Fire Bob. He harassed me all week, cussed at me and told me "I'm going to fine the shit out of you" and " You need to get your act together" this after I spent thousands of dollars there. And when he saw me he acted sheepish. Someone needs to remind him that this is the real world and not Facebook. The customer service @ this location with the exception of one guy was fine. The customer service on the phone was horrific except for one lady she was great! Otherwise the way you reserve trucks & storage units is terrible!!! You make reservations for a unit or truck and later are told it's not available. This happened several times with the space & the truck. Your people need to know exactly what is available and where! BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATIONS!!! Changing things after you find out it's not available is a huge inconvenience for the customer!!! You need to fix that!Ira T.

Truck was dirty without a dolly I was rushed out than when I came to return the truck they make me drop my keys I told them I was paying a different way before I left and I explained that once I came back they say their system was down which the closest 10 minutes earlier I wasn't told the time of closed I pick the truck up at 340 was back at 650 and didn't want any misunderstanding of my charges didn't go far and the dolly wasn't there for use and truck was dirtyCONSTANANCE A.

The guy at the counter that set everything up for me and rang me out had an attitude. When I walked In to get the truck I was renting, there were other customers just standing there waiting. No workers to be found for a good 10 to 15 min.Julie R.

Im fed up - been a very good customer, renting trailers regularly at least ten times a year. The service at this location is very consistent - consistently rude! They have now overcharged me several times - and make rude demanding phone calls to see where their equipment is when it has already been returned. Then they have the gall to add a service fee because I dropped the equipment after-hours. Not any more - I'm doneOreste S.

No gas in the tank even though I was told it was full. I had to put gas on just to make my destination. I called them right away and took pictures of the gauges and messages. I was not required to fill the tank on return. Very nice associates.Elaine C.

The wheels were in need of an alignment. The steering wheel had to be turned about 25 degrees to the right to drive straight. Also, they added a fuel charge. Originally, it said there was a half tank of gas, but we submitted a picture showing it was just above a fourth tank. We returned it with the same amount, but apparently the picture hadn't been updated to the online inspection page, so they still said we originally had a half tank of gas. This was a lie.Robert M.

I had originally reserved this trailer (12 ft. open with a ramp) at the Hazelwood location for a period of 9 days (Sat. thru the following Sunday) 2-3 weeks in advance on my day of need. I had to contact them minutes later when the reservation verification that arrived in my email listed an enclosed trailer to verify that I wasn't reserving that type of trailer. Upon the day of my reservation I was informed that my reservation only covered a period of a few hours and I was expected to return that trailer later that same day, with no explanation as to why my reservation had been changed. I asked about the second trailer sitting on their lot and was informed that it was being held for another reservation. I was then told that the Florissant store had two trailers that were available and they would call them and reserve one for me. I asked why I couldn't have the one on their lot and they go to get the one available in Florissant (15 minutes away) for the afternoon reservation holding the one on their lot? I was met with shoulder shrugs and told that they would only transfer the reservation. I accepted the inconvenience and was prepared to delay my time table to go to the Florissant store to pick up the trailer. I arrived at the Florissant store where they confirmed my reservation, but that the trailer wasn't there, but due to be returned in a few hours. Very frustrated I left there after calling my group to report another delay. The trailer worked very well and I was quite satisfied with it's performance. However, on the day before my return to town I received a call form the Florissant store asking why the trailer had not been returned yet. I explained that my reservation was good thru the next day and we'd have it back on that day. I was told that this didn't match the reservation they had received from the Hazelwood store, but accepted the fact that I was still out of town and extended my rental thru the following day. So, would I rent from U-Haul again? At this point I'm not sure. The equipment has always been good, but the people have not always been so.Gregory W.

The location was better than most, they met my need and stayed consistent. This was the WORSE experience I've had with UHAUL. The call center never answered my call(no matter what time I called) Nikki from Springfield was unprofessional and not helpful at all. The third party movers should be vetted BEFORE offered to your customers- they didn't show up after explaining my delay with closing. They were in contact until it was time to move, then they stopped answering the phone. My son moved me alone, I have a broken foot and could not help! Tay's Affordable moving company let us down.Jesse G.

Get a new fleet of trucks. The ramp on the back of my truck did not operate at all. That made the job very difficult for movers and nearly took me over the paid time for hired moving help. Totally disappointed with U-Haul. Thank youBonita W.

We had reserved a appliance dolly two weeks in advance; upon arrival we saw plenty of appliance dollies, even after we paid for our contract. But in the time we paid to the time our truck was pulled up for our inspection all of the appliance dollies were rented to "walk-in" customers right out from under us. We had to go to 3 different U-hauls before we got one and they were horrible about giving it to us. Very bad experience. We couldn't do the move without that item. Other than that mishap things went well - just put your hands on equipment you need when you arrive and don't give it up if you had reserved it.Joshua B.
