First, when trying to move out I was refused a truck in which left me with 45 minutes to move out.. My 72 year old mother helped.. shameful, Not only was the exit a bad experience the beginning when trying to adjust the payments because the rental cost double every month for me. With the accumulating fees. Not to mention it did not have to be as disregarding of a exit. to smile in someone's face an intentionally do what was done I will never use another UHaul storage facility. I am speaking of only three individuals. If you call I will further explain.. Mad forever..with the storage experience.

Joseph F. | Overall ExperienceThe unit I have to too small (a fault of my own). When I opened the storage unit there was no lock in the unit. There was no one in the office at 4:30pm when I arrived. I called the 800 number on the reservation at try to get a larger unit. I was placed on hold for 30mins until I hung up and called back to be left on hold again. No one answered after explaining my issue. It started to get dark i went ahead and put as much stuff in the ubit as possible. I called a third time to get a lock to close the unit. I was told I had to go to another location to retrieve a lock. The communication of this location is unsatisfactory. I have yet to get in contact with some to get a larger unit.

Yvette Q.The gate to the storage unit does not close. Security in a new area is important and not feeling that your stuff is secure is not a good feeling. Also the gentlemen that helped me did not know what he was doing so it took over an hour to secure my 30-day free storage unit which I was entitle to because of a 1-way trailer rental. However I was charged for a 2nd month and have yet to be reimbursed even though I was told the 2nd month would be reimbursed when I closed my unit. That is done, where is my reimbursement?

Gave wrong truck with wrong mileage, and gas range, one person working there, long wait, unresolved issues that person had to actually write down information for manager. Payment was not made while I was there. I had to receive a call from office after I left for my to receive the total amount to be withdrawn from my cc from their screw ups! Really bad customer service and parking lot was congested and took a while to enter and exit. There was no other worker on site, but the lady in the office who was incompetent with a lack of authority or help!
