It was nice to have the new facility here in Fort Atkinson. I set up the trailer rental on-line and when I arrived, it took only minutes to check in, get the paperwork and hook up and go. The reps there were also very efficient check in and check out.MICHAEL M.

When returning truck after hours the location of the app didn't work. I was put on hold for an hour. I received a call back an hour later and was hung up on. I called them back and was put back on hold. The business location was good just the return of the vehicle in fact there was three other customers having the same problem as I did.GARY B.

1. Fix your computer system. You provided order for something you could not deliver on. 2. If there is an error contact the customer immediately. I ordered the ubox 3 weeks ahead of delivery. But received a phone call the Friday before the Monday delivery. The lady said that the ubox was not available and offered a truck instead. The ubox is to be delivered from one location to the next. The truck would need to be driven. This is not the service I ordered. The lady I worked with was in a bad spot but was able to find a ubox 30 mins away. But I would have to pick it up then loaded and sent back to the location 30 mins away. Since it was the only option I had that was ubox to be shipped to a different state this was my only option. 3. Hire more customer support or acutally use it. I tried calling 1 week ahead to confirm ubox delivery. I waited for 1 hour with no answer. I tried again to follow up for a different issue with no one answering.Xav L.

The only problem I have ever had with uhaul is your 800 number. It's your policy to get my credit card number before you tell me IF THERE IS AN AVAILIBALE RENTAL & WHERE I CAN PICK IT UP. When you buy/rent something payment comes after I found what I need. Otherwise what do you need my card number for?MAMIE A.
Uhaul screwed up my original reservation I had for 3 weeks. I didn't find out the equipment wasn't available until the morning I was supposed to pick it up. I had been to the location the evening before and saw the equipment on the lotJAMES S.
Made reservations and rental contract at the Janesville WI location. Arrived there on time only to be told the vehicles were not available. Janesville reserved vehicles in Fort Atkinson WI location the with same agreement contact details. Had to drive 20 miles to Fort Atkinson WI. GM at Fort Atkinson made me feel like this whole issue was my fault and didn't honor original agreement contract. I feel uhaul by not having equipment available, never contacted me, breaching the contract, and making me feel like this whole problem was my fault is unacceptable.KEVIN C.

My experience was terrible! Why do I bother making reservations WEEKS in advance only to have nothing ready for me on arrival, not once, but twice! Then I was made to pay $150 extra to fix YOUR mistakes! It isn't my fault when I prepare in advance and have your representative tell me everything was all srt for me several times on the phone! We were not notified that locations were switched for our U-Haul. We requested Lake Mills and the location got switched to Fort Atkinson. While it was not a huge inconvenience since we live a half hour from this site, it would of been nice to know the switch in advance.JEFFREY M.

We originally rented on in Jefferson, wi. You double booked the unit and failed to call, until about an hour after i had found out about it and already left. Staff at the location was dude and the manager in the district never contacted me once, even after two voice messages left. I will not be using uhaul in the future based off this experience. The group in fort atkinson were great to us after the corporate failure, so huge shout out to the fort atkinson location. Rest jot impressedJEREMY L.

The box was dropped off on time, but once shipped. Our box was put under someone else's name, so when we went to pick our things up we couldn't because we were told the manager had to do it or to call the 800 number in which I sat on hold for a HOUR then when I finally got to talk to someone they told me the manager had to do it. So we went back to the store the next as and the manager said that's not something g he can do he has to call in to have it done. Once finally done. We picked our things up finally. And now you're trying to charge me another monthly charge and insurance fee. When we've already emptied our box. I again call the stupid 800 number an sat on hold for another damn hour, to be told I would have to speak with the manager, the lady on the phone said she'd send him an email to call me but I have not received a call yet. And I am damn sure not paying $82.00 when our box arrived and we pick our things up right away. This whole experience has been horrible. I will never consider using this service again. And definitely won't recommend it to anyone. Customer service just absolutely ridiculous. If everything has to be done by the manager in the store location maybe you should have direct lines to the store. Or maybe if you service wasn't so shifty your 800 number wouldn't be backed up so much.Holly H.
The actual Ubox was fine. However, since returning them, I have contacted Uhaul at least a dozen times trying to stop billing on my returned boxes. As I am no longer using them, I will not be paying for them. However, I have been billed, sent late fees, and sent pre-lien notifications for these boxes. Despite my frequent and repeated contacts with customer service through your frustrating phone tree system, this issue has not been resolved. I have spent three days on hold with your company and will not recommend or use Uhaul in the future.Sara A.
My only issue was with Brian he was so rude! When a customer calls to extend a rental and they are told it's approved don't call the next day scolding them because apparently it wasn't approved which the customer wouldn't know, very unprofessional. I'm reporting poor customer service and the fraudulent charges made to my card as well. Maybe train your team to work on orders and maybe they can teach you customer service skills.TYLER F.

Nothing needed improvement at the Fort Atkinson location just the overall Uhaul reserving location or site. Not happy that my reservation couldnt be at my original pick up time as it was needed. And had to wait 5 hours later to get at a different location. When it was my huve movibg out of my place day. Didnt know i would have to work overnight til 5am to finish it all. I should up at 7am, which was my scheduled pickup time and also the time the store is supposed to open. We had moving help showing up at our house that morning. Unfortunately, no one was there and the store was closed. I messages the facility, and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes before I got a human, and then they just transferred me to someone else, who then transferred me to someone else. An hour after my scheduled pick up time some finally showed up to work at the u-haul place. Then the computer didn't work and they had to use a different one. The whole experience took an hour and a half and we had to cancel some of the moving hep that we had scheduled for early that morning because of it. We barely received even an apology or explanation; nd definitely did not receive and discount on our rental for the huge inconvenience. Moving day is hard enough, and it started out pretty horribly that day because of u-haul.Michael D.

Very on organized and not managed well. And the procedures were not followed. I scheduled a U-Haul and when I reached the facility they didn't have my information I had to show her my phone to prove that I had reserved a U-Haul. I received the wrong keys for the wrong vehicle twice. Then she didn't know what vehicles they had which confused me because the parking lot was full. If you have time to spare and don't mind waiting for them to Get their act together it's an OK place to go.DANI P.
