The scheduling and logistics part leaves MUCH to be desired. There is no direct line to talk to someone who knows where the box is. Like I don't care who is responsible for what between UBox, Uhaul, and MovingHelp - every time I called, i got bounced around from person to person, and no one ever had a confident answer to where my belongings were.

I am very displeased with my experience renting the boxes. My boxes were moved from Cumming, GA to Canton, GA without me knowing until I called to schedule them for delivery. Not only that but the people at Canton treated me like it was my fault and I was the inconvenience, like sorry that I need my belongings and that I did not know my stuff was moved. It's not like I wanted my stuff to be over an hour away from where I lived. It's not like I wanted that. Every time someone involved in the delivery of them talked to me they sounded irritated with me. Communication was poor and I did not know the driver was going to pick the boxes up yesterday so I was not there to take my locks off. A heads up would have been nice, I was texting the driver on the day of delivery and all they had to do was confirm which day they would be coming. I left the locks on so that no one would go into the pods overnight and sleep or take the blankets out of them. Because if the blankets were gone, whose fault would that be? Mine and who would have to pay for them? ME. They took the boxes and had to cut my locks off. Locks that I paid for on my own. For the amount of money I have spent between renting them for the last few months as well as the cost of delivery, not to mention the lack of communication in general, I should have not been treated like I was an inconvenience. I will certainly NOT be using UHaul in the future and wish that I would have gone with another company when I started this process back in September. I do not recommend this to friends or family. Moving is tough and no one deserves to be treated like a pest for wanting basic customer service. Do better.

Only problems I had were just the website had misinformed with what was available and clerk told me they didn't have a unit which wasn't true but they fixed the issues. I would've given excellent if the process was smooth.

The 26' truck has a rotted out spot that ruined several boxes of our items. We told Cody about this when we found out and nothing was offered for resolution, instead he was just concerned about being able to get the uhaul back in time to rent it to someone else! Shocking and a huge liability.

I love the team at this location and they always have trucks available for our last minute needs. I just ask they please double-check the miles and ensure there is at least ¼ tank of fuel in the truck before they assign it. It has been very difficult to get the promised fuel credits for my last two rentals. In fact, I'm still waiting for the promised fuel credit for this past rental on Monday of this week, despite the escalation to customer service… It was even more frustrating considering the rising cost of gas and the inconvenience of having to race to the nearest gas station, praying I make it there because the truck was literally a hair above E!

The only good thing about this location was the young man who helped me. There was mud all over the place, mud in the truck, the inside of the windshield was smeared by a bad cleaning job, the windshield wipers were so old they clearly screeched metal on the glass, and the truck was given to me with a fourth a tank of gas so I immediately had to go fill up. This was after my reservation was changed twice and even broken when someone forgot to reschedule my tow dolly.

I had reserved a truck online well in advanced and was highly disappointed when I arrived at the location where I made the reservation and there was no truck for me. I was then forced to go to this location because I was in dire need of a truck. Makes me never want to rent from Uhaul again

The pick up didn't go as planned. We had a reservation for a cargo trailer and the employee told my husband they didn't have any even we reserved one and there was one sitting just outside the door. My husband point that to him and we were able to take it. The return was great and the employee was super helpful and making sure everything went good for our trip. Overall everything was good and would use again.

Not to charge $20 to check in a truck in the morning when that is what the employees are paid to do. Especially since the app never works and you can not check in a truck after hours with an Android phone.

At this location this is the second time when i pick up the equipment the mileage is different from on the truck than in the computer. I rent often and this is a practice of mine along with walking the truck for damage. Being the second time tells me it is a practice at this location. I only wish to pay for the service that a use. Mr. Wilson Hart was so rude when i brought this to his attention. He said that you are arguing about $1.75. He embarrassed me in front other customers. Mr. Wilson went outside with that customer came back to continue to be rude. He then refunded the equipment back to me. I asked why did you do that because that is not what i want or was saying. He never answered me. But instead said your refund will be posted back to your account in 3-4 business days. I left the building. In short Mr. Wilson was very rude.

I will NEVER use Uhaul again. When I place my Ubox order online, I entered my starting address and my ending address. With that information it gave me the nearest Uhaul for both cities. Picking up and loading the boxes went pretty smoothly besides some technical issues but that was easily resolved. Then surprisingly, we get notified that our boxes came in earlier than expected. What a pleasant surprise. The next day I called the Uhaul location to schedule a delivery of the boxes to my new home. This is included in the price. The location I spoke to (Canton) said their delivery driver was out having surgery so he wasn't sure when it could be delivered but he would try to figure it out. I didn't hear back from him that day so the next day I called the 800#. I spent THREE HOURS on the phone being transferred around and around to only be told that Uhaul doesn't deliver to my home area and in order to get my boxes I would have to get them myself or HIRE A MOVING COMPANY. My boxes (5 of them) were an hour and 15 minutes from my house and we would've had to spend over 10 hours of drive time and way too much gas to get our stuff so we had to hire the moving company. I had to spend another THOUSAND DOLLARS to get my boxes. And the real kicker is that the moving company I used had to rent a Uhaul truck to use which I had to pay 225.00 for. How ironic. I will be calling and asking for a refund of these additional expenses. This is ridiculous.

I had valuable items destroyed at this storage and was treated badly when I brought it to the attention of the Manger there. I spent a lot of money there. All to be treated as if I was out to scam the company. Last straw was when I went to clean out my storage they had a company lock on my door and I asked if I owe the lady at the desk stated I do not but she nor the manger could explain why the had locked my unit out. I closed out the unit and the manger called me to tell me he will not rent to me anymore. Wow!! Is all I can say.

My initial rental vehicle was changed due to it having a flat tire and then the option they offered over the phone was rented out before I got there. So I ended up with a much larger vehicle and much higher gas costs than anticipated. The staff were extremely helpful but the costs were higher due to such a large vehicle variance.

Negative Battery terminal came loose while using the truck. Luckily I was at home when it failed and had tools to be able to fix it. If I was less experienced, I would have been stranded. Kody was awesome to work with.

Make the sure the Haunted House (next door) patrons don't park in the U-Haul drop off area as it's almost impossible to return vehicles/trailers when the parking lot is slap full of people parked there for the Haunted House. Too bad if some of them got blocked in, they shouldn't have parked in the drop-off lane. 😆 Thanks!

He was an absolute delight I was already having issues because for some reason they merged my reservation with my uncle’s name and I wasn’t able to get my reservation so he gave me the storage unit and put it under my name and is extremely nice about it And super helpful he did his best to try and accommodate my needs and explain things through for me

I put several items on the loading dock because i was denied acess and had to pick up my handicapped 5 year old, when i went back a couple hours later everything was gone. I still don't know if the trailer i rented has been officially checked in to this location. I dropped it off at 630 yesterday and the staff told me to do a self check in. He gave me some information but it was not helpful. I've created an account but there are no options to do a self check in???
