The pictures presented for review of the truck and the actual truck were not accurate. There were several scuffs and dents on the truck that were not documented in the original pictures. If you didn't have an app to verify the condition of the truck before leaving the lot, I probably would've been charged for that damage.

Reserved a dolley weeks in advance. When I arrived they told me that it was not available and just because I reserved one does not guarantee it would be available. I was told they don't customers because they may cancel their trucks. I told them I would have if I knew, I can't make the move without the dolly. Terrible systemic issue which does not meet the needs of the customer. Plus I scheduled a truck and was told that I had to return it in 4 hours even though I was paying a 24 hour rate. Just felt scammed !! The truck issue was partially resolved.

I would recommend the 1519 Bessie location first. Rachel is top notch, professional, and great customer service. The 1420 Memorial guys fixed the problem but was delayed over 40 minutes because the wrong truck was hooked up. Still good people.

two wheel hand truck and pad lock are not available with the truck. I didn't find that out until I reach the moving location. Other U-Haul locations (where I rented in the past) have both available on the truck..

This location has always been so helpful and nice they go above and beyond for thier customers. I always come back to this location when I'm in need of a truck or just equipment such as today i just needed a dolly for a day. Thier staff are so knowledgeable. 2 thumbs up 5 stars

Everything was perfect. My own call/spam blocker was the only thing that made this experience less than perfect by blocking the call about equipment not being available and location changing. All worked out quickly, call center confirmed I was rerouted, customer service on site was great and understanding that we were late, etc. Truck cab smelled of smoke but... not really an easy solution there.

Dropped off my rental after hours. No one from uhaul said I would get charged $20 for a drop off fee and I needed to checkin my own equipment. It's bullshit and a money grab. Thanks for taking more money when your employees checkin equipment for a reason and it's their job.

This was the worst truck I have rented from Uhaul. The alignment was bad so it did not drive straight. The driver door had to be slammed to get it shut. The key did not work on the driver door. I felt like I was beat up driving this truck because the ride was so rough.

It has nothing to do with the location It's all about the vehicle I rented a 20ft truck The steering was so terrible almost like the front end coming out from under it You couldn't take one hand off the steering wheel even for 1 second That truck was literally all over the road I can't believe it was even legal to be on the road

Find a manager who will speak to a customer about an issue instead of making his associate relay messages and a manager that doesn't say things aren't his problem so call the Hendersonville location. Unspoken additional charges and no partial refund for returning a full day early. Unacceptable way to run a business.

Dislocation continuously rents people equipment in my name and I've asked them to stop numerous times. Other people's rentals show up in my history and they don't ask these people for ID.

The U-Haul I picked up had not been cleaned. There was lots of dog hair everywhere, all over the seats, floor, and sides of the seats. I paid $20 for hookup of my auto transport. I was sent off with a trailer that had a flat tire and the trailer lights were not working which should have been checked prior to me leaving the premises. I had to go back to the U-Haul to get a new trailer. There was a nail in the tire and I was told I would need to call Roadside assistance regarding the light even though I was still at the U-Haul location. They would not call on my behalf. Simple safety steps were not acknowledged at this location. I was quite disappointed at the service as I've rented here before with no issues until now. I would not consider using this location again after this last experience.

Had to use the storage unit at 1. Then drive all the way across town to drop the truck off at another location made no sense. Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

I will never rent with them. This is a scam. After talking to someone to set up a move out day and pay a settlement offer because I was effected by Covid. They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.
