After Hours drop off was super easy

Jerome FA very good experience. They made sure to give me the rate that best fit my circumstances.
ERIC BI went and rented a truck that had a bad battery. After driving 2 miles I made a quick stop and the truck would not restart. I called for roadside assistance and it took one and a half hours for a technician to come fix the problem. Once he arrived, he did an excellent job replacing the battery and I was able to go the rest of the day with no problem.

Need to have consistent staff at the desk checking customers out and people outside hooking up trailers and such. Should not talke that long to pick up a truck.

Mario VLady behind the desk was a bit busy with other customers. But she managed to get us checked out within a reasonable time at drop off. We dropped it off 1 day + / 27 hrs earlier that the 3 day max.It would have been nice to get a credit for a future rental. We would use this location again.
DEAN KOur whole experience with U-Haul offices in NH & FL was great! Compared to other companies that won't even give you a quote online we reserved our box and it arrived. Well ahead of the scheduled delivery. But when I spoke on the phone with customer service, they were always helpful. Even the driver that delivered was in full contact and even considerate of the space where it needed to be dropped. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to safely move their items. The box fit way more than expected and got my daughter's stuff safely to her new home. And above all the price was much more reasonable than the competitors.

RACHEL SSlow going and Apoch the eagle upon my right shoulder hissed, I fell to a dream. Upon my knees a green lake of blue turtles rose from the sand. There, there beyond stood the shining security of a new experience amidst the old, dry and tired. U-Haul Self-Storage, propane filling, moving blankets, locks and rentals for moving about the country was right there in front of me the whole time. It took dire thirst to be a smack in the head to wake up to such a wonderful solution. Gracias.

CAROLYN TIt took me 40 minutes from the time I arrived (on time for my reservation) until I left with the trailer and there was no line when I arrived (although there certainly was when I left), just two customers being seen by the two clerks. One couple was oblivious that a line was building up and kept asking a ton of questions although it was apparent they'd already rented a few times recently. Annoying, but not the employees' fault. HOWEVER, when I finally got to the desk, all my contact information on my account was wrong (no address or phone that had ever been mine and not what I'd entered the day before; someone else's drivers license was also attached to the account). Apparently someone with my same last name had a reservation the day before and that employee managed to pull up and change my record. Unfortunately, that meant the person helping me had to delete and then create a new reservation for me, and update all of the information in my account -- taking another 10 minutes. (She figured out what had happened pretty quickly and knew what to do to correct the issue, thankfully, but it seems additional training is needed for whoever was working there on Friday, 12/13). Once we got through that mess, I got out of there quickly. She went ahead and gave me 24 hours to return the trailer due to the delay getting it out there, but I still managed to return it in the 6-hour window I'd originally planned. And the return went VERY smoothly. An employee was out in the lot managing things and checked the trailer and helped me unhook it right away.

They made a difficult decision so easy and smooth, not to mention reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!

That being said, Uhaul's (the corporation, not its employees!!) policy of first come, first served even with a reservation was shocking and honestly made for a horrifying moving-in experience. I came thinking I would have a drive up outside unit, and ended up having to tetris my belongings inside a 4x8 1st floor unit and a 2nd floor 6x7 unit. Again, the employees of this location are great. The corporate policy of Uhaul of 'first come, first serve' even with a reservation will ensure I never use this Uhaul services ever again. It is a really terrible policy, I hope that will be reversed. Thank you again to the great employees of this location.

When i got to your facility, there wasn't one available. I don't know what reservation system issue there is between the site & national, but that, for us, meant we had to find a 10 x 10 somewhere else, then move everything out of the tiny space you had avail... and only had inside access too. Aside from that, we were charged $20 late fee, because we weren't notified by phone or text that we were going to be past due... and ended up getting a US Mail letter, that was sent to our old address, forwarded to our new address... AFTER the $20 was already paid. I was told by national that they couldn't credit it, and that an email would be sent to the site manager. I still haven't heard from anyone about crediting that $20. I arrived yesterday to clean out the unit, after already having paid the month & late fee, and found a second lock on the unit, which I had to go inside & deal with. I'll be unlikely to use UHaul again for storage.
