While my experience in Colorado was great, delivery in Chicago was unorganized and I was unable to get a straight answer as to when my U-Box would arrive. Essentially I wasted an entire day waiting for arrival when I was told it would come at 9am.

The truck beeped constantly while in drive, because the parking brake release had faulty wiring. Super annoying. There were at least 5 other 10' trucks I could've gotten. Also, my key was not in my lock box for mobile pick up, so I had to go inside anyway.

Handy storage unit, can be accessed at all times. They have furniture carts you can use to move your stuff as well.

Windshield was filthy picking it up. Didn't have wiper fluid. Also did not Receive moving blankets. Refund for a hold hasn't dropped still after a week but their final charges already cleared. Talked to a guy about getting a refund and he didn't know how but told me would prefer if I didn't call 1800 number so he can learn how to do it. Days later still not complete so I called anyway.

Not all U-Haul locations are equal, Denver was great, but Once the pod arrived to Washington The staff was very unhelpful and willing to work with the customer, they act like they’re the customers, and paying us, They only gave us one window to work with during the delivery day, and refused to give us any other times, and where rude about it as well, and on top of that they didn’t take off the bolts once it arrived to Washington, and told me to go buy a wrench to take them off myself, and during that time I was being charged by the hour by the movers, then they called back and sent some one an hour later to take off the bolts with power tools, since that was the only way the bolts would come off, and the person they sent gave me attitude as well and told that a wrench was good enough even though his staff stated a regular wrench would not work, and that power tools where the only way to take them off.

The final bill was emailed to me; I did not have a chance to review it prior to settling. When I got home last night, I discovered that they had over-charged me $10. $5 for pads and $5 for a dolly, neither of which I'd used. I use this U-Haul location for my business and have not had issues before.

Very disorganized. 6 people from spring Texas, to customer service, to englewood Colorado had a different idea of what was going on. My credit card was charged incorrectly. Nobody could figure out how to fix it. Very bad experience with uhaul.

Not sure I fully appreciate why the local rentals get stuck with the beat up and abused rental trucks with 150k miles on them that ride like crap but must be a corporate mandate. Seems to me there could be a happy medium there somewhere.

I originally made an online reservation at the U-Haul at 1750 County Line Rd. I received a text and email confirmation but when I went to pick up my van I was told they had no vans available and hadn't for "weeks". I showed the clerk my reservations and she just shrugged and kept telling me they didn't have any vans. She said they had my van at the 2727 S. Santa Fe location, so I had to make another 20 minute drive to pick up my van. The Santa Fe location was night and day compared to County Line - their clerks were polite and professional. Overall, even though I was majorly inconvenienced (and no one at either location offered any kind of discount or other perks to make it right) I would rate the Santa Fe location highly but the County Line location is terrible AND don't believe U-Haul's online reservation system!!

Assure that when someone reserves a truck or trailer at a specific location, he or she can pick it up at that specific location.

There was a bit of a miscommunication about gas mileage; I was told to bring the tank back at certain level, but when I returned was charged for the mileage used. It was a nominal amount, but still left uncertain of the policy. Otherwise, friendly and helpful staff, quick service, and happy that a truck was available for my use on short notice.

The customer service was excellent. I was helped 100%. All I had to do was drive my vehicle close to the trailer and the employee did everything else, including hooking up the trailer and testing everything was operational. I would encourage you to keep this employee and treat him well and possibly promote to training (if exists) and use him as example for onboarding.

It was incredibly frustrating when calling Uhaul because of the amount of times I was transferred without any help. I was on the phone over 2 hours trying to figure out when my u boxes would be delivered. My u boxes also arrived 4 hours late than I was told. Not happy about my overall experience.

EVERY time I've ever been to a uhaul, there's always a line out the door and only one person at the counter...and it always moves slowly...Maybe streamline things and hire more help...BTW this was at the UHaul of Highlands Ranch NOT Englewood...Thats where my rental was supposed to be but I was sent to Englewood AFTER standing in line for half an hour...

I waited 30 minutes for the counter person to figure out how to log in to the computer to print me a receipt. They ended up not being able to log in and regardless they’re printers were out of ink and had no replacement so I waited 30 minutes for something they knew they could not give me. Uhaul needs to work on training their employees properly so they know how the computer systems operate correctly and they have the proper supplies to complete daily tasks. The NY location I shipped my container from was even more of a joke. At least my belongings arrived on time and safely otherwise this whole experience would have been horrendous. UHAUL TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!!!

Delivery dates and times were not adhered to. Staff over the phone did not have good customer service. I was given several dates and times when the boxes would be delivered. Then was told it was my fault. I gave the correct card number, they claim it was not valid and delayed the processing and hence my delivery. There was nothing they could do. I was without clothes, and households for over two weeks. I had used U-Boxes once before and everything went well. This time was a complete cluster from day one. Next move I will NOT use U-boxes and will never recommend U-boxes!

Manager was riding around like Paul Blart Mall Cop. Assistant mgr no better cant do anything without the mgr around next to him. Terrible service and the tow dolly I was assigned wasn't even present on the property, and was never given paperwork for the exchanged trailer I was given. Horrible experience what if I got pulled over and arrested for theft of a trailer I had no record to even be in possession of.

Need to fix your Ubox process. Online process and you also need to train your employees on the Uboxes. Price is great, process is horrible!

I didnt like the hours i could access storage and to get the 24 hour access you had to pay more. All employees were very helpful though.

Primary issue was cust service.They double booked me on my delivery date and forced me to re-schedule, boxes were delivered with bolts that needed removal, I had duplicate charges that need refunding

Delivery driver was great. Pod delivery date was missed with no offer of $50 a day credit received back. I had to call to verify it was coming no call in advance of the delayed dates. D- Experience

I used a pod for storing furniture while we sold our house the delivery and pick-up were no hassle at all. The young woman that delivered the pod was very friendly and professional.
