I don't know why we haven't rented a trailer sooner! Both the employees I dealt with were super nice and it was relaxed and easy. It was only $16 for a day with the trailer and we got all of the things done we needed to with ease.Jennifer B.

Have at least half a tank of gas in the u haul. When I received the u haul it was nearly empty so I payed $80 for gas on a 1 way trip . I also did a online request for the u haul the total came out as 119 but when I got to the location they tried to charge me 229 (extra 100 for a deposit of some sort) & 10 more for an unexplained reason. I also payed for a queen size mattress cover that I did not receive & when I asked about it the guy said he has to charge me for another.Kendale C.

Besides the fact that I locked the keys in the unit and I did not know that the insurance that I purchased did not cover that and I was never offered the opportunity to pay $5 to add that coverage. I paid $143 to unlock the unit to get it returned by the 3:00 pm deadline. When I went to return the unit, the employee was very unprofessional. he was aggressive, and he was yelling and pointing at me very violently. His body language and delivery of information were hostile. He insisted that I was told about a link to follow and that I did not put gas in the truck. When I got in the truck, there was barely enough gas for me to make it to the highway. This was the worst experience of my life.SHERWANDA M.

I would recommend the location because it's within city limits. The truck was not well maintained. It sounded like it wanted to stop at any minute. Also, you can make sure that the people that work there provide good customer service because they sounded like they were answering their home phone. I am still waiting on my refund for not using the dolley. Please advise. ThanksTannyetta H.

Our truck was given to us with 1/4 tank of gas. No one told us that it wasn't full. Our estimated mileage was 134 miles round tripâ€¦my husband assumed the gas gauge was broken/incorrect. The truck ran out of gas on the way back to drop off with my with husband driving and my daughter with him. He planned on filling up near the drop off. He also put 1/2 tank in when we only needed 1/4. Luckily MoDot was around to get them back on the road.Benjamin S.

I used your movie help Option and chose G &S moving. They were horrible. I told them I had five TVs and one was in the basement and I had two sets of bunkbeds that need to be taken down and put back up. I paid for eight hours of work. I watch one take the bunkbeds down while the other one held the bag for the screws. For $720 I would've helped the bag for the screws. They did not move my entire house they only moved about 75% of my house. They informed me they do not stack furniture after I had purchased a 26 foot truck so they only utilized 50% of the truck and even admitted that they loaded it wrong.. When they move the furniture to the new house, they left the bunkbed sitting on the floor and did not put them back together and told me it was self-explanatory that I could do it myself which is not what they told me in the beginning or they would never have gotten a job. They moved zero of my TVs because after they got there they said oh we don't move TVs but on the phone they agreed to everything. They were extremely slow and would not worth $90 an hour. I might've given them $200 for the day for effort but not 720. They demanded the code so I had to give them the code but they did not finish the job. They didn't even come close. Please stop promoting these people because they are horrible. I feel very very ripped offMYRA N.

I did not know that I had to check in there. Not enough information about Saint Louis U-Haul process. Had no clue that all items need go off the truck. And plus, my helper never showed up! He called 4 hours later saying he over slept. So. It took 4 hours to empty the van.Pamela J.
The check out process is relatively easy. Checking back in after a branch is closed is more cumbersome. I understand the need for the photos and questions, however, it I would not have felt comfortable doing all of that had it been dark (or cold) out.Tina S.

Honor online reservations without hassle. The system allows you to reserve what you need, then like bait and switch, you have an employee call to tell you that you can have it for less time only a day or two before the reservation date. This is so you can try to rent it again- greed. This inconveniences the customer who has already made plans, causes unnecessary stress, and creates hostility. This is the third time it's happened to us in a year. Figure out how to get the system to reflect what you truly have or stop online reservations. It isn't the right way to do business. And, you had plenty of trucks when returned it each time, so no one was waiting urgently to drive away for another sale.DARRYL S.

Pick up and drop off was easy. Several website glitches so reservations were made and cancelled unknowingly and pick up point was also changed. Glad I happened to call UHAUL 800# the night before. Also, I like having a paper contract to look at, especially when traveling across country with spotty cell service. I didn't get any paperwork at all... not even by email or text.Romanda F.

My experience with U-Haul in Florissant has been professional and accommodating. The service I received was of high quality from the phone call to reserve the U-Haul, the signing of the contract, with a totally different person and also when I delivered the U-Haul at the end of the day.
