The service was labored and unhelpful. The vehicle was filthy. Food, hair and debris coated the seats. The vehicle reeked of something foul. The windshield was so grimy I cannot possibly comprehend how it became so. I was upset that I received a text after leaving to peruse the vehicle for damage. Why not before I left the premise? Fortunately, the damage had been marked before I left. There were substantial scraps and dents. In addition, having less 3/4 of a tank upon pickup was frustrating. To be honest, you probably want a manager or owner to contact me. I reserved a U-Haul online and this location allowed my ex to pick up the U-Haul without speaking with me. When I called to cancel the reservation, I was advised of this. The reasons given to me were "I tried calling, you didn't answer." 1) I was at work so unable to. Which I'm pretty that's how it is for most businesses. Not to take personal calls while assisting others. 2) I tried calling back more than once and placed on hold with no comeback. I have proof. Next reason the man I gave me, for allowing my EX to pick up my U-Haul, was - he knew my name, number, and that I had a reservation. I'm sorry....of course he knows, after 13 yrs. I would hope so. I could keep on, but to make a long weekend and story short, I was charged almost $300 for a U-Haul for less then 48 hrs and it wasn't in my possession until yesterday afternoon around 4 pm. And that's only because I threatened my ex of calling and reporting it stolen. I hope you contact me in the morning to speak with me about this. If not, I will use my legal skills and knowledge from there. I want my money back.Staniel H.

If people are picking up their equipment contactless, that experience should actually be contactless. I still had to go into the store because the keys were there instead of in the lockbox. Also, I walked around looking for the truck for quite a while. Maybe there can be designated parking spots so customers can find their spot easily.Melissa M.

Dropped the truck off, did what it said, put keys in drop box the night before it was due in. STILL got a flippen call the next day, leaving a msg saying they will give me grace till noon, to return the truck, then they will charge my card for another day!!! Wait, what@?! ITS IN THE LOT!!!!! ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜ ðŸ¤¬ SO, here we go again. I spend the better part of an hour, ON HOLD, to make sure they can see the big uhal truck and mach the numbers with their keys. Yes, yes he did find/see the truck after he called me. Sorry for the confusion...... HE couldn't have called me and let me know that tidbit of information???? He, from what I was told, was even the general manager for crying out loud. This WHOLE experience from start to finish with uhaul was a nightmare ðŸ˜«.Becky M.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. I had to wait a long time to get a receipt, about 40 minutes. There was an issue with mileage and the manager refused to even talk to me about it. The staff insulted me several times. The staff did not know how to do simple math.Gerry K.

The guys that helped me were excellent. Did a great job I wish U Haul was flexible. I arrived a few hours early and I was not allowed to check out the trailer until my allotted time. The 26 foot truck had 2 major problems. The oil light was on when I drove away from the lot. I stopped and added 2 quarts of oil to fix the problem. The office person credited me the cost of the oil on my bill. The ramp had a broken piece that prevented the ramp from sliding back into place. We spent at least 20 minutes trying to get the ramp back into place before we figured out how to do it. One person had to be under the ramp to hold the broken piece of metal in place while the other slid the ramp back into place. The office person did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with.JOSEPH S.

Customer service was good. The truck was clean and ran ok, but there is A LOT of wind noise and fuel millage is horrible. Less than 10 miles to the gallon. I will not rent another U-Haul truck. I will only recommend this location if someone insists on using U-Haul.Richard S.

The process for reserving a truck was awful, reservation was changed by UHaul multiple times (online -> phone call -> truck pickup). My reservation was shortened by 6 hours, from what was confirmed over the phone.JOSHUA S.

He simply talked to me like a person and and presented several solutions to get me taken care of with on very short notice. The fuel gage was incorrect and I was charged $60 for their mistake. The emergency / parking brake was broken would not release so the truck was extremely unsafe to drive when we mentioned something just before we left with it we were told oh it's still goes so you're fine. There was also obvious previous damage from the door of the truck getting stuck and malfunctioning which also happened when it was in our possession.Shelbi K.
