I think nothing because U- Haul is a great renter Company to take care of all of all of renter trucks and etc...Thank U-HAUL.

Temeka P.I don't know the reason I reserved a certain type of vehicle and someone who walks in before me without a reservation gets the last van which I reserved. Then I communicated when I return the truck I would be paying with my debit card and not the credit card I held the reservation with, the rep already charged the credit card before I made it to the front desk. Customer service was not there because he did nothing I asked or reserved.
Precious W.The phone, when people need to get through to update any information. I called to inform them that I was on my way to turn the truck in because it was close to the time and I was put on hold for about 30 minutes and then I was disconnected from the call. My son had already taken the truck back for me but it was such an inconvenience if a person needed to find out some information. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the rental of the truck.

The app changes the return process. If you don't have a smart phone, it might be more difficult to rent and return the vehicle.

I've never rented a storage unit before so maybe this is normal. Would probably be a great option if there weren't other better options available.

VIRGINIA E.Dana was very nice and accommodating. My only slight complaint is about the storage unit itself. I was not able to view my unit or at least a model/replica before I paid. I got to my unit and saw that the indoor units don't have garage doors, only regular doors on them. So it was very difficult to get large furniture into the unit. The hallways are narrow and so is the elevator. Some furniture ended up getting damaged because of that. If I need a item that's not directly in the front, I'll have to pull everything out and put it in the hallway just to get to find what it need. Had I known this, I would've gotten the outside unit or went somewhere else.

JaMeise B.Picking up the truck was awesome, I taken care of by Gabryelle. However the drop-off was very annoying dissatisfied and downright bad customer service . Someone from corporate called me around 6 something stating that it shows that I haven't returned to the truck when indeed I returned it back with 1/4 of gas took a picture of it at 4:24pm and it was Dana who open the gate for my husband to drive the truck through and then another gentleman jumped in and drive it around. I ask about my refund and is there anything else or my receipt, Dana said it will be emailed. Never once told me that their system was down until I went back up there when corporate stated they cannot get in contact with them, I offered to drive back up there to clear my name and did. So that's when we return back to the U-Haul place lights was off no one was there a note on the door stated that manager is out on the property and it shows at the time does not close until 8 p.m. and indeed we made it up there around 6:40 something my husband called the number on the door the guy came right in the gentleman Dana stated his system was down he could not clock my truck and I inform him of corporate calling me his name was Jeffrey and then he spoke with the gentleman and told me it's nothing to worry about .I stated I would like a receipt right now and that's when I obtained it showing that I brought the truck back at 5:30 indeed it was at 4:24 he stated it doesn't really matter it's only for a day. Along with overcharging an additional 5 miles emailed it to Jeffrey to prove that time that we dropped it off and the mileage. Very unprofessional will not be returning nor recommending anyone for that location. My personal opinion the staff need more coaching besides the young lady Gabryelle Moncure pick up again was a breathe and she was very nice and professional.

JAMEAH H.I was over charged 430+ miles for 4 hour uses. I went 40 miles and had the cargo van back that the correct time from 9:45-1:45. No way could I have a van and travel over 400 miles have gas where it should be and back on time in Dallas. I already paid what was owed the day of then U-Haul wanted to charged me an additional $222 but ended up still over charging me $111 for mileage I DID NOT drive. I will be call back again and do not recommend this company or location at all.

He is complete in way he does and goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. He's so friendly and helpful. The ladies who work there are efficient and help you feel better about whatever situation got you there. I highly recommend this location and the people who help with storage, and vehicles and supplies and suggestions of things you may need and most often forget. They have made my transition easier to get through. Gracias

Tina S.Service was poor Even though my reservation was made on line gentleman by the name of Dana wasn't honoring it made me do the reservation all over And when given the rental utility dolly was missing and when given one it was still the wrong one. My reservation was scheduled for 5:45didn't end up leaving till 6:15 reducing my rental time because of not having things in order Point being we drove to camp wisdom and parked our rental and didn't end up using it. We ended up just returning it with the same gas it was given to us. Come to find out lady in the office said that we drove it 35 miles when I know we didn't and just the inaccurate mileage used is the reason why I won't be using this location or any u haul services really disappointed in this whole experience

LAVERA P.There was several issues with my reservation. The place in which I originally reserved my UHaul did not have any trucks so they set me up for another location. I had the 24/7 share and I was suppose to get my UHAUL at 9am Sunday, the location was closed and there were no trucks outside of the gated fence. I called the location and they did not open until 10am. I went back to my original location in which I had reserved the truck while talking to a customer service representative. The location of course did not have any trucks and by now I have my movers ready to move and no truck. The customer service representative events found a location about 15 minutes from where I was and I drove there. This location was closed as well when the representative told me the location was open. As I began calling and after waiting 5 minutes the time now was about 9:45am, the clerk comes in and apologize for running late due to car trouble. My experience with UHAUL was absolutely frustrating and time consuming. I would hope that in the near future your representatives ensure that customers are being sent to the correct location. Moving is frustrating enough and to add poor customer service to your customers is disappointing.
