This is my second time renting at this location and would again in the future if needed. Damian went above and beyond by coming in on his off hours because I somehow lost my pad lock keys when my key ring broke just a few days before. Total life saver! Excellent service as always! Also, Maria was very kind. She saw I was alone and continued to check on me while I emptied my storage. So sweet.

The computer system at this location is terrible. It takes way too long to check out and pay for anything. The staff there is amazing and very helpful and nice and try really hard to help any customer that comes in. Since it took so long to get a storage unit, we saw 3 others customers having problems too, we asked why and they said our computers are difficult. I am writing this review because the staff are great and Uhaul isn't helping the staff. Soo I give the staff a 5 ⭐️… I give Uhaul a 2 1/2. Come on Uhaul you can do better for your employees.

The location is not the bad part of this experience. It's the fact that U-haul cancels or changes your reservation dates and times with very little to no time in advance, and it costs time and money when things don't go as planned on the reservation.

Employees need more training over all. They have lack of experience in this business and they're always in their phone. The evening supervisor don't have any sense of urgency. It took him 45 minutes to email me a receipt of my rental returned. I had to remind him about my receipt more than three times. Honestly bad service over all.

I was unfairly charged a very high fee for change of drop off location. When I made arrangements a week ahead of time to change the drop off location I was told by the U-Haul representative "No problem." A week later when I made the return I was charged an extra $370.00 penalty fee (in addition to rental and mileage fees) for a change of location.

Instructions need to be more clear. This is not a gated access. Did not realize you need a card to swipe to gain access. Lock was not in unit but with it being non-gated access, I did not understand where you would enter an access code and they don't put in unit because they can be taken. The facility has two access areas to outside, non-temp controlled units which makes it confusing. Plus, access hours are 5-10pm. I had the impression it was gated access and surprised it was not; However, I understand the alarm now and access to our unit.
