I had assumed that each person, when done with the truck, would need to fill the gas tank. The tank was only at one-fourth when I picked it up. I filled it full ($46), but only logged 74 miles total. When I got the truck it had furniture in the back and needed to be swept out. I got the truck the day that I was to pack and move to Colorado and needed to figure out what to do with the extra furniture. When I called and spoke to Brandon at the Fargo shop, he said that there was no one available to come and get the furniture and that I would need to find a way to get rid of the furniture and that he would put a note on the reservation to see what could be done about it. I would like to talk with someone about this and how I can be compensated for my time in cleaning the truck and taking the furniture to the dump. After starting on our trip, we realized that the truck did not have working air conditioning and we traveled on a day that reached 110 degrees. It was quite an uncomfortable ride.Benjamin D.

One of the ratchet straps was broken when picked up but I didn't realize this until I tried to strap down my car, I ended up using my own ratchet straps. Not a huge deal but it was a bit of a headache.LANDON L.

I have yet to be able to access my unit. The staff was nice but unable to open gate and didn't do anything. I needed to be out of my office space today and so all my things are stacked in mY driveway as I can't access storage.
