Had to go inside to check out because couldn't get contactless check in to work. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Glad I went inside. Give these two ladies a raise or promotion. They were professional, efficient and overall pleasant interaction for the day. Rare in today's time. You have gems treat them accordingly.

FRANCIS BThe truck that was offered needs to be taken off the road. It didn't feel safe to drive, loud noises, shakes. The check engine light was on also. The customer service associate at the desk was rude and was in a rush. She seemed to not want to be there. After the check engine light came on I called the location and was told they didn't check the truck before renting it out and for me to call roadside assistance. I was also not offered a replacement vehicle. I did not take the time to rent a truck to then have to wait for it to be repaired. I rented the truck to use it. U-Haul needs to train it's associates a little better instead of hiring kids to work the front desk and a teenager to supervise.

Other than that the facility and unit were always clean and always had the tools necessary to unload & load the storage. All the other staff were very respectful and helpful as well!

DANNY HIt seems there was a problem and the U-Haul was towed, but the people transferred the call so much until I spoke with the right person on the situation for getting the U-Haul back to the proper location. I finally got the stuff in the U Haul back and the vehicle was returned properly to the right location. All is well now. It seems I owe however ($300 USD) for the Towing of the U-Haul though, but in time it'll get paid. But they were nice about what the Invoice would be I've accepted this. GLN

MICAH SSAME AS ABOVE: I did the sign up online and spoke to someone who was very good over the phone - not local. He set me up to pick the truck up where I wanted and to drop it off where I wanted. The day before picked up I received a message that I could not pick it up where I was set to get the truck but had to drive about 12 miles away. it disrupted my plans. After I picked it up and got the truck I was to call a number before dropping it off at the location I selected and that was on my paperwork and where I had it set up for someone to pick me up. I called and was told I could not drop it off where I was supposed to because that place could not take it and I would have to drive it an additional 10 miles. The uhaul employee I spoke to on the phone was very nasty and rude and it was a shouting match when I told her I had a signed and agreed upon place to drop the truck off. She told me I would be charged a big fee if I dropped it off where I was supposed to. She put me on hold for a long time and came back with a better attituded BUT I still had to drive the extra miles (which yes she said were free and not $1 per mile) but the damage was done. Why go through the hassle to do it all on line when they are going to screw you over when it comes time to pick up and drop off. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND PEOPLE I DON'T EVEN KNOW TO GO ELSEWHERE. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS HORRIBLE.

ETHEL MThe vehicle we rented had seriously ineffective headlights. The highbeams were actually worse than regular driving lights. I spoke to the rep about this safety issue. We drove about 15 miles in the rain which reduced the headlights effectiveness. Decided to turn the truck in as scheduled for fear of driving more than we had to at nolight.

JOEL MI would have given this location 5 stars, as the staff was great and the equipment was outstanding, my only concern was that they only had one person working the desk and it took over 45 minutes to pick up my reserved trailer. Yet, I'd like to point out the gentleman that helped me load my trailer and hook it all up was OUTSTANDING, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Would still highly recommend.
VINCENT EThe gentleman that was accepting returned rentals on aug 25 was an exceptionally hard worker, very nice guy and asked how my rental went and helped me return my rental. Saw him earlier in the day and he was busy and working hard! I wish I got his name but he was the only guy there besides another young lady upfront. Both were exceptionally nice, professional and very hard workers! Good employees are hard to get! Please make sure they know about these comments as I am sure they would be happy to hear about it. Other then that, the truck share 24/7 I think has been a little confusing for people, chatted with other customers that were there and all of the ones I talked to were having issues about it and were not sure what to do or proceed etc. So maybe some clarifications or more information is needed about it on the site? I figured it out but I was not assigned a vehicle to complete it so I went in when they opened to get help with it. Thanks!!

She stayed late helping us secure two bins in close proximity to each other and the elevator, and took her time in showing us what to do and how UHAUL storage works. violet g | Overall ExperienceThis particular facility has several serious issues. 1) the elevators are the size of passenger elevators and are not big enough (deep or tall) to fit large items like couches or large furniture items. This is a deal breaker when planning what storage facility to use. 2) the units I rented were presented as a single 10 x 15 x 8 unit, as other Uhaul storage locations have. Instead there was one 10 x 10 x 8 and 10 x 5 x 8 unit sold together. Again, not ideal and misleading to those renting. 3) the enclosed truck unloading area was nice, especially in the hot weather....until 5pm came (closing time for the front office) when we were told that the doors would no longer open and our truck would be trapped. We had to load the rest of the truck outdoors under the canopy, which was less than ideal. You spent the money on the building the enclosed the truck area. It should be available all hours the facility is available to customers, not just office hours. At the very least there should be obvious and clear signage indicating the hours limit. There is none now. 4) There should be opening instructions for the truck loading area clearly posted, with operating hours, BOTH inside and outside. I had to go to the office to find out how to open the truck area doors. I should never have to ask a staff member what can clearly be posted on a sign.

Once my truck is allowed into the bay and unloading starts, if the facility closes during my unloading time, the doors should not lock my truck in. My truck was locked in the facility and I had no time to return the truck, properly. This is an obvious flaw in the system that needs to be addressed. I mean if I walk into Publix to shop 10mins before closing, I won't be locked in then charged overnight fees. This was just a ridiculous experience related to a flaw in the system that U-Haul refused to take responsibility for and I found that to be quite unprofessional.
