While we were there, to pick up our eqiipment, the manager was extremely belligerent and rude to another customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone. To improve your service you might require staff to advise anyone making a reservation about the time limits for picking up equipment. We were within the twenty minutes time frame, but were incompletely unaware that we could have lost the reserved equipment.

I was satisfied with the truck I was given but it was bigger than what we needed. I understand (kind of) why we had to take the truck we did since it was one way from Reno to Las Vegas but I would've liked to been able to use one of the Ford Econoline vans. It would've been much more economical.

I had my reservation change 3 times and was frustrated. The manager, Christian couldnt tolerate me being upset and cancelled my reservation and put me on the Do Not Rent list. It was so humiliating and stressful when im already stressed out with moving. He needs some major classes in customer interaction and service.

CLEAN YOUR TRUCKS, REPLACE THINGS LIKE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES, FILL WASHER FLUID. CLEAN WINDSHIELD INSIDE AND OUT, MY TRUCKS WINDSHIELD WAS VERY DIRTY! YOU COULD ALSO HAVE THE AMOUNT OF DOLLY'S I RESERVED WITH THE TRUCK. THEY ONLY HAD ONE DOLLY AND I REQUESTED 2. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK UP THE DOLLY, NOW THAT'S JUST PERFECT!

So here is the bad. I got a confirmation email but went to pick up the truck but it wasnts assinged. Your compamy should never ever send a confirmation if a truck is not truely reservered. The lack of caring from both the Highland Ranch, CO location was shocking. To the point that I dont know if I ever want to use Uhaul again now the plase I actually picked up the truck was outstanding. I dont feel that Uhaul as a whole did enough to make this issue better. The uhal I drop off as well was exellent. Having said that from your customer support call line and the Highland Ranch location beyond poor customer service far out wieghts the great service I got from the pick up and drop off location I would not give Highland Ranch location a single star for anything same for your support call line worst customer service I have ever recievef from any company.

The trailer was dirty on arrival and in fairly poor shape. The fenders, trailer deck, and tires wherein poor shape when I pointed it out to the staff upon rental. I luckily booked the insurance for the trailer. When I returned it the staff implied that the tires were my responsibility until I told them I had the insurance. The trailer worked well and I accomplished with I needed to with it. I would rent again, but I would always book the insurance due to the fact that the staff seems fixated on blaming the customer for pre-existing issues.

The staff and ease of rental were excellent. The truck we received had horrid breaks and looked like it had been through war. It was also the furthest location in town and created several unnecessary miles for me that I was responsible for paying, which hardly seems like good business UHAUL!!!!

Worst customer service experience ever received. Will not recommend anyone to this location. Allen Briggs. Was one of the rudest person working. Surprised that U-Haul provides poor service to their customers. Highly disappointed. Allen Briggs simply ignored the customer (me ) in a line to chat with his fellow coworker about another customer behavior ( talking trash about a paying customer) in front of an other customer. Seems to me as U-HAUL does not has customer standards and does not provide any customer service skill to be professional at their job. Left that horrible place angry.

I traveled 11 mi, used maybe 2 gal or so. was charged a $30 service charge for it and $7 for fuel. If I had known it would cost $30. I certainly would have fueled myself. Had no idea.

The truck was low on oil and had to add a quart. There was no gas in the truck and they said I would get a 36 dollar credit to put a quarter tank of gas in which I did but did not get the credit on my bill. They charged me for 12 blankets but only gave me 6. Very nice people but would suggest you VERY CAREFULLY check everything when you pick up your truck and go over the final bill better than I did.

Uhaul cancelled my first reservation 2 days after I booked it with credit card, implying they didn't have the equipment I booked a 26 ft truck and changing my location pickup 3 times. Three different locations. Having to rebook my movers 3 times. Will never use or recommend Uhaul ever again.

This is the second time at this location that I have returned a trailer and wad told a receipt would be emailed to me. Not only did I have to call back 3 times to get the receipt, the trailer was never check back in and it was still accumulating charges (which were later reversed). Not good. Get a receipt when checking in.

Uhaul uses cheap tires. I had a blowout between Wells NV and Elko. The tire guy showed up quickly but it still cost me an hour and 20 minutes.

The Oddie Blvd Location in Sparks Nevada is terrible. Originally went to the Oddie Blvd location to pick up my reservation, however, apparently they did not have my reserved equipment available so had to drive to the opposite side of town, which is an hour away to pick up a car hauler. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. The So Reno location had great service and accommodated my reservation.

When unloading our car from a carcarrier one the employee unlocked the tow hitch from the Uhaul truck the carrier bucked up and damaged the cars front end. Then they told the insurance company we unhitched the carrier aan the insurance company denied our claim SB all the way around

Had to go three locations to get a truck that was reserved. The first location wouldn’t even call the next one to make sure the truck was available cuz it would tie up her phone lines for too long. Ordered 20 blankets, got 6. The truck was very old and banged up. The only location that was nice was the 2 one on Moana that helped me. Not happy with all the service. They said they would give me $50 credit for the rental but only gave me $35. Poor poor service. Not a happy customer. Also had to $300 extra for the movers I hired because of how long it took to get the truck after 3 locations of having to travel too.

I would appreciate U-Haul not changing my pick up location to clear across town. It was such an inconvenience and a waste of gas. I was unhappy that the only communication about the change in location was through an email. Please improve this aspect of your service.

I was not given an opportunity to see the trailer before renting. I was not handed a form to submit any previous damage of the trailer, it was filthy and full oh horse poop and straw. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was muffling a laugh when I notified them of my concerns. I was threatened cleaning and damage charges at my drop-off location. Horrible experience.

Confirm what payment is to be used for rental when equipment is picked up. Not have people on hold so long that they have to hang up and call back 20 min later. and not tell customer something that is not true about the refund that was due because the staff charged the wrong card .

I reserved a truck 10 days in advance at the Oddie Blvd location only to be texted 2 hours prior saying the truck is at Virginia St which is an extra 20 minute drive. Extra mileage charged to me to pick it up 20 minutes further and drop off 20 minutes further. Additionally, the guys who worked there were unprofessional and I waited 30 minutes in line to drop off only to get help at the counter and be asked "someone didn't help you outside?" Obviously not if i'm in here. I was greeted with "what's up" when standing there for 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable to reserve a truck 10 days in advance and have to pick it up at a different location 20 minutes further than planned only to get extra mileage money from me.

I left a poor review at the end of August when I was overcharged for miles (odometer error). The manager responded to my email and corrected the bill. Thank you for the quick resolution of the error!

Easy access and very secure. The log out stopped working correctly stating our units weren't closed, when they were. Staff didn't seem concerned about that. Thank you - we had 2 LG units for 2 yrs

Came in a week ahead of time to schedule pick up of my uboxes. Came in to get them. Was told we have no covers so I couldn't access my items. Had to rent a truck and unpack all of my stuff there.

I had difficulty when paying monthly rental. I had four units and often was transferred to another office to pay monthly. The other office was very helpful. The staff was ok otherwise

billing never seemed to be correct and my swipe card never actually worked. Most every time I went into get into my unit there was an issue with the payment, which was on auto pay, and the unit locked
