I rented the uhaul online and the online process for pickup was terrible. I uploaded all my photos and found my truck. I moved all my stuff to the truck and waited for the instructions to get my keys. The app kept rejecting my alternative phone numbers and stated that I used the number to rent the truck when I did not. I went inside and told them the problem I was having and he stated he did not understand the internet and he will rent me a truck from there and have my other cancelled. At that time, my reservation went through finally online and he still wouldn't give me that truck. I had to move my stuff to another truck. When I returned the truck, he said he would figure out the milage and send me the final bill. The amount of miles additionally charged was 30 miles over what my gps said.

We were given the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. We went 19 miles. The gas gauge didn't move but when we took the truck back we were charged $50 for gas. Apparently you can't return a truck with 1/4 tank of gas or you get charged a $30 service fee. I'm furious that they gave us the truck with that amount of gas. I would never use uhaul again. I feel like they set us up for that charge.

I ordered a dolly and furniture covers and they were not in the truck. By the time we realized, we were already at our location. The only thing that was offered was to drive back and get them. Sadly, we did not have the time and had to go without. We should've checked before hand, but it would have been more appreciated to have them from the start as expected.

I am surprised your company charges for extensions caused by weather, I had to keep the trailer an extra day and a half because the roads weren't safe to finish and got charge another 60 dollars, but I really didn't read the fine print so I'm sure it's in there

The employee who handled my rental was extremely helpful and made the experience a breeze. The equipment was cleaned and maintained, but it look like a prior fender bender hadn't been addressed on the vehicle. I'm not sure how recent it was though.

The facilities and staff members were always great. I would recommend them to anyone for climate controlled storage. However, I really wish u-haul would get their billing straight. The few months that we had a storage unit there it seemed like there was always some kind of issue with billing and we would have to call or come in to get it straightened out. Other than this, it was a good experience.

The rules of ensuring the elevator is unlocked and shut so it is available to the next customer is something that needs enforced. More often than not it was unavailable and the personal elevator needed to be utilized to unlock the large elevator and the trip to your unit took longer than it should Of. On a few occasions it was even the staff who left It locked and open and unavailable for customer use.

The move out process was not at all ideal. Even after submitting my move out request a week prior to the end of my rental period I was still billed for a new month and a late fee tacked on to my total because no one bothered to confirm my move out. I had to call in to have the issue resolved. The call experience was poor as well. The representative who called me back was less than pleasant.

I rented a truck from Monaca received no warning that it was not returned drove there was told i had to go to another location for a new truck but I would receive complimentary miles. I got to the new location and they said no that's not in the system. Very poor customer service and communication.

They gave my truck away right before I got there. But they were quick to find me another one. The real problem came from the movers we got from the helpers sight. They had my job under another person's name. Then they cancel it and created a new one. I was suppose to get three guys for three hours for two locations. I got two guys for three hours. It took them forever. Then charged me another $210 for going over three hours. But with three guys they would have been done. Worse of all they couldn't put everything in the 27 foot truck. When I got to Maine there was a lot of damage. Professional movers unloaded the truck and said it was only 2/3 full. It was two small apartments. And now I have to fly back and rent another truck. And drive back up.

I reserved this equipment to be picked up in Ohio and after getting a guaranteed reservation, I was informed I would have to drive to PA to pick it up and pay for the extra mileage, gas and waste my time. After speaking to Jackie at your eastern Ohio center, we agreed that I would pick it up in PA and pay 0 for any extra miles. I got my bill and I am being charged full price despite the guy at the PA location being completely aware of the arrangements. Refund the mileage or I will dispute the entire transaction.

Running boards for the VERY SHORT drivers/passengers!! Replace headlights with LED headlights, the current ones on the vehicles are not very bright. The employees are FANTASTIC!!

Thought I arranged everything online.....& thought I could just pick up the keys at the desk. I had to wait behind a customer to fill out paperwork for almost 45 minutes.....this made me start out late. I thought all paperwork was completed online. They should let people know that if you choose to pick up keys in the office.....there would be a waiting time. All else was great!

Please replace your tires when they are at their warning bars for the safety of your customers. I mentioned that my trailer i rented tires (2 of them) were at their warning bars and that thet seemed that they needed to br replaced...... I was right i had one blowout on the highway. I am greatful I did not have the second one blowout likewise. But super nice, super friendly staff!!!

had a small slip up in the storage unit registering as vacant and when we got there is was in use so we had to go back down and re do the paperwork and get a new unit, but the employee was very apologetic and made it a very easy swap. over all very helpful and informative

When I arrived I was greeted very rudely the manager is a ignorant woman I was. Standing in line and when it was my turn I was spoke to by an older gentleman who looked at us and I quote replied to a worker there named Ruben are you going to help these people I said oh my these people that’s not nice he was then still rude as can be then I was over charged by 75 dollars in which was never explained to me about in the first place

No advertising up front that YOUR lock is required and must be purchased when checking in or that there's a cleaning fee until you're leaving. The storage facility is indoors, what are we cleaning?
