Don't promise a reservation and say don't worry we can accommodate you if you can't keep it. I was told I could drop off the truck at a convenient location. I called by uhaul rep the day before due to pick up the rental truck and was told my rental would not be available for pick up at the location promised and I either had to drive 36 miles to pick up at a different site or I would not get a truck. The location I went to was less than sympothetic since the were not the ones who called me. I was given a discount and extra miles but the stress of making changes to the move schedule was not needed. The truck was dirty, not swept out there was sticky coffee or soda spilled on the console. I have always have good luck with Uhaul but this time was not a good experience.

James A.Scheduled a pick up at one location got there on my scheduled day the trailer not available. He calls another location they have a trailer an additional cost which they are going to charge the sam price. With gas prices and time to complete the transaction was trying as the schedule was a mess. We did complete our task. Went to return, pulled in the area as directed. Waited, waited, and wa. I had to call in the store to finally get assistance. He also answered the first time with u-hail he corrected the name. Some minor glitches but over was a good day with friendly associates

Dwight M.Had a pickup booked for the morning and was not able to get it because someone else didn't bring back. Had to settle for a van. That was fine! Made it work.!! Also was told that I won't be charged to my card till we get back with the vehicle and still had to charge the card after she said it was ok to come back and pay. Didn't even keep it the full time either.

HEATHER SHAIBRIA J.The reason I didn't give excellent, the question about the truck cleanest and gas need to be separate, the gas was not where it showed, I went across the street ( Miller west) once and had to put 10$ in gas tank in order not to get charge 51$ for it not been where the mark said,I should not be responsible for making sure your gas is where it should be when I rent the truck,I shouldn't have to take a picture, very disappointed.(put them on full that would help a lot). Paul H.I set up my truck using the online option. When I picked up my truck I went through the check in steps. After I left and got to my first stop I opened the back of the 26' truck to find it was full of trash. I called and complained to the locations. I was told to bring it back and they would compensate me. When I got to the store, they acted like I didn't call at all. The only thing they would do, is give me another truck. Since I was already behind schedule I took the replacement and left. I am extremely disappointed, there lack of checking the vehicles when returned set me back 2 hours. My time is important to me, when I reached out to the general manager, she was also dismissive. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company.

Ron D.The gas gauge was less than when I was told it had 5/8, not 3/4 (and at over $4.50 a gallow that's a lot). The cargo area of the van smelled like dog urine, you could see where the urine ran across the mat and out the dog. I couldn't move my mattress because it would have been in dog urine. I rented the van so that I could move everything at one time now I need to figure out how to move my mattress. This was one of the worst experiences with U-Haul I've ever had.

Mike J.The staff was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the equipment (at least the 9' van I rented) was disgusting. The cargo area was definitely not cleaned. I ended up laying down paper to transport my moving boxes. There was also trash in the dashboard/windshield area. At least the staff was super understanding of my experience and assured me that I would not be charged for someone else's mess.
Ayse H.Uhaul really needs to hire someone to do a through cleaning after each booking!! It's no wayyyyy that I should have to sit in other people mess when I come rent a vehicle!! This has happened everytime I came !! I REALLY CANT APPRECIATE THE CAT/DOG HAIR ALL OVER THE SEATS! ITS NOT COOL, ITS NO EXCUSE BUT TO FIX RHE PROBLEM. HIRE A PERSON SPECIFICALLY FOR CLEANING!!!!

Ronald B.Tell renters what WLA means . After hours the key boxS are labeled with Big numbers 1 thru 6. The info given to me was WLA BLUE. There is a small letter on each combination lock . Mine had a small a on it . SO I HAD NO IDEA which box my keys were in . I tried the blue combo on all of the locks , the lock did not open easily after the phone helper told me my key was in box 1. Simple to fix by telling me box 1 or lock a code blue and wd40 the locks.
DEAN C.Truck only had wiper blade on drivers side. Drivers side mirror shook so bad you couldn't hardly see in it. Truck was dirty inside. Contract said truck had 3/4 tank of fuel, only really had 5/8. The Miller rd uhaul was very quick for pickup and dropoff.

Cheryl K. | First ImpressionsI found the staff to be friendly however, I had many problems, most importantly, I feel as though I was completely over-charged with over $600 in fees for a truck rental and a storage unit. I have to go through and figure out what all the charges are for and the receipts don't even specify so I have no way of knowing. I do know I got charged $38 for fuel when the truck was returned on 1/2 tank just as it was when I picked it up. Initially the storage unit I had was far too small and was no a drive up so that put my move behind a whole day. Also I had to come back for the dollies I rented because they forgot to load them. That also put my move behind. I had to come back up there because no one would answer the phone. I would not recommend this uhaul store.

JOSEPH ALAN S. | Overall ExperienceRead in a few places it was 24/7 self storage but it's only accessible between 7am and 10pm which really isn't an inconvenience unless you're trying to work through the night to move out on a deadline but it isn't 24/7. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with it. I would recommend uhaul storage to anyone. For the climate controlled storage and the ease of access it's well worth it.
Bryan E. | Online Move InTruck didnt run good. Rpms where high the whole time. Mirror on passanger side is broke wasted hours and gas trying to see out the window so i didnt hit cars or trying to get over. I got jumped and had property stolen and my ribs broke so truck was needed extra days

And that's why MILLER RD is an actual joy to work with. What DAVID has in his CHARACTER can't be bought. DAVID has a very good BALANCED personality that includes a necessary blend of compassion, commitment and knowledge Actually, the WHOLE team was VERY good this time. Moving is STRESSFUL for MANY reasons and especially since COVID and the desperation it created in families. Please allow me to say..."WE NEVER KNOW THE SOLES IN WHICH ONE WALKS but WE CAN HELP WITH THEIR SOULS"....this is in all aspects of life especially when one's life has ended up in plastic bags going down the road in a WHITE & ORANGE TRUCK!!!!!
