I will never use UHAUL ever again. They screwed me really good. I had to pay well over double the money because they were unable to provide a truck for me that I reserved over a month ago for a one way trip. They called me last minute and I ended having to drive a truck from NJ to NY and back to NJ. Mileage, gas and tolls doubled, thank you. Oh yeah I'm sorry they credited my 50 dollars, great doing business with you... If you are planning a moving state to forget about UHAUL they are useless. Thank you for robbing me!!!Brinton H.

Service was very pleasant. Easy to pickup rental. Parking lot is small/tight for big vehicles. My 26ft truck was not in great mechanic shape (engine ran good but felt like no suspension and the steering wheel shook significantly while driving)David T.
I received an email confirmation to pick up a specific truck number with corresponding key. When I arrived to do mobile check in the truck was a different number which caused some confusion. I tried chat and calling and both took quite a bit of time.Anthony P.

This reservation was messed up from the beginning. We did a mobile pick up, had to wait on the phone for 45 mins just to get our lock box number and code to get our key. We were given the wrong box and code so did not have a key. We had to wait until the location opened to get out key. The girl tried telling us our key was out there. Yes clearly it was since we had to wait but we were unable to get to it since we were given the wrong information. Finally get our truck almost a hour and half past our reservation time and it was FILTHY! Cigarettes in the center console, filth all over the dash. Truck was also given to us with 10 miles left till empty. We didn't complain just went and did what we had to do. Brought the truck back with 1/8 tank off gas, more than what we started with was told every thing was good and we left. Never got any kind of paperwork or receipt or anything. Get home and see my receipt in my email with a $68 charge for gas and a digital signature that we never signed. Immediately went back to the location to dispute this charge only to be told that it's or fault because we should have came in and told her. Anywhere I have ever rented a vehicle the rule has also been the vehicle is to be returned with as much or more gas as we left with. This is what we did. My only logically guess is this girl never checked the gas before we left because she was clearly flustered from messing up the keys to begin with and now had a line of people behind us waiting. She continuously tried to blame us for this confusion and then told us we got a text that we should have went in to dispute the gas if we didn't agree. The text i I got had NOTHING about disputing gas AND we never got anything to dispute to begin with. She gave us the key and we left. There was no paperwork with gas levels to dispute not did she give us an amount. What were we disputing?! I was told she put a claim in with the traffic department and I had to wait 24-48 hrs to see what was going to happen. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!!!Steven C.

This was not the location i originally had my reservation at. Instead of 15 minutes away we had to drive 35 minutes for the pick up and drop off. staff was nice location was awful for my convenience. i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone because i know no one that lives anywhere near it.Matthew B.

We elected to do mobile check out. That process stunk and was not user friendly. When asking inside the office about the steps they were rude and unhelpful. The vehicle reeked of smoke and was dirty. When I asked if it was possible to take the other truck of the same size staff was again rude and belittling.Mike O.

Upon return there was an attempt to charge me a fuel charge when I returned the truck with the proper fuel. There was no customer service but rather a slight attitude when I went to correct the representative. Please work on your customer service.James T.
