Joy Turner has always gone above and beyond to take care of our needs making our moving and storage experience much more pleasant. Our only complaint is that our keycard sometimes would not work to open the gate. Having a code to punch in instead of a card would have been more convenient for us. Overall, it was a good storage experience for us.

Incorrect information in the computer showed up when I check back in to return the vehicle and I was overcharged. I caught the error on my receipt but it took almost 20 minutes for the two men to figure out how to reverse the charges and get me a credit of the overcharge amount. To their credit they did figure it out and get me on my way.

Joy literally saved our life. It was 118 degrees the day we unloaded the contents of our storage room into our rental truck. During the 3 hour process, Joy invited us into the store to cool off, sit down and have some cold beverages. We would not have made it without Joy's kindness.

Highly recommend this location for U-haul pick up. Chris went above and beyond normal services. He corrected a poorly installed trailer hitch that was put on at another location earlier in the day. He also stayed after hours to assist. Cannot say enough good things about him. Additionally, we have rented a unit for several years here & always found the place clean & staff friendly & helpful.

I was sent to Signal Bute and Main St. location to pick up a 5x9 open trailer and was told the trailer was not safe to rent out. The young man did go out of his way to find me the only 5x9 in the valley in Fountain Hills. They made up for all the run-around I went through and provided for a perfect rental experience.

The system/process for rental is redundant, slow, time consuming. Computers were slow. I called to make the reservation then went to pick it up - I had to provide the same info twice, and wait and wait and wait for the system/employees to get everything just right. Way too time consuming!

The driver that dropped off the box said to return any unsued pads to the store. When I did, they acted like they did not know anything about that. They took the pads, but they did nothing to document what I returned. I hope that is not an issue at the end.

Liquid soap is needed in the bathrooms The Enter/Exit card slide location is difficult to drive up to and exit from at the Fountain Hills location. Perhaps, designers may look at that for future planning. We appreciate the service being close to a location we plan to move to in the summer. Our move in was a good experience.

Rented a 10' x 20' and found the actual dimensions to be 10' by 18' 3". Mentioned that to the office just to be on record in the event it comes down to the last 10 boxes (or whatever) and they won;t fit, maybe they could work with me on a temporary 5' x 5' to offset the wrong dimensions at the initial rental, or some other arrangement. Other than that....so far, so good. Staff very helpful.
