The staff was very friendly and helpful through the process.

Joseph N | Overall ExperienceThe front desk lady in the saints jersey was Rude. She also demanded to handle my phone to check me in- WEIRD. When I picked up the truck it smelt like meat and was wet but assumed it would dry due to it just being cleaned because it smelt. I began loading things and my dad almost slipped and I slipped twice because of the condition of the truck. I had to stop and waste my time to get it cleaned because it was slippery (barely cleaned, he had to put packing blankets down to make it not slippery). Now when I returned it I get charged a cleaning fee because I said it was Not clean enough for another family because of THE PREVIOUS USER. I was assured by the front desk I would not be charged for a cleaning fee yet I was.

paul wGuy who hooked up my 4Runner (older man, said he just returned from Puerto Rico) said he was gonna have ME (not ask me) to get down on the ground and hook up the turn signal wire plug. Complained that Toyota puts the plug in the "wrong spot" LAZY ASS !! Isn't that his job? I did it - what the hell else was I gonna do? Never had such poor service at a U-Haul store...
TIMOTHY PTruck had some weird white powder all over the inside. The truck also didn't have a ramp on it, I though all trucks came with one.
KATIE HLarry and Lonnie are both unprofessional! The way I was spoken to at pickup was unprofessional & uncalled for! The email I received from Lonnie after I made a complaint was harassing & threatening!
Chelsea WThis location was good, but was used after a previous location was unable to repair the light wiring on a trailer reserved after 45 min.
KEVIN EDropping off trailer during morning business hours. No assistance outside in yard. Employee hiding out back talking on phone. When asked for assistance employee seemed put out (did not get off phone) and was very rude. The lady inside was not helpful at all. I believe she said young man outsides name was Camden. I would not recommend this location. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.

Jaqueline PMy trip was a nightmare from hell. The tire got a flat. The hitch came off. It trashed the produce it was carrying. I was on the roadside assistance calls took up my entire day. They came and fixed the tire but would not bring the uhal two minutes up the road. I'm 18 weeks pregnant with lifting restrictions due to complications and I had to put my safety at risk by flagging someone down to help me lift the trailer back on the hitch. Not to mention, I lost a significant amount of money as a result.

HUNTER Fi rented a truck online the night before. It took one hour to finally get in a truck and get on our way. The UHaul App is HORRIBLE. And if the app doesnt work correctly no one in the store has any way to help. The manager was rude to his employees. The middle seat belt was broken and the manager told my husband that I didnt know how to work it. My husband understably got upset and the manger didnt seem to care we had been there for an hour and he had done NOTHING to help his employees. We wont be using UHaul again.

James LVery poor customer service in person and via phone. Will not be returning to this location if I have a choice. I'm appalled by the GM's combative and cowardly behavior when confronted with a problem.
MELONIE HThe whole check-in and checkout process was absolutely ridiculous. There was so many customers, especially older ones that were confused about the whole downloading the app getting a key on the side of the building. Just the whole experience was terrible. It's like we basically worked at Uhaul. We did everything that associates that worked there should be doing.

Then I got a call from I assume the manager leaving a very rude and aggressive message. Called him back and he just yelled at me know even knowing the situation. When I explained just kept yelling and eventually hung up on me. Extremely not professional and didn't listen. Will definitely not go back to that location

Truck was nice and clean air conditioner worked almost too good and rates were reasonable! Thanks for a great experience will for sure be back as well as recommend you guys to anime in the market for a truck to move!
Richard DThe female employee that helped me with the rental was awesome nice and customer friendly. She made the transaction and rental go easy and smooth. However I encountered an employee when I dropped off the rental afterhours by luck as I returned my vehicle. He was not friendly at all. He asked me what I was doing and that they closed. I responded with yes I know, and that I was just returning my rental and I was looking for the key return box. He told me I parked the van in the wrong location which then I asked him if I should for them. He just angrily mumbled something and took off. I get people have rough days sometimes but I just tried to be nice and not bother him or make things complicated for the staff in the morning.

