The truck at the Casper Wy. location had lights on the dash for a security problem with the chipped key. I didn't trust taking it on a long trip. The guy at Uhaul argued with me that it was ok to drive. I told him I didn't feel safe. Him and his women co worker argued with me about it. I had to refuse to take the truck and they finally found me another after being very rude and arguing with me. He said the truck had no mechanic problems and it was safe. I told him it's electrical with the ignition system and could keep you from starting the truck. I'm a mechanic by trade so I know what I'm talking about. They didn't properly program the new chipped key. It should have been done at the Chevy dealer. I told the lady I wanted to file a complaint about the guy and she said go ahead. He is the president of Uhaul in this area “good luck”. That right their is not the way to treat customers. They were both extremely rude. I need a phone call from someone higher up than the president of Uhaul in Casper Wy. The next truck I received has very warped front brake rotors and everytime you step on the brakes the whole front end shakes. Is there no maintenance program for Uhaul? I spent a lot of money on my move and I'm so upset with everything. I had to go to another Uhaul to pick up the tow dolly and the employee was very helpful. It was a pain going to 2 different locations when they had 2 tow dollys at the first place. The Uhaul in Bremerton was excellent. I have no complaints. They were very courteous and listened to my complaints. I need this handled immediately so no one else has to deal with such terrible customer service.

When you walk in the door the service desk it is hard to figure out where the service desk is since it's on the opposite side of the room and it's view obstructed by packing merchandise.

At first everything went great with my truck rental and they even gave me a discount. When I was leaving for my trip I told them I might be a few hours late upon returning and was told it wouldn't be a problem well that wasn't the case when I returned 3 hours late on my return day plus I had a problem with website not loading for 24/7 check in to return truck they charged me $60 for an extra day even though I called in morning and told them of situation. Then employees ignored me because they were to busy and I had to call higher up manager who said the employees didn't record any of my concerns or request so basically they had no intention of calling me back.

Truck was all patched up, loading door stuck and would not come down, they were not prepared and they had my order all wrong, no hand truck as ordered return time and location was wrong, lady took a picture of our drivers licenses with her phone which was very concwening!!

The folks at this location were extremely helpful and friendly. Moving equipment is sometimes needed during a stressful time and they made it very easy and comfortable.

The only downside I had in my experience was the broken glass and scattered screws near the unit. It wasn't inside the unit, but my tires are at risk when I drive up to drop things off. Other than that, it's been super easy and a great facility!

No truck should ever be rented without Cruise Control. This truck had only 60k miles and was a modern E-Series Ford Cab/Engine. the lack of Cruise Control was disappointing. 1800 Miles was very hard on my right foot.... Another Idea, the 2 DIN Stereo in the dash on these should be replaced with one of these full screen aftermarket units that would allow backup camera and Bluetooth integration for under $200 per truck.

Initially we were happy storing our travel trailer because it was covered and we had electricity. We parked it there, a brand new 2020 trailer, never used, in April of this year because it could be plugged in and paid $90 a month for the security and electricity. All was ok until August. We went to put things in and the trailer was dead, batteries dead. We were told "well, it was most likely the 5th wheels there, when the owners come in they use too much electricity and blow the lines". We we're upset but an employee assured us that they would fix the line we were plugged into and check over the next several days. We went back three weeks later, having trusted them, to find the same thing and again the same excuse, blaming the 5th wheel owners. After complaining in the office, again, we went back to our trailer to remove it from this location and a worker came to the trailer and ultimately tried to blame us by saying "you must have left something on" which we did not but, still, we checked again, as we did weeks before and nothing was on. He then moved our plug to another post and lo and behold it worked! So, their fault, not ours. They don't check the lines to make sure you have electricity but they charge you for it. Also, when we said we were done there and will be leaving, the employee at the front closed our account, brought us the fob to exit and said if we went past 7 pm, when they close, he'd wait for us. We got to the gate at 7:04 pm, the fob didn't work, I walked up to the office so we could get out and, lo and behold, he was gone!! We then called the manager Amy and luckily got her but then had to wait a half hour plus for her to get there to let us out. When I tried to tell her the issues, she basically said we don't check your trailer, I said your employee said he would and she said, of course, who said that, which I didn't take names and wish I had. When I told her how they blamed the 5th wheelers for over loading the lines, she said that's not true, I have my trailer here and it never happens. When I said I'd send her an email with pictures of how the line worked on another post, she said I don't want them, send them to the president of the company. She absolutely did not care! She didn't offer even a partial refund for us not having electricity. She just basically shut me off and referred me to someone who isnt even present at the site! What started out great turned sour quickly when we saw how little they cared about our storage unit but we're ok with taking the money every month so don't expect much if you store anything at this location but I would check your unit all the time if I were you!

