This places charges extra to access your storage unit at night. Ridiculous! Also ceiling was damaged/cracked. This place should be immaculate for what people are being charged. Also climate control was a joke. The AC was never on.

Tammy and Stacey in Corpus were great. VERY efficient and friendly. The only problem was the drop off destination in San Benito wasn't real clear and Uhaul location in our phone didn't exist. When we switched to Harlingen drop off, the protocol for turning in the truck and switching destinations was not clear. Kim at HQ was fabulous.

Better than the main U-Haul location for two reasons: customer service and better storage units (price and size). Would use again (and did).

Actually we are very upset. Upon getting a contract with uhaul we bought the extra insurance believing it included all circumstances. We accidentally locked the keys inside the truck in the uhaul parking lot as we were dropping it off and when we called the roadside assistance they refused to help because we didn't pay the extra 5.00 for lockouts. We didn't know. So we have to shell out 60 on top of the 40+ for extra insurance for someone to come and open the door. (Which took 30 seconds). We'd really like to be reimbursed for the emergency money we had to come up with to have someone come open the door. We literally thought it was included in the insurance we bought.

Professional and efficient. I’ve been to many U-Hauls from coast to coast and this location has the best customer service from optimizing my truck reservation, to selling boxes and setting up the storage unit. They have it all. Better than the main branch on SPID. Storage gate has a remote clicker too (no code required in and out).

Use the correct length windshield wipers, the van I rented, had some low quality wipers. Other than that, the van was great. Thanks

I don't understand why they charge me for overnight if i turned it in before the time it was due, this is the 2nd time it's happened

Personnel at the Corpus Christi location were very helpful. The reason for the No remark on the second question-The tires on the trailer were not in great shape and both were replaced during the trip. That being said I looked at the tires and they appeared to be ok as I did not know how many miles were on them, so looks can be deceiving. Tires changed and inspected properly at the facility would improve overall and cause less damage. I was fortunate enough to catch the tire failure at a stop and not on the highway.

Truck smelled of cigarette smoke.

The app said my key would me somewhere in the back of the truck, it was not. I had to go inside and get the key from a person.

Staff is undeniably a great group of people. They have never been rude or disrespectful in person or over the phone. They are diligent in what they do. During my 3yrs as a customer, I never experienced any problems with lighting, temperature, access, thefts etc. All surroundings, both inside the facility as well as the drive areas, are always kept clean and free of debris and objects making vehicle access quick and easy. Uhaul at Kostoryz/SPID has my recommendation to anyone needing to properly secure their belongings.

The 10-foot traiker was not available even though it was "GUARANTEED" when reserved 4 days prior. I ordered a dolly but was given the flat roller.

Charged for miles i didnt do. The mileage kept jumping and i took pictures but they still made me pay for the mileage. They charged my card extra as well for a extra day i didnt have the uhaul.

The entrance might need to be a little bit bigger due to the location. It is hard for two cars or units to enter and exit. The staff was very professional and helpful.

I made my reservation over the phone with this location and Crystal was very helpful. She made sure I was getting the best value for the kind of move I was making.

The truck I rented the air conditioner was not working very well it was super hot not blowing cold air was all hot air not very happy at all.

The associate at the counter was very professional and helpful.

The ignition very hard at first but got use to it. Your personal very courteous and calm. Your all female office crew impress me with driving skills and vehicle knowledge. Which is a super plus for your company.

COVID-19 measures taken, such as doing many of the verifications via cell phone to minimize contact, are very good. Truck cab was obviously cleaned very well. If UHaul franchises are wiping down with a disinfectant, give yourselvs credit and tell people.

My only quip was having to reanswer all the same questions I answered online about mileage and such. Why fill it out online if I have to do it again in person? Regardless the girl at the counter was very helpful

I’ve lost a lot of money because U-Haul can’t keep a reservation. I have to go back to Colorado again to rent another vehicle to move all of my stuff to Texas I lost around 2000 dollars plus time off of work. No I would recommend u haul. STAND BEHIND YOUR WORD.......

Friendly staff, easy access to our storage unit, making payment was convenient being I was able to make payments by phone when i was not able to stop by the office. I will use U-Haul if needed in the future and do recommend.

The facility and grounds are well maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and visible around the premises. I was confident about the security of my belongings over the time period I stored them at this location.

I am not happy because I had a storage unit in Bldg C. I was not notified of fire for 48 hours at which point all my goods had been TAKEN by someone. without my consent or my knowledge of their condition. On the would I? I would say I was happy for many years UNTIL the fire and the lack of transparency in regard to fire. Now I am not totally happy. Were my things stolen? Were they black rubble. Could I have salvaged something?

Fire in unit C caused my belongings, including photo albums, to be damaged. U-Haul hired helpers to move my belongings to another unit. Those movers broke several of my irreplaceable belongings.

Even though the fire destroyed what it did, this was totally out of the staffs control but they handled it well. Experience before hand was great. Staff was friendly and facility was well maintained.

The facility burnt down and when I questioned about the insurance ppl look at me like I’m crazy. If I hear nothing after the holidays I’ll hand this over to a legal team.

it burned down. I lost some stuff. never rented one before, no insurance offered . someone had chemicals in theirs, with human tissue. no compensation offered.

Just sad I lost all my belongings and my kids belongings in the fire and would want to know what happend and what caused the fire other than that the staff is great

All my belongings were lost in a fire on 12/17/19. I had priceless items inside that can never be replaced. My daughter's first tooth, my antique dresser, my late cousin's recliner, war medals, etc...

In the difficult situation of losing everything in our storage unit to fire, the staff were kind and constructive and this was much appreciated.

We love it there . Its maintained very well . So if anybody in need of storage unit this is the place to rent your unit . Totally secure and climate control & non climate control veey clean units .

The general manager Crystal was such a professional and went above and beyond to help me with services. She was timely and available even outside of the normal business hours.

I strongly recommend to contact next door business (Jack in the Box) they have plants (Oleanders I believe) in the side walk, when you exit the facility BLOCK completely the view of upcoming traffic.

Never had a problem and rented a unit the for 5 years. Great job!

This location is best . Friendly staff and very helpful and units are very clean . They take time to show you the size of unit and go from there . The grounds are very lite up and very secure Awesome

Though it was suppose to be climate control, a lot of my items were ruined. Two bags of shoes were mildewed, had to be thrown away. Employees were very nice and I enjoyed having access to the room

The sales lady did a great job at telling me everything up front as far as fees go she also added a free lock at the end which sweetened the deal.

The rental process was excellent! On day of moving items to my space, door locked, couldn't get in til later, leaving my items in the hallway of space until clerk unlocked door! Very inconvenient!
