Uhaul was unorganized. The truck had little to no gas. I had to add gas's before I could use it the add gas before returning it and they STILL CHARGED me for not putting gas in the damn truck that was EMPTY when I got it. I was told to drop the truck off in one location (I did the SAME DAY OF RENTAL) yet a rude woman was calling my phone the first thing the next morning accusing me of stealing the raggedy and dirty truck!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use UHAUL again.latonya G.

Uhaul is the best company in the storage business in my opinion. We used this location because the second location failed to notify us that the truck we were going to rent was not turned in. They knew about this but failed to call us and we talked to them about picking up the rental later than the original time and did not inform us.. Poor, poor customer service at location on Texas Central Pkwy.Robert P.

First person screwed me on mileage for round trip and fuel when if they told me I could save one way I would have do that, but she did not. The one way rental after returning the big truck was great...I spent hundreds more then I wanted due to the cost og the 20 rental. Felt ripped off but first attendent.CHARLES V.

My biggest problem with BOTH locations is that it was nearly impossible to call the location. It always forwarded to the national call center. This is a major inconvenience.Joe N.
Application was down for mobile checkin - apparently system wide, but I didn't get a warning telling me until I arrived to pick up the truck. Then I stood outside in the TX heat waiting for someone to arrive in the office - approx 20 minutes before the manager arrived chewing on something so I guess she had just gotten back from lunch at 10:45 in the morning. Again, no sign, no warning that anyone was at lunch. Attempted callingâ€¦ system down for maintenance. Once the manager arrived, we walked inside and she took a phone call from another customer that lasted a while becauseâ€¦ THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE and she had to enter everything by hand. Then it was my turn and you got itâ€¦ even though I had done the online checkin, I had to do it again at the store, because the system was down for maintenance. Seriously, the worst experience ever with renting a moving truck. Luckily, the truck and the a/c worked.Amanda M.

I was over charged for the rental. I kept the truck for two days. I was made to pay for someone else rental when I was the driver for them when they didn't pay for everything before I could get my owe rental again despite the fact that they never had a problem with me in the past.TARA ROBINETTE W.

I had an extremely frustrating experience. I spent over an hour at a â€œUhaul pickup locationâ€ which was actually a William's Chicken on 201 N. Jefferson trying to get into a Uhaul. The lock was broken, there was no key drop box. The â€œmanagerâ€ who also seemed to be running the gas station and the chicken spot was not helpful, he disappeared and left me in the parking lot to deal with it on my own. After 3 different calls to customer service, someone finally transferred my reservation to the 2455 Tarrant Rd. location where I was finally able to get my Uhaul. 2 of the service reps I spoke with promised me to extend my reservation from 6 hours to 24 hours due to the inconvenience of it taking over an hour just to pick up my previously reserved truck, but after a 3rd call I was told there was no updates to my account. There needs to be better communication between representatives and locations all around to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.Mariah R.

Please have the elevator looked at. It goes very slow after going up about a foot then moves very slow. If one of two carts the elevator moves up 6 inches and adjusts but then goes down the same distance when you step in to get the other cart.Allan R.

The contract stated the the gas tank was full. It was not full. It was a little less than 3/4 yet I was still responsible for filling it up. Also, it's complete bullshit that you cannot change the drop off location. Sometimes plans change and if that happens then you have to pay for it. So stupid.Billy W.
