Joy HAs a Customer who did not install the UHaul App before arriving (and didn't really feel the need to do so since I had filled out an online form and previously submitted a reservation online) I was informed by a Staff member at that time that everything needed to be done through the App. The Employee didn't seem to want to (or was able?) to help me complete my reservation until I had downloaded the App, completed all documentation through the app, and Checked-In using only the App. So I stood in the empty storefront location (no other customers waiting upon my arrival) and did all of this while the App slowly loaded and I went through a slightly confusing process of confirming and checking-in to my existing reservation using the app. At no time, did she offer to help me complete the process using her computer even though I mentioned that I had an emailed copy of the reservation and confirmation code. This process took 20 minutes, meanwhile my booked time is continuing to advance. Overall, I did not appreciate that I needed to install an App (that I will rarely ever use), and then was dismissed at every chance possible to help expedite the process In Person while my Reserved time was ticking by minute by minute.... Please reconsider a blanket policy of "only using the App" when a Customer is standing in the lobby of your facility and there are no other customers requesting help at that time.

Sandra QThe only negative thing we'd have to say is the drop off procedure took over 20 minutes. We had to take 14 pictures of the truck we rented then 14 more pictures of the car tow we rented. Not really that big of an issue, but after 6 hours of moving, this was the last thing we wanted todo.
Greg BEverything was great except for the long haired man that was handling equipment returns that was harassing me while I was returning my van. I was following the prompts using the app to return my truck like the woman inside said to do, and then the long haired man was almost screaming at me asking why I was taking pictures and hurrying me up to finish. He was completely unprofessional and was smoking in the U-Haul truck in front of my van (if cleanliness of the vehicles is important, then why is this man smoking in one?). When the app was giving me issues, I went back inside and the woman helped me. The long haired man came inside and made passively rude comments to me. All I was doing was following what the woman inside was asking of me.

david tThe lady checking me in to rent the truck, her attitude wasn’t very welcoming and friendly. Seems like she didn’t want to be there and a bit impatient. When returning the truck the gentleman that checked it in, he was super nice. He would be the only reason I would return to this location or refer to family and friends.

ROSE MI understand that there are some additional cost involved with the 19.95 rentals but I feel this should be a bit more transparent so that customers have a clearer idea about how they are being charged. Is it mileage? Is it hours of commitment? Or a combination of both? Help the consumer understand Thank you

Jay NQuick reservations online, quick check-in at store, quick hook-up, and quick return. We rented a trailer and didn't even have to get out of the van upon return. Kurt and Ozzy did a great job in all areas. Would recommend this location (full service U-Haul store) over others.
George PJanet and Kyle were the absolute best! Many years ago, I had not so good of an experience at Uhaul, but they changed my mind for sure! They were efficient, kind and communicative with us throughout our journey, which wasn't exactly smooth lol and it was a long ride. They truly were a blessing to us! Thank you I hope they will be compensated or recognized somehow. We will definitely use Uhaul again because of them. Thanks again. The twins.

Not sure how true that is, however this miscommunication costed me an extra $15.

Walking into the site, I had to sign my storage lease, head down the road to unload at the storage site and then return my trailer to another location. Kurt and Ozzie made it easy for me to do all 3 at one stop. The site was also EXTREMELY busy at the time of my arrival. Ozzie was super organized and engaging with conversation. Five stars!!

The U-Haul establishment is very lucky to have a team who appear to love their jobs and are happy. They communicate well and are problems solvers(they assisted me over the phone will a ACH draft billing issue). the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes without being transferred. This type of customer service in today's America is becoming extinct. Please, what ever management is doing to keep them happy please continue to do it!!! :):):)
