There was only one worker handling everything. The women was very pleasant and efficient, but didn’t seem fair she had to handle a long line by herself. I believe my experience would have been excellent if I was able to get in and out instead of waiting in line for over 20 mins for something that took 5. The cashier was fast and patient. Please hire more help or schedule more help on weekends, you offer to many services at this location to have one employee do them all

Hard to believe you charged me $.43 for going 1 mile over my limit. After all, it was very expensive to begin with in my opinion. $179 for 1 trip. I really didn't need it for 2 full days either. I could have done this in 1 if I could have saved some money, but they told me I had to take it for 2 days.

The condition of the location and helpfulness of the staff was great. The condition of the cargo van was also good. The only problem I had with the experience was the pricing. I've rented a cargo van from Enterprise in the past and it was $15 less than the uhaul van.

I did not get the pads I ordered, but I was refunded, so no problem, really. The main issue (which they solved) was the online forms! It kept changing my car dolly I ordered from about $150. to just over $300. after submitting it. Seriously bad form people. The staff and owner of THIS location were awesome, helpful, and fixed every issue. Bravo.

The U-Haul corporate guidance on dropping off was confusing. It sounded like I needed to do the dropoff without involving the store personnel or I would be charged $20 extra so I refused help from the store personnel.

I did pick up through the app. I found my truck and went to get the key and I was told they don't even have the truck on the lot. I told them yes you do I found it, I just need the key. They did not have keys for the truck. Had to go through the whole process again! Which charged my card a second time! I was beyond frustrated at this point, I just said give me any truck you have. Finally got a key and they didn't even do a damage/mileage/fuel check with me! So I finally drove off the lot 1.5 hours after my pick up time! I will most likely never use this location again.

I called to check on the trailer on Friday Jan. 10 to see if every thing was ready for a pickup at 7:00 AM. on 1-11-2020 They had a trailer that had the tag out of date. By the time that they got a trailer from Carlisle Pa. and back it was 10:00. I had duties that I needed to attend to before 8:00. Manager gave me a $50.00 refund but that did NOT make up for the time spent waiting.

It would be recommendation that trucks have an adequate amount of fuel upon pickup. When customers are picking up vehicles and then having to add gas it could be quite inconvenient.

Upon returning the vehicle I followed the directions on the app like I always do and parked it in a spot. I went to drop my keys in the drop box as directed and the staff person was super rude. He made a big deal out of me parking in a spot and not the “return” area. He then made me move the car and continued to be super rude. Customer service was NOT his best attribute. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and when I tried to tell them what I needed the woman said “you need to calm down”...all I did was tell them I could see my keys hanging there. No one was nice, no one displayed any form of customer service. I’ll be sure to never rent another uhaul from that location - if ever. For the money I pay I assume if staff are on they need to be respectful. If I can I’ll be sure to let anyone I know looking to rent a truck not to go there.

The only issue I had was there were metal straps screwed in to the door, which I could not open until I purchased a screw driver. Also, they were installed with a power driver and were EXTREMELY difficult to get off with a hand held screw driver.