Refused to give me the products I purchased until I provided proof cause could not find in system until I showed both credit card transaction and order confirmation. Piss poor cistimer service. Insisted I utilize app even though I was standing right in front of him.
BONNIE WI would give this store a higher rating if it was adequately staffed. It had only one person on staff when I went in on a Sunday afternoon with a reservation for a 12' cargo trailer. I waited 20 minutes for the poor guy to get to me, during which I witnessed an angry, very rude woman cuss him out because he wouldn't let her cut in line for immediate service. Felt sorry for him, and wished I had the patience and courtesy that he showed. The trailer had a little mud in it from its last user, and when we checked for electrical connections the staffer didn't catch a non-functional turn/brake light on one side. Not his fault . . . we had bright sunlight on the lens, and he was being run ragged due to the understaffing. Return intake was great, but to earn a better grade for this store the owner needs to get more staff on board at peak demand hours.
Greg CNot having the one way truck that I reserved and being forced to take one for round trips only sucked. Needing to leave at 5:30 am drive 275 miles over the mountain and then unload the truck and come back immediately the same day getting into town after midnight was painful. Instead of the convenience of just dropping the truck off at my destination I got to drive it back and pay the gas for which was not cheap. Also on top of it I got charged for mileage when it was supposed to be included. I have a case open and I assume the charges will be reverse. If not I will open a claim with my credit card company. Penske may be a little more expensive but they guarantee their trucks…. It would have avoided a lot of hard ache and waisted time.
Randal YWhen I picked up a trailer the person struggled with there job. Was not very experienced. But she was nice. When dropping off, no one was around. I dropped my trailer myself. When I went in to look for someone I found the person in the back on there phone with headphones in. When I asked for help I was told he was busy and to went back to enjoying his phone. When I finally did get it checked in I got a call over a hour later when ant home asking if I was going to bring my trailer in. Would not go back to this one for anything. Long line of people who seems to be feeling the same.

Clyde MIf we are scheduled to finish our truck rental after you close for the day, it would be very helpful to give us instructions for how to do after hour pick up (where to park, where to drop they key, etc.) during the initial paperwork signing so we aren’t lost and confused when dropping off the equipment

Ted MOutstanding. I was helped by a gentleman named James. I was unable to create an online reservation in advance, and even while busy, James had me a 15' truck in under 20 minutes. The truck performed as expected and the rental went smoothly. Thanks again James! Happy 4th!

I was told to drive an hour to this location being that I live in a rural area and the company had no desire to get the equipment to the location I preferred, so I was already upset I had a 2 hour drive ahead. Once I arrived I was told that I could get the truck but not the auto transport. I was told it was only down the road but the owners of that location made no effort to get it for me. Made me drive all the way home and then come back an hour later to get it. 4 hours of driving!! Terrible

Still hss not refunded my money, even though I never even moved in. I have never been treated so badly even after all the proof of his employees lying to me, false advertisement, and complete disrespect.

When got to unit is was a 5x5 if that and had to walk almost 60 ft to even get to the very small unit once was even able to find it! Had to contact customer service 4 times before anything was handled. Then when manager contacted me by email 2 days later...he was unprofessional and rude...said I cursed at him cause I said this is bull crap. Still haven't received refund or an apology. my card still shows they are charging me for something that I never used and was lied to about. But of course can't get a hold of anyone. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THEM OR PLEASE KEEP LOOKING ELSE WHERE!! THERE PRICES COMPARED TO 20 OTHER STORAGES ARE THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST!!

I caused no damage I am a licensed contractor in Colorado and if hiring a lock smith is what they wanted who's to say I don't locksmith can locksmith or insured with a higher level of insurance than a locksmith. I'd say below average because the manager Lonny need a brake check in customer service and learn to get all his information straight before calling someone a lier.

I called to explain my situation and was told I needed to move into it before someone else did...? Who moves their stuff into strange units and it should show as rented in their system so it shouldn't be rented twice...? It's "employee owned" apparently but I was told they would continue to harass me until I moved in. I closed my unit...I have enough going on in life then to be harrassed by some crazies at some storage place over my paid for unit. I bet they get real rude and aggressive with you if you're a day late but to be harrassed over a unit that is paid up is BS. Never doing business with this location ever again

Multiple other people stopped by in the 2 hours I was waiting and they were also upset they couldn't get in. I need to drop things off at 7 tonight and the office told me I wouldnt be able to get in and there is nothing they can do. I have had my money scammed away and am a full time college student and full time worker. I have to sleep in my car until I can get my money back from the man that scammed me. I will not be able to sleep in my car and will have no place to sleep tonight unless I can put my things in the storage unit. I would never have gotten the unit from u haul if they had informed me the hours werent as advertised. The staff told me there is nothing the can do.

When we got to the destination to unpack the uhaul, the storage we rented was not available. They only had one other storage available for 50 more. So we had no choice but to get it. They would discount the storage unit to the reserved price which I thought was bad business. It was reserved and they should have honored the price. Luckily they had 1 larger unit. Not sure what we we have done if they had no units.

Not only were they hanging out outside the UHaul storage units, they were going in and out of a unit in which it seemed that multiple males were living in the unit. All of which makes me extremely uncomfortable to continue to rent my units for multiple reasons. First, I usually visit my units alone bringing safety to the fore front of my concern. Secondly, the risk factor of theft and fire.

I had to take one in a different location that was in doors. I don't understand why it even lets you make a reservation if you're not going to be guaranteed the unit.

When I went to the office to sort it out, the staff member was exceptionally rude because it was "close to closing." He gave a another unit, across town, that turned out to also already be occupied. At that point, the office was closed and I had to find alternative storage because I didn't have time to wait until morning because I had to be out of my house by the next day.
