The gentleman this morning and the young man this afternoon were exceptional! They hooked up the trailer for me, unhooked the trailer, went out of their way to be helpful and kind.DEBI S.
The u haul stunk like b.o and or cat urine ... It was clean and usable but needs to be douched with Lysol . When I went to get the u-haul I couldn't find it , it was parked far away . An employee came and moved it for me to the front since it was blocked in. When I returned the equipment I had some box returns as well . I pulled the equipment in to the return section and an employee started checking things off on his computer . No greetings or anything I got to the front desk to return my boxes and the front desk lady had no idea what she was doing it took her literally 30 minutes to return 5 boxes but still wasn't successful . The money never made it back to my card . When I asked about the rental charges she had no idea what the ending balance was . I looked on my r mail and I had a receipt so I asked her questions about the charges and she still had no idea . Staff is very under skilled and or under trained . I still haven't received a refund for the equipment or the boxes I returned . Horrible customer service . I'd pay the extra milage to go to a different location as long as they were trained and could appropriately help a customer with their needsNICOLE A.

La reserva la habÃamos hecho desde 15 dÃas antes donde nos quedaba a 8 millas la recogida y no la cambiaron a 40 millas para el camiÃ³n o otras 30 millas mÃ¡s hacia delante para recoger el remolque..y al momento de cobrar cobraron otro valor a lo acordado ...despuÃ©s Enel momento de la recogida la asesora no me lo entregÃ³ por que no contaba con un documento del gobierno americano cosa que no me explicaron al momento de alquilarlor.Kelly V.

1- The truck was not available until 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. 2- When it was returned at the correct time (a bit early even) I was told to wait with the vehicle but after 30 minutes no one had shown up and I had to leave. 3- I used less than the 20 miles that were anticipated but I was charged for 81 miles! My location was changed from Lincoln to this site. I was in a hurry. Got reservation a OK. Went to get truck and it was dirty, so he assigned me another vehicle - took extra time, but I do appreciate his concern. It had only 1/2 tank of fuel. It worked out fine, but it is easier on everyone's part to have a full tank.Rodney F.

Over all experience would be 3 out of 5 stars. The employee I delt with was rude at first. Also, there is no way to call Uhaul. It takes you to an automated service. Then to a call line. You don't actually speak to anyone at that location.ELI B.

This is the second time in 4 years we have rented from this location and each time the windshield was not cleaned very well and was smudged right in the drivers line if sight and had to be cleaned again for safe use....of all the places to not make sure was clean this should NEVER happen.George F.

Only thing is the link that customer first fills out asking beginning mileage, when i tried to download photo of odometer it did not want to download. Maybe a glitch in the link. So i only put 28 miles n not 44. Other than that, great. GraciasJAMES G.
I would say to make an attempt to contact the customer if they are late returning equipment instead of reporting it stolen like what had happen to me i had the police department both sherriff and city held me at gun point as if I was a harden criminal as well as I was told I will have a warrant for my arrest in the next few weeks... I am seeking out legal counsel in this matter for a feel this was handled very unprofessional and humiliatingZachariah D.
Customer service is very bad and when we dropped off the uhaul the 20 minute before due employee told us to do a self check had no way of doing it then returned to the office to find the door locked and no employee to be found then have been charged extra the uhaul we washed even inside of box and cleaned outside and cab was cleaned also was charged Extra not happy at all (970)986-2301 is my cellphone numberSARA D.

The customer service was never on par, in the whole time we rented from them. Was never able to get an answer to any questions by employees. We would always need to speak with a manager and the manager was never available and rarely returned phone calls. I think I upset the manager when I parked my vehicle and trailer but I needed to unload into the storage unit before I turned the trailer in. I had a storage reservation and needed to check in.
