Staff was amazing as always , highly recommended this location for all your storage and truck rental needs!
The lady I dealt with at the counter had great customer service. After that I went to the storage unit and was greatly disappointed. The unit was filthy and there was a dead mouse that must have been there for a long time as it was stiff as a board and since I had to move all my furniture in the next day I had little choice but to keep the unit. Uhaul should inspect the unit after someone leaves and if it is filthy they should clean it or charge the client for the cleaning fee. Thanks, Sean
Hello I was very disappointed that it took 12 separate attempts to get a contract of my locker for my employer. You would think this would be something very simple to do as you deal with contracts everyday. I had to call back repeatedly since the contract information was incorrect, missing names, phones numbers. spelling mistakes, etc. I was also disappointed that there was no direct email address or cell number to talk with the manager. I always had to talk with someone different which complicated matters. As well, it has been a year and I am still waiting for the electric remote to access the gate. Also, there needs to be a better job when shoveling in front of the doors and there is not always a cart available in my locker complex. Thank you

We made a reservation online over a week ago for a 20' truck and a 8x15x10 storage unit. We are in the process of moving and had to take the remaining items out of house and store them for a couple months. First off, the truck was quite dirty. I wiped off the steering wheel and other touch surfaces and they were disgusting. I would think with the current Pandemic, the truck would be a lot cleaner. We planned to do all the moving and storage in the one day as we just had a full truck load. I filled out all the check in information the day before, but still had to spend 30 minutes re-confirming all the same information while at Uhual after waiting in line since it is busy in the morning. We were then told that there was no storage unit of that size, but that we should go fill the truck and we will sort out the storage unit when we got back. We came back a couple hours later with the truck completely full and we're told that there we no units big enough available at that location or the one down the road. The employee was doing everything she could to find us a solution and even offered us two units. In the end, none of these solutions would work for us. We were in a terrible spot as we had all of our stuff in the truck and it was due back soon. We got back to Uhaul aroud 1:30 and it was due back at 5:00 when it closed, but it was now around 3:00 still without a storage locker. We also had multiple people helping us but had to wait around while this got sorted out. Luckily my brother in law found another storage company around the corner that was able to get us a big enough unit right away even though they were actually closed. We regrettably cancelled our Uhaul storage unit as the reservation was never fulfilled. On top of that we had to buy two locks and insurance for the two units we were supposed to get, but they had issues giving us a refund. All in all, we are very disappointed in this experience and I think Uhaul has a long way to go to get their reservation system working much better and inline with other companies. It left a very bad taste in our mouth as moving is already stressful enough. The staff at the Uhaul location were very accommodating trying everything they could to find a solution, but ultimately the systems used by Uhaul let us all down. I know no one will read this or care, but we will be hard pressed to use or recommend Uhaul in the future. Also, an idea for you would be to recommend a storage locker based on the truck size rented. Example, a full 20' fills a ?x? x? storage locker
No clear instruction at a sight. Had to go back and forth to the nearest location for assistance.
Friendly staff with clean and secure units.
We were very pleased with the response of UHaul in Burlington. Due to provincial border closings we had to alter our departure date 4 times. Always a courteous response with no problem making the changes. Thank you

The online links made it easier to return the truck without the need for a staff member to be present which meant I could drop off after hours. However, no information about the gate was given so I had to wait for another u haul user to show up in which he then opened the gate for me to park the truck. Overall, good because if I had gone during open hours, staff would have helped me out.

I rented a small trailer - there were no problems! I arrived at 7am for storing opening and staff were already there and ready to go. Friendly service and a good price. Thanks for making it easy.
Card reader should be updated to accept tap. Or even payments over internet. Less touching is possible with small changes.

I had a storage locker at the Burlington Mainway location for over a year. The facility was well taken care of and the staff is friendly, and accommodating.
The employees I interacted with on pickup and drop off (albeit briefly) were friendly.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Truck was ready to go when i arrived. Checked in online so minimal contact.

All the staff at this location are very friendly and Custer service focused. I had a great experience. Kudos to management and staff!!!
The trailer was far from being in ready to use condition. Tire pressures were both down with one tire at less than 20 lbs and a leaking valve stem that I had to repair to be able to use the trailer. The lady in return was apologetic but this rental was a fiasco.
Tracy and her staff are awesome! Very kind and friendly people who make sure your moving experience is less stressful. I got to the U-Haul early, and Tracy opened the door and dealt with me immediately. I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone looking for an easy moving experience.

Everyone was very nice. Great process. Signage for the personal vehicle parking area could have been helpful. The place where I was directed to park did have no parking signage on it. Felt nervous parking my car there. But it all worked out fine.
Uhaul 10ft truck was given to me 3/4 full. I let the staff know and they said it's fine and that I would not be charged to fill up the last 1/4 tank. Before dropoff, I filled the uhaul back to 3/4 and let the staff know again not to charge me for the last 1/4 of tank. Older staff member continued his conversation with another staff member and must have not listened to what I said. I got charged $37 for the last 1/4 tank without even using it. Young staff members were very polite but the older staff members did not seem to know what was going on at this location. Would not recommend this location.
All's good. I get friendly knowledgeable staff helping me every time. This time would have been the 6 or 7th time I have used them this year.

Wendy and Emilia were the best!! I had never rented from U-Haul before and these people could not have made it any better. Also, when I returned the truck, the gentleman who greeted me was great also! Don't remember his name but he was an Indian fellow. :)

Great service don't change a thing
This was, yet again, a different pick-up location than requested...in another city. This happens to me 80% of the time and I've rented about 10 times in the past 3 years. This is very frustrating.
I declined the safe travel $15.00 insurance charge but they billed me for it anyway! I'm going to call on Monday to complain!!!!!
Service the trailer tongue jack. This is the fourth time is the last three mont that I have rented at this location. I was made to do the hook up by myself . The Tongue jack is rusted and has not been maintained thus the difficulty operating it. I literally threw out my shoulders attempting f to wind it up and down. Please service the trailers and lubricate the moving parts

We made a reservation yesterday (March 29th) to rent a locker for our upcoming move, and a one-month fee was charged to our Visa a/c. Our daughters have instructed us (!) not to leave our home at present, so we phoned your office this morning to cancel the booking. Your representative without hesitation cancelled it and said a Visa refund would be given. We continue to be impressed with your company's representatives and your ethical practices. Thank you.
It was a bit stressful to be honest because the unit I had seen and reserved 2 weeks ago in the store was taken by someone else, leaving me with having to take a larger unit at a higher cost.

After 18 months, I moved for 1) No access after 7PM without paying an additional $10/month - Most other companies do not charge this extra fee. 2) Staff ignore or very slow to resolve complaints

still waiting confirmation of my full refund. I booked a storage locker online. when I arrived you didn’t have one. The rest were double the size. booked. Or dirty. Had no locker 2 days before move.
U-Haul at Mainway in burlington was very clean, lighting was good and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a good storage company. Mark S.
