First they didn't tell me I could get a 26 foot truck. That I could have got everything in one haul. I didn't find out that another corporate uhaul down the street got the place I picked up the truck got all these 26 ft trucks. I would not tell my friends about using this facility. Don't apologies to me look into the lies first. Contact me and ill tell you more.

I was renting the trailer from Grand junction to Tennessee,the trailer popped off my RV unit on monarch pass in a snow storm forcing me and my family of four to sleep in our RV overnight in 7 degree temperatures ,I'm the morning I reattached the trailer properly to only have it pop off twice more ,in Pueblo only 300 or so miles from my starting point I decided to get the trailer back to uhaul for saftey,uhaul sent someone out to inspect the unit where it was determined to be safe and hooked up properly ,so because I didn't want to pull the trailer any further I am ineligible for any compensation ,I paid 297.00 for not even a quarter of my trip ....very unsatisfied

This is my third occasion renting a cargo van for a long distance delivery, and I continue to be a very satisfied customer. Great people to work with, very attentive to my needs as a customer and the service is always very friendly. The vehicles are always clean and reliable. Whenever I need rental vehicles my first call is to this store.

My first encounter with the facility was on December 21st when I tried to come in and rent a truck. I stood in the lobby the 30 minutes four Representatives behind the counter helping One customer , I ended up leaving after the initial 30 minutes not being . My second encounter what is December 22nd the service representative at the facility smelled like marijuana and had trouble running my payment card and had to manually manually input it into the computer twice. Dropped off the truck after a couple hours of use, I dropped the key off in the overnight drop box. Received an email the next day about being charged $20 for after Hours service fee that was never brought to my attention along with the fact but if I use the app I could have mitigated the $20 fee or processing after hour drop offs. Call the office to dispute the $20 was redirected to the corporate office and never received a call back. I would not recommend this facility to anybody in need of a U-Haul in the Western Slope area of Colorado.

Hidden fees. My phone wouldn't do location services so they charged me a $20.00 convenience fee to return the truck. Which is bs because all they had to so was walk around it and check the gas, which they would have to do anyway.

Continue to hire & keep friendly, helpful people. Stephanie was great when I called to get a quote in the morning. After I explained why I needed a 10' truck, she even offered if the person helping me had a truck w/a hitch, they could provide an enclosed trailer. Everyone was very good too. Knew the process, information, etc. Thanks a lot guys!

People there don't seem to know what they are doing. I would prefer to go to another store, not even U-Haul again. They screwed up my truck order, their card system is messed up, don't know codes.

I originally had a very upsetting experience with my long distance rental that was made through U-Haul in Denver. After rescheduling my rental twice at the last minute the corporate division of U-Haul was able to get me a rental at the 2949 North Avenue store in Grand Junction. Their employee "Val" went above and beyond to make things right! "Val" is an exceptional employee! I was scheduled to return my truck at the 2905 North Avenue location in Grand Junction but those people were AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL and refused to accept the truck! I'm still flabbergasted! I drove back to the 2949 North Ave location and "Val" once again stepped up and saved the day! A few blocks made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in my move! NICE work and KUDOS to "Val"!!

The only thing that could be improved upon would be the registers/computer systems there...things would go a lot smoother for everyone if there wouldn't be so many glitches in the system.

Well we had tried to get a rental in Montrose co and they put it in Transport but didn't get notified until we were already returning the one from Grand junction. Really inconvenient.

I reserved a 26 foot truck, but only a 20 foot truck was available. It cost me $300 in overtime for the movers to try to jigsaw my furniture and then make another trip the next day. Very disappointed. Didn't have time to get my items from storage. I'll have to rent another truck!

I was not notified my ubox had arrived. I had to call to see if it was in. This is 3rd time I used ubox and all 3 times they did not close my contract and auto billed for an extra month. You would think that after 3 times they could get it right.

Not happy! We had a reservation a week in advance for a cargo trailer. It was rented out from under us while we were standing at the counter. We had to come to this store and pick up a 15’ truck. Way more on gas!! The original store we were to rent from was not this store but the one at 2800 North Ave. I called an hour before pick up and they said it was there. ??

I was told I would only be charged one day even thought I had the trailer two days. They charged my card for two days and when I called I was told it was only pending and would be corrected. It was not corrected. And even after leaving two messages, no one ever called me back.

We were told if we needed to keep the truck longer it wasn’t a problem we’d just be charged more. Then I got a rude message to call them so I tried the first time I sat on hold for 10 minutes then an hour later I was on hold 20 minutes! Then the man I talked to literally yelled at me for being late and it had caused a lot of trouble for him and when was I getting it back. I explained what we’d been told and he interrupted me “ no I’m the one telling you how it is”. I was homeless at this point and was stressed out and had him yelling at me and my baby crying and it was an AWFUL experience. Then my husband went to the store in person less then five polite and helpful minutes later it was all fixed and we were allowed to keep it three more days which I was told was not possible by the man on the phone. Then my husband was told to have the truck back before 11 or it would be charged another day. I delivered the truck at 1030 and was told that the drop off had to be before 9! The whole experience was confusing frustrating and unprofessional.

I ask to rent a trailer for two days. They put two days on the ticket but put the wrong date on it. I then had to scramble two get it unloaded the next day because the folks in craig needed it back to send the trail out by 3:00.

We were only allowed to rent a box van when I only wanted to rent a pickup size vehicle because I use a green dot bank card(walmart). Don't feel this is fair as it cost me a bit more than we wanted to spend for what we needed.

The truck left front wheel squeeled the entire time, I called the store I rented it from immediately and was told they had no other trucks available that were comparable and I would just have to deal with it. Try a high pitched squeel for 3 days. Overcharged.
