Took a long time to locate the keys, as people are on time schedules when moving. Have the huge gas tank on the truck near empty and I couldn’t even make it to my first destination without getting gas.

tell the truth on pricing. it was almost double of what I was quoted. and why would we have to take out insurance when we are fully covered on anything we drive up to 300,000. not very happy about the price. But the people were nice

My reservation was incorrect and the guy changed it right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The morning of picking up the truck, one of the guys had an injury to his knee but he took care of everything and changed the truck when I realized I needed a bigger one! I will ALWAYS use this location!

pickup attendant assigned wrong trailer and then couldn't get me the pictures of the trailer he had finally assigned. The assigned trailer was a dedicated local that was pretty beat up. As I had declined the insurance, I was concerned about being charged for damage that I hadn't done. I called the 800 number and after about 15 mins hold time got an agent who asked me whether I had 2 trailers. I assured her that I only had one, so she straightened that out. She transferred me to another agent who agreed to post the pics I had taken but when I arrived, the link didn't work because the text message split into 2 pieced. when I pieced it together, I didn't have enough cell internet access to submit the pictures. The return process was horrible, There were 2 people working. Neither was at the counter. Outside an customer was having to send a cab away as it was taking a very long time to check her equipment back in. I waited at least 20 minutes before being waited on and another 10-15 minutes to be able to to drop the trailer. the lot was in such a state of disarray that the agent moved another trailer and then let me drop mine knowing he would have to manually place the trailer. He seemed clueless where it should go and as I drove away. the general manager was just standing there shaking his head. I normally don't rent at the end of month and drop off at the end of the day, so that may have contributed to the mess. I suspect they were short handed as well.

it would be nice to know that 3 phone numbers and a copy of my drivers license. This in combination with I was charged for 2 days rental when they show the trailer being returned at noon of day 2. thrailer was back the evening before. The 3 phone numbers is like when you are at the bank and the pen is chained to the counter, just call me a thief up front.

The sliding door on the trailer needs a handle. It was difficult to close and latch and unlatch without a handle. Everything else was great!

Very busy location and , not the fault of the staffers there, but quite unorganized with computer problems, incorrect reservations, etc. I was supposed to pick up by mobile, but that wouldn’t have been possible because the truck I reserved was not available. I wouldn’t have known how to proceed had the office not been actually open - which I did not expect and wouldn’t have needed if all had gone as planned.

My reservation was for 7am on saturday. Manager and co worker didnt even show up to open the doors until 7:20. Very unhappy that they were 20 min late opening and hes the manager, he should be there early to make the business opens on time. Truck was clean but even with the a/c running full blast, the heat coming from the engine was so hot our feet were on fire

There ia a sign in the return lane that says stay with you equipment and somone will come out and complete the check in. That is not entirely true. Other than that, service was on point! Thanks.

The truck was on half a tank before renting. To be more professional it should be at a full tank so customers know it should be filled back up to full for the next. The truck smelled kind of bad like sweat from last person. Mayne fresheners would help.

This location does not check nor enter correct information regarding their vehicle odometer mileage and gas usage. I rented a cargo van and only went 5.5 miles. When I returned the vehicle after hours and returned the next day for my change I was told I had driven 63 miles and from my $100. Deposit I was o my return $18. After I questioned the reading the man at the counter said “ well you approved it, it says it right here. I wasn’t with you so I don’t know”. Rolled his eyes and walked away. Wow really! he sucks at customer service. Not a hey let me see what I can do to fix this are anything. Just a long middle finger. This is a very poor place. I should have went with my original uhaul store on Pershall. Well I won’t make that mistake again.

You can have longer tail gates on the motorcycle trailer to cut down on the angle between the gate and the back end of the trailer. Motorcycles bottom out and get stuck when rolling from the gate to the bed of the trailer.

I spoke with Andrew that evening because the guys loading the truck was more than 2 hours late arriving, causing everything else to be delayed. Andrew told me the trailer would be removed from my bill, my only complaint is that I have yet to see my final bill. Thank you

Get more workers. I stood in line over 45 mins before I was helped. Then drove off and the gas light came on. Went to put my items in the back only to find a lot of broken glass that wasn’t cleaned out. Terrible customer service please go to another location.

Had a reservation for 7am online check in. System kept saying my Missouri driver's license number was incorrect format for state/province. So I had to wait 2 hours until store opened to get my truck which put my move 2 hours behind schedule. I was not the only customer inside the location with the Missouri license issue. Also radio in the truck did not work which made for a long 100 mile trip.

