $23. What????evelin R.

The staff and facility are excellent. I would take the Mover's "Godly Men" and the few moving companies the same owner has off your list of movers. He is the one that offers the cheapest price. He was suppose to send me 2 people at 5:15. No one arrived until 8:30. Then only one arrived. The owner said he felt bad and if I would give him a 5 star rating he would give me a free day. I needed movers on Friday and the owner did not respond to me all week. He is a crook and does not keep his word. Since your facility is top notch you should get rid of this mover and his multiple moving companies. He does not represent the high standards you work so hard to maintain. Get rid of him. I moved out of this storage in (June 2021,)had a storage unit and had a lock from them ,rented a one-way moving truck from them. I received a call a few weeks ago and they informed me I needed to pay for my storage, I explained the situation the person seemed embarrassed and I assumed it was over ,then last week I get a call to inform me that my storage is going to auction the next morning I told the girl the story she also sounded embarrassed but She was new and told this and said let me talk to the manager who said we'll u left a lock on it so we can't open it, I told her it was empty but she insisted that it must go for auction so I was like..ok auction it !( it's air)! The manager then said she will call me after the auction but that never happened and now I have a survey to fill out, smh Get it together people!!elvis c. | Overall Experience

The truck was in sorry condition. It had a bad exhaust leak. The rear door was hard to open. The front end was squeaking and wandered on and of the road. My guess is that it was several months over due on the maintenance.MARK W.
I used the online option to rent a truck. I couldn't get location services to work, the employees didn't care very much. I finally figured out to download the app and it worked better. No thanks to the employees. I left 30 minutes late trying to make this work. I then had to keep the truck for an extra 2 hours. They charged me for an additional full day. When I got the truck it had half a tank of gas. When I returned it it was slightly below the half. They wanted to charge me 40 dollars for the gas. I will never use uhaul again!Fernando D.

The only comment that I would give you is that I was very disappointed because, even though I made the reservation for a 10x20 storage since July 13, when I got there the attendant told me there were no storage available of that size and he told me the only one available it was a 5x8 or something like that. I was insisting that I was coming from another state and that I needed a storage to leave my stuff, so he started looking for some availability on the system and finally he gave me 2 storages 10x10 and paying more than expected. After witnessing communication problems, late fees applied to account when we thought the account would be paid by auto draft, long waits and impossible telephone waiting times made it very difficult to communicate to staff. Even after I left two days early and left my Storage unit open and clean before the end of my month I was still charged the fee.
