I made my reservation online weeks ahead of time. They called me in the am and told me my auto transport was not there but it will be there at 4p. Okay stuff happens no problem I’ll be back at 4 to get it put on. At 230 I get a call and said it’s at the Moon location. Okay I’ll drive to Moon pick it up drive to Monaca and get it put on. The guy was very sorry and you know stuff happens. THEY MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT, THEY GAVE ME EXTRA MILES WND EVEN REIMBURSED $50. Stuff happens in life but we respect each other and make things right. Way to go UHAUL great service and great customer care. I’ll definitely be back. Keep smiling.

All the people I dealt with were very friendly and went above & beyond to please me. However something seems wrong with computers since my rental of car carrier didn't seem to go through right and had to go to another office to get that and had to pay for it again. They are working on it and I know it will get straightened out.

We had problems with the communication from the Call Center, not the local facility. The call center did not explain the quote agreement well at all. Leading me to pay way more than I expected. and leaving the local facility to have to explain to me how it works. I will never use the call center again. ever. the employees a the local facility were very helpful and knowledgeable .

Great service at drop off. However we did have lots of issues with the Busy B’s Boothtique on Redmond Circle in Rome Ga was very dishonest and did not have the 20 ft truck and then told us no one had trucks in the area. We called two places and found another truck. Thanks to Line X we could move that day even though we got a very late start because of all the issues.

I was billed for a toll. I paid it then looked at my ezpass account. Only to find that my ezpass had been billed the exact same amount.

Pricing is deceptive. In addition to the $19.95/day rental rate, there is a $.69/mile charge (at 64 miles for my rental) and additional $17.56 in fees and taxes. So the approximately $60.00 rental for 3 days was actually over $120. The IRS standard mileage rate for 2019 is $.59/mile which includes gas. But the rental must be returned full of gas so the $.69/mile charge is excessive. The employee made a flippant reply to my comment about paying 100% more than the advertised price, to the effect of "things are expensive." Satisfied with van, not happy about the deceptive pricing. I guess shame on me for not checking beforehand. I understand the fees & taxes - wasn't expecting a $44.16 charge for mileage - ridiculous. Won't use this location again.

I RESERVED and did not pre pay for a truck, had the person who needed the truck pick it up and they did not even ask to swipe her card. I was not present and they charged me for her rental. I was under the impression that it was policy that you can not charge my card while I'm not present but this place clearly doesnt follow those protocals

We showed up 15 minutes early and the truck we wanted wasn’t there. They called the guy who had it and he wasn’t going to be back for atleast 45 min. We had a guarantee that it would be there at 12pm. They had to switch us to a smaller van instead. I had a guarantee that it would be there and when it wasn’t we didn’t receive the compensation.

I served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. I used a U-Hual truck or trailer during all seven of my Permanent Change of Station moves. This was the worst experience I've had.

I would not recommend picking up without having a live person check everything including the mileage and that you have the equipment that you reserved. I used the auto pickup which worked ok but the mileage was off by 800 miles and they gave me the wrong appliance dolly which made my job that day much more difficult. In the end they made it right except for the struggle we had using the small dolly when I reserved the larger one. Just go inside. You’ll save yourself a lot of hassle.

The location of the facility was very conveniet and the initial interaction during pick up was great. However, based on my interaction during the drop off process I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. There was lack of communication between the employees, inadequate documentation and the customer service representative (Tressa Terrazzano) was condescending and rude. I was for lack of a better word basically called a liar when explaining that the previous rep approved me bringing the truck back on 10/6 instead of 10/5. I was told that if I did not have a name of the rep then I was required to pay the additional fee. When I asked if the reps's name was on the receipt I was told that she didn't know and that sometimes it was and sometimes it wasn't but again without it I would have to pay for an additional day. I was able to locate the name on the receipt and Tressa called the rep from 10/5 who was obviously a relative of her's because that have the same last name. I overheard the conversation as he told her that he approved the date and no time of return was given. Tressa then preceded to tell me that the rep told her that we were supposed to bring the truck back at 10:30 am. Which was a blatant lie all the while she was training a new employee. I have worked in Customer service and training for over 25 years and never would I treat a customer with the amount of disrespect that Tressa did. My suggestion would be to train your employees on listening to customers and also how to manage difficult situations. Truly disappointed in the experience.

This facility and it’s employees are the best. Jill and her staff are awesome. We rented a storage unit and a UHaul from them. The service was excellent. I have and will continue recommending them!

On top the the complete and total mess up on the part of U-Haul with our reservation delay and unavailable trailer we reserved four weeks in advance, Upon the return of the truck, we were to receive a $25.oo discount for sweeping out the truck. My husband is a logistic final mile expert, it is what he does for a livng and very successfully. When I tell you the truck was swept, it was swept clean. To top it off we were charged an extra 2 dollars and some odd cents for going extra miles. Those extra miles we used were due to the fact that we had to re-route to stay in a hotel which was a direct effect due to the truck not being availble on time, You will NEVER be used by our family or anyone we share our experience with.

The trailer wasnt clean but not horrible. Looked older that's all. Staff was good. The woman in charge forgot her name was excellent helping me fix the rate after a uhaul dispacdispatch rep quoted me incorrectly. I will be back. First time using this location!

No advertising up front that YOUR lock is required and must be purchased when checking in or that there's a cleaning fee until you're leaving. The storage facility is indoors, what are we cleaning?

Wasn't told there was a fee to drop off at night. Had no problem dropping it off later I'd I was told. And not against this location personally but I have yet to get what I've reserved for the location that is promised 3 time now. Uhaul are scammers
