I dropped off my trailer here during their business hours and asked them if I had to do anything to check it in and he said no they will take care of it. They did not for two days and I was charged an additional 36 dollars because of their incompetence.

There needs to be better information up front regarding the city policies for placing a u-box on the street. I was not informed of the policy until the last minute which left me to scramble to find a solution despite multiple calls to request this information. Furthermore, at least in Denver between there was a lack of communication between the city and the company both telling me the other party was responsible. The u-box service was great but the stress of this makes the service not feel worth it.

It took 30 to 40 minutes just to get our Rental Truck. No one got my utility dolly. mileage was wrong on the vehicle fuel was wrong on the vehicle I brought it to the attention of workers and nothing was done. Rental was brought back on time in the same condition in good condition with more fuel and I was overcharged because workers failed to note down wrong mileage and wrong fuel in computer. Customer service is very hard to get ahold of. I was told if there was any damage on the vehicle it would have to be taken care of immediatel. Of course there is no damage. but since we the customer have the problem it will be taken care of or addressed until 3 business days not immediately. So it's only immediately if U-Haul has a problem and not the customer. I've been overcharged no fault of my own. Now I have to wait. If I had underpaid that would be taken care of immediately. Just doesn't seem right. Use caution when using U-Haul

When the U-boxes were picked up, they gave us a 7am to 9am window and came and got them at 4pm. It wasn't a big deal, but if we'd been tight on a schedule, it could have been. Other than that, our experience with U-boxes was awesome and we've recommended them to lots of people already!! I had wanted 4 U-boxes, but the U-haul rep suggested five. She was right! Glad she did.

The check in/check out counters are blocked by displays. You should lower the displays to make it easier for your employees to see there is someone in the store.

The U-Haul app is terrible. Could have just been the poor service in that area but the whole experience took 35 mins to check out and get the truck. App kept freezing and then asked me for all the info I had already inputed to rent the truck. Poor UI and usability
