This location seemed to be very understaffed and it took far too long for a simple transaction, especially since I checked on online ahead of pickup which was supposed to expedite the process. At the time of my arrival there was one person working, who was juggling returns, vehicles/trailers, and counter work. They did not seem to have enough personnel to manage demand, resulting in long wait times for me and everyone else who arrived after me. The location had newer equipment available (that was in much better condition), but refused to release it to me, even though I was going on a long distance move. My request for another unit was dismissed summarily and I was told that all other units were reserved. This was in fact not true, as I learned by making a dummy booking after pickup and the location showed guaranteed availability on additional identical units. I assume they wanted to retain the nicer stuff for local customers but it should not work that way. Overall would not recommend using this location if it can be avoided.

Even though I had a reservation myself and others we all had to wait 30 to 40 minutes inline to get our rentals . Not enough staff to move the line thru quickly . Unacceptable .

Have more than 1 person staffed in the early morning hours especially at the 1st and end of the Month. People usually start early during this time. And because you provide a variety of services this can create a long wait time. My customer service rep Devanté was very polite on pick up, and Jojo was Awesome on drop off

The mileage was off and the general manager told me it was okay to take the truck as is after waiting thirty minutes and then I was charged $1000 extra!

I asked for a truck that wld accommodate a 1br apt. They suggested a 10 ft truck. I couldn't even fit my bedroom furniture in there which made me have to do two trips. Besides that everything was professional and great!

the representatives need retraining on UBox pick up policy as well as how to call a customer on the phone in a polite and courteous manner and explain CLEARLY the reason for the call. Service was poor

Staff is friendly but ommunication is poor. Each time I called ahead to set up access our unit staff was not aware or ready on arrival. When account was closed I was still got charged the next month.
