The females at this location IS the definition of ghetto. They lack customer skills and communication. Skills greatly. The truck I rented was mechanically unstable, the horn did not work and the brakes was bad. I will never rent from this location ever again or recommend anyone else to do so. IF THIS IS WHAT UHAUL REPRESENT THEN I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER COIN.

It was the first time I used the App and was having a hard time ALL THE ladies that worked that morning was NOT very helpful to me which was a little frustrating not one offered to to come outside to assist me. A young man finally came into work to help me so I could get going.

the the person that was in there when I returned the keys was very rude you need to dismiss her she did not tell us 2 check the how how many miles were on the truck I didn't know that I was supposed to report that back to her she did not tell me I had to do that her attitude was very rude I suggest you get some more help I feel that I was charged too much money 10 miles over I was charged

I was asked to inspect the vehicle...It didn't show any damages however, upon return I was advised that there was damage but not provided with pictures...;I did not damage the vehicle and believe it was preexisting. Going forward, the uHall rep and the person picking up the vehicle should inspect it together as they know key areas to look for where as the person renting does not. I still have stuff to move but will look for an alternative solution to renting a uhall.

You can move the registers so that the employees can be seen. You don't see anyone until you have walked completely in the rear of the store behind a ton of storage boxes. The employees cant physically see you either. I think the store is set up all wrong, but the facility is beautiful.

Your employees seem unprofessional, feel like some money is being scammed off the top from people that are not familiar with working the app. No instructions given at all. These are moving vehicles. They look for every little nick they can find to make people have to pay extra. I went elsewhere and they were beautiful.

My pick up location at 111th and Vincennes was changed by uhaul when it was time for me to pick it up because the truck I reserved wasn't available. Because of this my mileage was increased and I was charged for it.

They are unprofessional, guaranteed Me a certain price and told me I was ok to use the truck for extra day with no extra charge ... they lied and charged me for 3 days when I had it for two after they promised me I was only being charged for 1day ... total liars and I will never go there or refer them to anyone ..!!!!!

Driver side window kept coming down. There was some steering or alignment issues. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Some debate on actual fuel at start. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Very polite team.

First of all I have been storing my things in uhaul since Jan 2018. When I rented truck & tow dolly, they made me go to another facility to rent. They wouldn't help with showing me how to use tow dolly correctly. I'm so dissatisfied with uhaul.

My experience at this site was very disappointing I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 5 pm. Once I got to the register the lady took 20 minutes to take care of me due to the computer malfunctioning or incompetency. When I returned I called from the gas station on King Dr., i to explain that i will be %minutes late the lady on the phone said no problem. upon my arrival I was not allowed access even after I explained to the lady speaking to me through the key drop slot, that I just talked to her or someone inside. My overall experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. need to do better.

I received a call from the U-Haul place advising me to move my car because I parked where the trucks go. I received this call in the middle of me loading the truck. I explained that I’m in the middle of loading the truck and I’ll be done within a hour or two. I got a response “well can you have someone come, because those spots are reserved for trucks”. I spoke to two different people while at my car because I had questions about using the mobile app for pickup. They could have told me then to move my car. Which meant I had to finish loading, drive back to the U-Haul place move my car and go unload the truck. Causing me to add extra miles outside of what I already had allocated for. There were no signs advising you can’t park there and all the other spaces were filled. I just think it’s a bit disrespectful to tell a customer there car could be towed in the middle of them loading a truck because you failed to do the proper notification of where to park. I will be filing a complaint and look for some type of reimbursement for having to go all the way back there and go back to where I was moving in the U-Haul truck

Just keep doing what you do. We reserved the truck on our way to this facility when another vendor had just fallen through on their commitment to me. When we arrived, the process went very orderly and quickly. The return process was smooth as well. The systems you have in place are very customer friendly. The staff was courteous and their appearance professional. I have already told others about this location. When I need your services, I will returnto this location.

While moving my property out of my storage unit I noticed 4 TVs were missing. My account was noted the lock wasn’t locked but I was never notified. The manager never called to speak with me .

Moving the entrance to the alley is unsafe for your staff and patrons alike. This area has a strong history of extremely high crime rate... Bad idea to make this decision...
