Not that customers couldn't necessarily handle things for themselves, but I think your agents should perhaps: 1) offer to adjust the outside mirrors for the renter/driver, 2) point out that the headlights go on by themselves and 3) show where the gas is to be filled.(and mentioning that the vehicle uses regular gas and not diesel), avoiding a customer's possible confusion or panic.

Was the cargo van Clean and maintained? : yes. It did stink like body odor though. Last time it reeked of cigarette smoke so I guess it's an improvement. Wish there were more employees as the lines were long but that's an issue everywhere right now. Overall: good experience.

There was only 1 worker, then another came. We waited in line for about 30-40 minutes before we were waited on. We also had a reservation at 7am but when we tried signing in and picking up the truck we got a notification stating that we have to pick it up in person at 9am. The rep that waited on us was nice and quick

It would be wonderful if the employees actually listened to the customers. I stated that I needed truck for 24hrs and would return next day and yet I get a call the same day saying I was supposed to return at 14:00. Your employees need to listen.

The location staff were WONDERFUL. Very friendly and explained things well. Uhaul international, however, I would NOT recommend. I received a call the day prior to my move stating there was not a truck available for a one way move but I could be accommodated if I would return the truck to the same location. My pricing was also changed. When I got to the store the next morning, the young lady explained that it was Jessica from corporate that called and that the trucks for one way are owned internationally where as the trucks for a round trip are owned by the store. This is completely ridiculous to me as I made the reservation on July 25th for a move on August 20th. I strongly felt like I reserved plenty in advance to have the one way worked out. The staff at the store helped me and was very kind and professional, however, the bigger corporation really misrepresented this store.

Joe was an absolute life saver! I had underestimated the magnitude of my family's move and ran out of room in the pod that I rented from PODS. I needed a trailer at the last minute to finish my packing, and Joe went "above" above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He was able to provide a trailer within an urgent fashion and also helped install it to my vehicle. If it wasnt for Joe, my wife would have cut my balls off. Thanks Joe!

Charges per mile are pretty high when using on the weekends seems to be price gouging when the average person needs to rent any truck or van. Most people that need to rent a truck or van work during the week and weekends are when they are generally need to rent.

Your online sign-in which is supposed to save you time is somewhat time consuming. I understand why you have all the picture taking. But when I registered it would have been nice for you to explain what the process was so that I would have been more prepared. Like knowing that we didn't have to wait in line to get the keys but could go to the side. I didn't see that until we had waited in line. Also, we had ordered padding and they didn't have it in the vehicle so then once we got keys then we had to go back in and ask for the padding. But the van was very clean and new.

Fire Bob. He harassed me all week, cussed at me and told me "I'm going to fine the shit out of you" and " You need to get your act together" this after I spent thousands of dollars there. And when he saw me he acted sheepish. Someone needs to remind him that this is the real world and not Facebook. If it wasn't for the excellent job the manager did, you would have never seen my business again.

If a customer needs the truck for a few more days, let them do it. I was talked to like I was a child. When I did return the truck, employees were not friendly at all. And I still haven't received my entire bill. Date is 7-22-21

The customer service @ this location with the exception of one guy was fine. The customer service on the phone was horrific except for one lady she was great! Otherwise the way you reserve trucks & storage units is terrible!!! You make reservations for a unit or truck and later are told it's not available. This happened several times with the space & the truck. Your people need to know exactly what is available and where! BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATIONS!!! Changing things after you find out it's not available is a huge inconvenience for the customer!!! You need to fix that!

Truck was dirty without a dolly I was rushed out than when I came to return the truck they make me drop my keys I told them I was paying a different way before I left and I explained that once I came back they say their system was down which the closest 10 minutes earlier I wasn't told the time of closed I pick the truck up at 340 was back at 650 and didn't want any misunderstanding of my charges didn't go far and the dolly wasn't there for use and truck was dirty

The guy at the counter that set everything up for me and rang me out had an attitude. When I walked In to get the truck I was renting, there were other customers just standing there waiting. No workers to be found for a good 10 to 15 min.

Im fed up - been a very good customer, renting trailers regularly at least ten times a year. The service at this location is very consistent - consistently rude! They have now overcharged me several times - and make rude demanding phone calls to see where their equipment is when it has already been returned. Then they have the gall to add a service fee because I dropped the equipment after-hours. Not any more - I'm done
