Staff were professional, available, welcoming and accommodating. This facility is new, clean, secure, spacious, well-lit, and all indoors for a very comfortable move in/move out experience. The indoor loading dock is extremely convenient, as are clean, new restrooms, and extra equipment as needed at no extra cost during loading/unloading. I highly recommend this facility in Great Falls, and will definitely use it again for any future indoor storage needs in the area.Kimberly C. | Overall Experience

After I called the store and reserved my truck, I was notified that I could check in and pick up my van by just using my phone. So I put all the information that was requested and when I went to go pick up the truck I had to put in all my information again. That included a picture of myself a picture of the front and back of my drivers license. Then, I had to provide a secondary contact and that person had to answer the phone what's it could rent a truck. I ended up just scratching the whole process and went and checked in inside. That was another 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. The gentleman was really helpful but the whole online thing was a total hassle. I wouldn't recommend that process to anyone.Daniel S.

Things were ok. Perhaps the agent who rented me the truck was a little tired...very scripted. When I brought the truck back, I greeted the employee with 'how are you doing today?' He replied 'terrible'. I minute later I asked why he was doing terrible? He said that his ex-wife's father had died... Still, things were ok. ¡Gracias!Wade S.

Make sure the windshield wipers are in better condition. Also, make sure of the truck is in a cold environment it has anti freeze windshield wiper fluid inside. Nearly got in an accident because windshield froze over from fluid.MATTHEW K.
Not over charge your customers, and tell them they don't know what they are talking about when you have bank statements in front of them. One small uhaul I was charged 210$ bullshitMarina W.
I spent over an hour trying to return a trailer I rented. There was one clerk who spent 45 minutes renting a truck to another customer and 15 minutes reserving another for a different customer. Waiting for an hour to return a trailer is unacceptable. My time is worth more than that.to me.Nathan A.

The great falls u-haul service couldn't have been better. Vegas u-haul was terrible to the point I think they should be charged with malpractice, but great falls I-haul was absolutely incredible.ANDREW JOSEPH S.

There was only one worker and it took forever for them to assist each customer. He was through friendly and did his job well. If there was a self service portal to assist with the wait time might help. I should've reserved my vehicle rental ahead of time. I paid for it in the time I waited in line trying to get the vehicle.DACIAJO T.

the 24/7 remote pick up system does not work. when I went to pick up the U-Haul the verification of two additional people to verify my account was surprise that should've been him something that was communicated before I show up after hours to pick up the U-Haul. The fact that I got a text message after I am filling out the information from the company to verify who I was saying they would call me within a short time I never did receive a phone call from the head quarters that was stated in the text messag. I attempted to get into the vehicle , then I get a message saying my reservation has expired and they need to come back during buisness hours. the system was complete failureryan J.

Fuel tank was not full at the time of pick up. I put 20 miles on the vehicle and ended up putting over 5 gallons of fuel in. I would like to think uhaul vehicles get better than 4 miles per gallon.James C.

I reserved a 8 foot box truck from the 1-800. Number and when I got there all they had was a 28 foot truck..it cost me a lot of extra gas to drive that large truck 2500 milesCurtis R.

This was the second location I was referred to after the truck I reserved two weeks prior was not available. I initially reserved a 15' truck, and was told that this location had a 20' truck available. When I arrived, they had no idea about the situation. The only 20' truck they had was one with a broken headlight. At this point I am 3 hours later getting a truck than originally anticipated, which pushed back our move time. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. In their defense, the staff was friendly and respectful.Greg L.