The tires on the trailer were old and worn but when I asked for a trailer that had new tires I was told no because this was the one that was assigned to me. We traveled over 1800 miles and had issues with the tires. We eventually had to drop it off early and drive the vehicle the rest of the way.

We were told we could access the storage until 24/7 when we rented it. I was given an access card but the machine to use the card was not working until 7 months after we rented. Right until the last week of this rental, we had to get a key from the office to access our storage unit. We could not use it after work or on weekends early in the morning. This was not as promised or advertised when we rented it. Now that they have the access cards, its great but for 7 months it was not good.

We have rented several times from this location. They have always been great. There is a new worker just learning who messed up the reservation, did not give us the truck size we requested, did not tell us where the truck was parked, nor go over the truck to verify the previous damage. She also put the wrong fuel level in the computer and thankfully, the picture I took verifying the mileage showed the correct fuel level at the time of the pick-up. We will not rent again from this location if she is the person we have to deal with. The employee on the return was awesome and great to deal with. The first one should not be working unsupervised.

This is a great center. Exactly what someone Moving needs. Great variety and selection of supplies. The service was excellent and staff was very helpful and friendly. They really take pride in their business and keep everything including their trucks clean and fresh. Highly recommend using them.

I was disappointed with my experience as the truck I had rented (26') was apparently for sale and not for use. It wasn't until I completed the entire checklist for self check out and was nearly driving off the lot that the employee came and told me that truck wasn't for use. She then tried to tell me her only option was a 15' truck which isn't what I needed. She ended up giving me a truck with a power steering leak but I received no discount for my hour delay on pick up time, all of the troubles and the truck. Her attitude was sour and I will not be going back or sending business there.

Young man who checked me in was not trained correctly. He made a number of errors on my contract, i.e. charged me for 3 dollies which I did not order.

The chain was worn but the associate replaced it. He did a great job and was very conscientious. I think the speed limit of 55 miles an hour is a traffic hazard. If you can get better rated tires? Or different axels I don't know but when I was passed by semis all the way it got pretty intense.

The after hours return online, I did it received a confirmation that I did the return, the next day a guy called me asking if i was going to return the item, i told him i had the night before and he tells me i didn't do something right. Possibly figure out what the issue is with the after hours return online

We had a rough start to our trip. We were told that we would have to drive 50 miles to pickup our truck then 50 miles back to load it. But one of your employees Byron Pace jumped in and helped us out by having a truck in Casper. This saved us a lot of time in loading and traveling. We really appreciate his efforts.

I was charged for a dolly that was in the truck. I didn't want or need it. I returned the truck at 6am, parked it in front of the doors, put the key in the drop box. They called me at 3 pm and asked when I was going to return the truck. NEVER again will I use uhaul.

The drop off didn't go as smoothly as anticipated. The contract I received stated the drop off to be by 5 pm on Wednesday. We took it back about 4 and were almost charged an extra day. They also changed the drop off place from what was on the contract, which turned out to be an easier on/off the freeway, so that was good.

Got my money refunded and then two weeks later was charged over $2,000 again and then Uhaul argued that they had already refunded me the money so they shouldn't have to refund me even though they double charged me.

The paperwork from uhaul said to return Trailer by 8/4 at noon. The trailer was returned by 2:00 on 8/3 and the system tried to charge me for more time. The personnel were helpful and fixed it but the uhaul system tries to screw me over every time I rent from them and it's getting more than annoying

Was 2 hours late when I was told the rate was 65.00 per day. Apparently uhaul has 12 hour day's not 24 hours. On top of that you've repeatedly tried to charge my card for $98, $68, $48, $53. One more time and I'll post it to fb and let everyone know the crooks you are. How that for an experience

I was not happy that I had reserved a 6x12 trailer a week ago and was not able to get a 6x12 even though there were two sitting at the pickup location- the employees told me they were for "local use only" The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it was frustrating to make a reservation online, plug in my credit card info exposing myself to identity theft, making plans at a very stressful time in my life (moving my family due to Covid 19), and then not being able to get the trailer I reserved. It is unlikely that I will use Uhaul again unless I have no other options
