The staff person workin at this site was amazing. Professional, efficient -- couldn't ask for more.

Donovan HExcellent customer service!! Forcing customers to use the app is stupid, please don't make your customers fumble through that anymore, it's a waste of time and very frustrating... Van was great, clean, easy to drive. But whatever y'all clean it will leaves an overwhelming bad smell of cleaning products.

The employee was extremely knowledgeable about the check-in and pick-up process and extremely friendly in explaining what was required. The van was spotless and performed excellently. The same employee handled my return and was similarly very helpful.
CHARLES LAustin was great. Extremely helpful, friendly, thorough to make sure we got all our moving day needs addressed completely. We were impressed that one staff member running the whole truck/storage/retail/propane operation managed to help us, plus 3-4 other customers in an effective way. Thank you Austin!
JUSTIN C | First ImpressionsThey say it’s 19.99 on each van but yet charge you for each mile you drive. a big scam they need to erase the amounts they have in there logos of it being 19.99 not true you will get hidden fees at the end.
PATRICIA GIsaac, who works at the green mountain location, was the embodiment of professionalism. He was incredible. I arrived right when the store opened, and he immediately notified me that the entire system was down. He was the only one there, and handled the stressful situation with such positivity. He even took the time to walk me through the rental/return process, and even sat down with me to figure out my bill at the end of the day. I haven't experienced this kind of outstanding customer service in quite some time. Promote this man!

JACOB EI wish a real person would have helped me return the truck and thanked me for my business. An app just doesn't leave a customer with the same appreciation. There was a guy that said I should go out back and use the app to return the truck. This guy showed up just as I finished and took my key. He was a human contact but did not have any customer service training.
Melissa BBoth pick up and drop off were as easy as could be. The truck was in great condition and I would not hesitate to rent again. Great experience all around.
KEVIN SI returned the vehicle after hours, so no personnel there to help. The location was clean and easy to find. My only concern is that from the street view of the location, it is not easy to determine where to return your vehicle, where to park it, etc. I was able to determine this, but I had to get out of my vehicle and walk the location.

RONNIE SGood experience overall, however the computer system was down and caused some delay and much frustration for Eric. He was a trooper and very calm and polite. Very helpful to me to navigate the ensuing issues with the online check in process due to the system issues. I use this site always because it's close but good customer service is a bonus.

Calvin BThis was one the worst experiences I've had with U-Haul & I've rented from them a few times. The place I picked up my one-way was a total disaster. The inside was completely dirty, I asked the gentleman if he could clean the windshield because it was completely covered with bugs and he said "no". There was coffee spilled all over the ceiling of the U-Haul and the cup holders had sticky stuff in there. I opened up the back of the U-Haul and it was filthy of dirt all over the back of the U-Haul. The back tail light was out, honestly just a horrible experience. The trailer that I rented had a bald tire on the back which caused a blow out and super dangerous. The only thing that went well through this whole experience was the roadside team when we were sitting on highway 75 down in Florida with semis inches away from the U-Haul. I filed a formal complaint with the drop off location and the customer service team. Very disappointed

Sara FThis is a great U-Haul franchise. Staff was very helpful, work was completed when promised, facility is very clean and organized, and they there were plenty of supplies in the shop. My hitch installation went off without a hitch (ha!). Would definitely use this location again for other services.

Forrest GAll experiences with employees has been great. The truck I rented was in very poor condition. 1. Check engine light on continuously 2. Engine high revving 3. 2-3 inches of play in the steering 4. Rear door lock had to be hit with a hammer most of the time to open or close

Ivan MWe had the worst time using the app checkin process. We were renting for first time, it wants verification using employer. I am self employed and the app doesn't let you use same phone number for employer to verify you as you use to make account. It was very time consuming as we filled out all the info to get app then when we got there we had to do all this over again. Your app needs serious improvement as the checkin using app is not user friendly at all.
David BIsaac was great, very friendly despite being the only one there and the place having a constant flow of customers.
Bobby RThe pickup process was very complicated and impersonal using the app. It didn't work properly and it took a long time. The employees had to step in and help. It took far too long. I don't blame the employees for this as they were instructed to drive people to the app. It just made the process much more complicated. The truck was a POS. It has over 115K miles on the odometer and it had some wood screws holding the dashboard together. It didn't feel safe at highway speed. Additionally, it only had 7/8 of a tank of gas. I was expected to return it with a full tank (I think?) so I had to pay for someone else's gas. Overall it wasn't a great experience.

Rachel HGot a hitch installed for you bike rack. Nice job and the price (both parts & labor) was much better than all other options I researched. The only negative to note is that we found the driver seat and console armrest was covered in dust, presumably from the installer when he moved the car to/from the parking lot. Not a big deal, but it leaves a bad impression.

Joseph BOnline check in was slow. Would have preferred to have an employee do it but understand that option is being eliminated. I think that's a bad idea. Truck had over 130K miles and sounded rough. Worked fine though.

And I've always had to sweep them out that every time. I rent a truck from U-haul. No matter where I get it, they're always filthy dirty. I have to wash the windows so I can see out. I'd sell my complaint type really have..
Cindy eIsaac was so amazing! We were having trouble with our reservation and Isaac saved us from having a really terrible experience. Our reservation location had already been changed to a less convenient location for us once, and then as we were driving to the less convenient location, we got a notification that our reservation had been modified from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM. We ended up stopping by this Uhaul location to try and sort out our situation and I'm beyond thankful we did.
JORDYN FArynn and Isaac were awesome, excellent customer service skills! Great experience with them. On the push for U-Haul to implement on-line pick up/delivery - I get it and it would be convenient. But I really dislike the push for a customer to download the app. I made a res on-line and I'm happy to pu/ or deliver on-line. But you'll loose me if you force me to download an app. I've got too many already.
Arlen FIsaac help hugely and had such a great attitude! We had to deal with some truck issues and he was so helpful. He is the sole reason we will return to this location and we are so appreciative of his kind and help attitude. Thank you Isaac!

Rafael SU-Haul has been a life saver for me, I never once had to worry about the safety of my belongings. The staff was always helpful and available when I needed anything at all. When I move in the future I intend on using them again!

John B | Overall ExperienceThe one guy that works there outside is fine. He's fast moving. It's not the people. It's U-Haul itself with weird and outdated administration. The van itself is great for moving. But I would not recommend the storage situation that comes with a one way drive. I was charged twice for what was supposed to be free. Was given NO direction ahead of time with how to deal with that. The website said they were open until 7, but only open until 5pm! You have to go to the front desk to get a key to get into your unit. I was practically yelled at for not following rules yet they did not give me any ahead of time in terms of how the locks work. Then the website says there is a gate when there's no actual gate. Every time you go there they hassle you about what or if you owe the next month. It's just a very outdated system.