Good staff and check in and out was very smooth. My only comment. You need to tell the consumer by truck size what size tank it has and how much fuel goes with how full the tank was. Mine was 1/4 full when I picked it up. Which is not enough and I put $30.00 in gas thus returning it 3/4 full. Seems if I knew $12.00 would have given me a 1/2 tank I would not have been screwed when I turned it back in

It was a horrible experience honestly. They canceled my truck and did not set up my storage facility properly. Kyle Drew was extremely unprofessional in his stance when I came back in regards my prior reservation. Joe hit the side of my movers truck. I feel that I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. My contract 84955906 was a complete nightmare! Customer Service training is truly need at 1800 N Hwy 67 in Florissant, MO.

Fix the door on the trailer i rented. After getting the trailer loaded the door would not close, stuck completely open in the rain. I rented an enclosed trail due to the rain however with the door getting stuck fully in the wide open position my items stil got wet. I called the so called 24 hour number only to get a recorded message. VERY bad equipment maintenance.

They might have swept out the trailer before I rented it. It had sand and gravel in it. Additionally, my vehicle barely fit on the 6x12 trailer because the rear support steel made the 6ft wide (72 in.) Trailer opening only 57 inches wide. The vehicle was 55 in. Wide. Also the ramp was too short, I had to load from a higher curb in order to keep from scraping the vehicle on the jump where the ramp and trailer floor meet. This may not be a problem for all customers depending on their needs. The staff was polite, and very helpful so it's the trailer I had trouble with, not the staff.

We rented a truck for a short move… The only thing I can say is you absolutely need more help on a Sunday at this location… The young man there was very cordial and very friendly but there were probably seven people in line waiting because he was by himself… Took me probably a half hour to get checked out

Went to the U-Haul in East Alton Roby was of great help. Started off rocky went it for least expensive way to town my car home after wrecking it this morning. Wasn't able to get the smaller truck with the trailers so that stinks. Anyway asked about the cargo van, no go, and then the 10ft box truck. That seemed to be good to go and we were back on track but we needed a one way ride and that wasn't available. He said he had a 26ft. Went a few steps further to find that one was actually in need of going to the shop. Bam, out of possibilities. Left and then called back a couple minutes later to see if he was able to check inventory from other locations, he said he was already looking for us. And that's the over the top moment everyone looks for. So coodos to Roby. A few minutes he called back said he found and called on availability of the set up we needed, 30 minutes away so that's what we did. Second location went to pick up, see what we need already with the trailer on the truck ready to go. Awesome. Left went to where my wrecked car was parked, went to load it on. Dad went between truck and trailer to line me up as I drove it on to the trailer. Standing with legs over each side of the trailers hitch. Drove up and the trailer hitch went straight up as right between my dad's legs. Not great to find out the trailer I just drove 30 miles away with wasn't attached properly. If that would have fallen off while driving at 55 mph on the highway, possibilities are endless most not good. So had to spend sometime in a freezing storm fixing the trailer properly. Hooked up and made it back no real notes on the drive... Other than a 2001 Jeep liberty doesn't pop up on the trailer menu for some reason used a 2002 and it worked, but no issues with using the 2001 Jeep liberty 4x4 on the flat trailer we used, so may edit that system. Drop off location gentleman had a good attitude not much to comment here, pretty much said dropping off gave him the keys, checked the vehicle/trailer and I was off. Not really wanting to hang out and elaborate my story after the day I have had I just left.... Prices are pretty silly for what I needed payed about 289 to get a car back home im probably oy gonna end up scraping for about that much.

Rented a van on a Saturday. Florissant has such a great location that when we were driving by it would be of your benefit to having a flashing sign that read: "available right now to rent the following van, truck...." We stopped in on the spur of the moment because we called everywhere and there was nothing available.

You can teach your employee's all of the procedures when renting a truck, between a one way and if you would be charged extra for other things when you drop it off at the same location as you picked it up. I was told that you all don't explain stuff, like that, I was quoted a flat price and paid up front then I find out later that you all want to charge me almost another $70.00. I will never use U-haul again nor recommend anybody using this company. I think you should stand by what you quote and explain procedures and protocol to a customer who's never used U-haul company before, when I called to talk with the manager I didn't like his attitude. I don't think he was professional. I most definitely will not be using this company nor recommended it to others. I know I've said this already but I want you to know how serious and disappointed that I am.
