Crazy expensive. Ended up paying over 140 dollars or so for a simple move from burlington to mississauga. 82 bucks up front, 20 in gas and then I got charged an extra 40 after the fact, with no warning or email letting me know.RENZO M.

The trailer needs some TLC. It is under used and the maintenance on it is lacking. For example, none of the cosmetic damage has been repaired, one of the tail lights was falling out, and both tires were low (1 was at 25psi and the other was at 5psi) which I found out after I had driven off the lot. I am the only one who rents this trailer every year. With that said, I am grateful that uhaul has this trailer as I cannot find it any where else. I eager to purchase it, yet do not know who to contact to see if I can buy the trailer.GLENN S.

I was billed the maximum insurance rate ($16 per day) for a two day rental, even though my contract clearly indicates that I opted out of any insurance coverage. I was told that they could not make any corrections to the billing without the manager being there. I already have insurance for towing trailers through my personal insurance company and do not appreciate being gouged for the extra fees!!Michael C.

for a second consecutive truck rental the truck was very dirty both inside and out. Amazing that vehicles with only about 5000 kl. can have such a huge build-up of dirt on the dashboard. Clearly not wiped down between rentals. Truck do operate fine, as expected.PETER F.

I rented a cargo van and to describe it as filthy would be an understatement. Before leaving the lot I put on rubber gloves and sanitized the entire cab myself. The gas they claimed was in the truck was also inaccurate by quite a bit. While the location is convenient, the lack of attention to cleanliness, especially during COVID-19, is concerning.DANIEL R.

You're on line pick up process didn't work. This caused me to waste 15 minutes. I was sent to the wrong place as well. After that someone tried to send me back to the first place who's doors were locked at 10 am. The method you use to determine how much gas to put in for return seems geared to cheating the customer. I put in $25 using your â€œguideâ€ but only needed to put in $15. I therefore returned the vehicle with more gas than I left with. Overall it was not a good experience so I will use a different company next timeGLENS B.

We had some issues getting into the facility once when we arrived at 7am and the door was locked. No one was able to resolve the issue and we had to leave. Also, on the day we moved out, we discovered that epoxy from a previous floor job had leaked into our unit and onto some of our boxes/content. The staff have been amazing. The gentleman working last night was so friendly and genuine. Tracy has been so accommodating throughout the whole process. Moving is a stressful time and this uhaul location has been so helpful. We will continue to use this location/facility and have already recommended it to friends. The only reason I said no to the access hours being convenient is because there is no access code to the storage facility yet.
