Drop off was easy. I was also told here that I would get a refund for unused days without them making a distinction between local and one way trips. The 3 staff were great! The 2 ladies at the desk were a uper helpful, friendly & got me in and out super fast. The guy that came out to hook it up helped me realize I was at the wrong trailer. He was also a very nice guy. He lifted the heavy trailer for me. It was extremely hot and humid-he worked hard getting me set up right. Staff was the best. I'd definitely rent from there again because of them.James H.

Inform customers when there is an out of stock rental item. Was very inconvenienced after going to two different locations to obtain a dolly that I had already reserved with my truck almost 8 weeks ahead of time. I had to return to Uhaul during my move to have the dolly rental charges removed and end up purchasing a dolly because I really needed one for my move that was in progress!Tiffany T.

There should be a designated sign/area for customers who checked in online to walk up to the counter in order to get their key and leave quickly. The way the store is blocked off with boxes makes it difficult to get to the front counter when there is a line of people.Marquita R.

And I don't know why when I got the truck it was on E and I put gas dropped it off on empty the exact same way I got the truck I'm not understanding why am I being charged for gas and I put gas to drive the truck. To be real that's the best staff and customer service I've ever had and I've had some things happen up there like me losing my keys to missing a payment and they helped out each time like calling me making sure I knew I was late to making sure I had the resources to get my lock off. Read above because it is not as much about this location but the full experience with U-Haul. I will say I've used U-Haul multiple times. This is the first time I've ever had issue but being the first time we had the issue and the way that they handled some of the situations was really sadRANDY W.

I checked in online to avoid having to wait in a line, then was told "Go inside to get your keys" where I had to wait 30 minutes. Once I got the keys and the van was brought around, there was a ton of damage to the van that was not marked on the check-in documents so I had to spend another 10-15 minutes documenting all of that. The van's blinker was burnt out which is a fairly large safety issue and I was told "It'll be okay" when I brought it up. On top of this, the 30 minutes I was waiting in line was counting towards my 4 hour rental time and was not credited back to me in any way.Alexander C.
I returned the vehicle following the steps and was told to come the next day to get my cash refund back and I made it here but they say they closed the drawer returned the next day and was told it was mailed off got the receipt and it was to the wrong address not the address on my drivers license was told it would be fixed hopefully it happens quicklyCory B.

The only issue I had was that I had paid for a utility dolly. The truck did not come with a ramp. I didn't realize it until I made it to my destination. It would've been nice to know that, if someone would have explained that to me before leaving. Or at at least paid attention to the fact that I had a dolly to give me a truck with a ramp. Other than that I had no issues. The customer service was excellent with no long wait. ¡Gracias!Amarra H.

During Covid my card on file was charged because your staff put in the wrong unit number and I had to wait days for a reimbursement the day I was released from the hospital and couldn't afford to get my medicine the manager showed no empathy, find a better system when charging credit cards on file. I rented from Uhaul for fourteen years. Three years later I'm back renting This is my second time renting a storage from UhauI. I have one complaint the elevators were not working. I couldn't rent until November because the elevators were down. When I brought boxes to put in the storage in early part of January the elevator was down. I just decided to go somewhere else because if I can't access my storage because the elevator is always down. Customer service at this U-Haul location is top notch. David Wiley ran a smooth operation. He was a professional manager who was also knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to assist inside the office, inside the units, as well as driving rental vehicles up to customers. Chastity was also an incredible employee who was equally knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure she provided answers to your questions, assisted when locks were difficult to open, and overall made doing business at this location a pleasant experience. The only issue is that the elevator seemed to be inoperable most times, which is an inconvenience. Efforts should be made to either replace the elevator or add another one because using stairs to move furniture is a hassle.alicia S. | Overall Experience

I felt my belongings were secured and that I was safe while I was there and over a course of 2 1/2 years I was there a lot. It was always clean both the grounds and the facility. I went to take advantage of my month free of storage that came with a truck rental. My item did not fit in the hallways getting to the unit they gave me so I decided to cancel my account. The front desk did it but then a month later I was charged $170 for a storage unit I had never even opened. I tried multiple times to get ahold of them but nothing worked. I have rented a storage room for 3 years. The staff at this location was always friendly. Even when the basement flooded, the team boxed up my damage boxes with new Uhaul boxes and cleaned the unit.
