Don Y.People were very nice. Location is convenient with ample parking. We drove 38 miles in a van. We filled the tank which took 5 gallons. I believe the tank was not "full" when we received it. Difficult to tell, I know. Not complaining, just stating a fact. We will use this location again if needed.

Dianna P.Have the 1-800 Moving Help customer service number ready for customers having problems with Moving Help. Not just tell them that it basically is not your problem. You are not part of Moving Help. To the customer they hire moving help at the same time they rent your truck and in the same cart online. They both have the U-Haul trademark so in my mind you are the same.

DENNIS D.Maybe give an overview of what the cost would be overall after ading the mileage on your trip. The $19.95 cost is misleading, withthe .59 charge per mile your cost rises extremely quickly on jsut a short 30 mile trip.

Christian S.The only way to improve your service is to clone Bruce, the manager of the Walnut Bottom facility! I called him on Friday afternoon with a concern about my RV electrical connection to our tow car. He attempted to walk me through this issue and when we could not resolve he allowed me to come into the business at 800 on a Saturday morning, With incredible humor and obvious extensive knowledge, he walked through the entire system and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot and all but apologized for charging me...what he charged me was less than the value I received. i would recommend Bruce and his crew to anyone. Thank you UHaul for the intelligence to have guys like Bruce on your team. Thank you does not say enough about my satisfaction for his incredible customer service.

Peggy A.This was a very pleasant experience. Made me want to rent from U-Haul. Was especially happy with the corporate site as it seemed to be more organized than from franchises. The use of the website for return was also very helpful and easy. The only thing I would recommend is a rate for a longer period than 24 hours. I had to pay for two days worth of rental even though I returned the equipment the following day. There should be a special rate.
Art C.The Walnut Bottom Road U Haul facility is fantastic!! Indoor loading and unloading, well lit, clean and great people who are both helpful and have a good sense of humor when I fail to use my pass card properly!!
ARTHUR S.While all of my transactions at this location have been mostly smooth, I had my doubts about my most recent visit, renting a 15 foot truck. It was a Sunday morning at 11:15am 3/20/22 - and there was a line of folks renting trucks and someone renting a storage space. Bo was working with Mark or Matt, who seemed to be a newer hire. Bo was tremendous in working with the new hire at getting his people served while working his own line of customers. He was pleasant and calm in a situation that could have been at the least frustrating. He clearly knew the products and the computer system very well, helping Mark multiple times as he learned, but not to the point where Bo's own customers suffered. Bo also helped check in my truck the next day and was helpful and nice. Bo is a special and responsible associate and a real asset to the U-Haul brand.

Both men were a pleasure to work with. Also to whomever drove in between - thanks! Everything arrived in fine shape (and ahead of schedule)! We will be using u-box again!
roxie J.The scale for refueling was off by 3 gallons . It said I needed 14 gallons and I really only needed 11 but didn't notice until I had already pumped the 14 .....in today's world that's a $12 difference. That is also 3 less gallons I can put in my car. I was charged for blankets that were in the truck when I dropped it off... another $25 stolen....now we are at $37 or 3/4 of a tank of gas in my car..臘â€â™‚ï¸.. I buy storage lockers and had planned to use uhaul trucks to haul the contents but,if I buy every week that would be 52 x$37 or $1924. 路â€â™‚ï¸
scott C.While my experience at this location was wonderful, by entire experience was terrible. First my rental was changed from one location to another without any notification. This was after I had confirmed with an employee the location a few days prior. Then when I called the 800 number for assistance in finding where to go, the customer service representative hung up on me, leaving my husband and I to figure it out on our own. Due to the added 40 minutes to get to the correct location and return home, we were late for the movers and charged an additional $90. The only saving grace were the wonderful employees at the location who were so kind and assisted me. They both deserve a raise.
