What I don't like about you is that when the gas i bought is above your the line of where the tank is , there is no back pay but if it is minus, you charge higher than what even the gas station is charging. You need to look into that.

DAYSELY ZI had the trailer for 1 day, they apparently forgot to scan the trailer in and 2 days later charged me for 3 days. I caught the error and called and they said the manager would run the credit the next day. We'll see if that happens.

The check engine light was on, the rpm's were always high and didn't shift well, the ramp was LOADED with concrete chunks and debris when pulled out. I've rented from this location multiple times and it has always been more than amazing but this truck was filthy and needs a good tune up. I hope I am not charged a cleaning charge for it as it was that way when received…

LORETTA CQuite a few issues. Vehicle wasn't where the app said it was supposed to be. None of my pre ordered supplies were ready. Forgot to grab any pads so would like to be refunded for those. App timed out when initially picking up the vehicle so unsure if any before photos were taken.
Randy CA fantastic staff. The guy who cleans as vehicles are returned has awesome customer service skills. BUT….. I hired movers for 4 hours. I was going by the click in the van. The click in the van was an hour ahead I released the guys at their scheduled time I paid them for an hour less than the agreement AND the job didn't get done. I have to rent a van again and find 2 more guys to help me finish the move. Sometimes you just can't win

Frankly you should be more concerned about explaining charges such as your insurance. You quoted me 45.00 and charged 60.00 said I have it 4 day when I have the vehicle for three. This will most likely cost you my next rental. Your reservation practice of trying to up sell me everything is a waste of our time. Just put a opt out of everything button so that we don't have to go through a big list of stuff we aren't interested in.

SONYA IThe truck I rented was pretty beat up. The fuel was at a level (not full), not sure what level, but I was asked to return it at that level. The front desk personnel could benefit from proper and expected customer service training. When I returned the vehicle, there was no one present to provide guidance and direction. I don't intend to use that particular site, possibly U-Haul at all.
STANLEY WEmployee was to busy chatting with his coworker during my pick up. When I went to the truck and opened the door u was hit with an awful smell. The interior was filthy. While driving this 26 ft truck i realize the alignment was off. Highway speed over 50 created a death wobble. When I went to return the truck the building was closed. I self checked out. I clicked the vehicle was not clean and I got charged for it! Terrible experience all the way around.

SARY PI have used this location for a total of 2x. Each time the process went smoothly and very professional. The staff was very nice, polite, and very helpful. I dealt with Lynell the first transaction, and I can't remember the name of the associate that helped this last time-however both of them were great!
TONJI MI called the shop because the van I received was full of eaten sunflower shells, toothpicks and sticky stuff dried on the console and the floor. There were actually sunflower see shells stuck between the window glass and window seal. The dashboard was covered in dirt - I don't think it has ever been wiped down. The windshield had dried mud on it that wouldn't come off with washer fluid, so I cleaned the windshield. We had to sweep out the back of the van before we could use it. I did end up cleaning the entire front area of the van. I own a small business and I deliver balloons to individual and corporate clients. I can't have dirt or other things stuck to the balloons. I do usually put down plastic bags in the back just in case there is something, but I shouldn't have to clean the whole van when I pick it up and then be asked when I return it if I have left it in clean condition. I will keep renting here but the quality control has really dropped off the last few times I have rented a van. I am not at a point to purchase a vehicle for my new business so UHaul is my best option for getting a delivery vehicle. I hope things can turn around. Side note: When I called to discuss the condition I was offered a replacement van but unfortunately I was running late for my corporate delivery and didn't have the time to come back. I will be sure to inspect my next vehicle more closely and go back in for a different vehicle if I find the van is not in usable condition.

BRAYAN SI rented a storage unit at this U-Haul location for about four months. I got the first month free as per the rent a truck promotion. My unit was so clean and easy to move in. I had access to my storage unit all the time. I did not encounter any issue whatsoever. When I moved out, all my things were still intact, no damage to any of my belongings. The storage units are climate controlled, so my things were well protected. The staff at this location are so helpful, friendly and professional. Don't look anywhere else if you're looking to rent a moving truck or storage unit. You will have an amazing experience at this location. Thank you U-Haul Brooklyn Park for your professionalism and friendliness, I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

We were charged more because it was a bigger truck. It did not, in fact, have cruise control. This was a huge bummer for doing 750 miles in a day.

Mike RThe return process after hours was way too complicated and the link was not working even after watching the video. I ended up dropping the keys in Dropbox and just left the truck. My receipt upon getting truck was marked at half tank of gas when it was only a 1/4 full but was expected to return it at 1/2 tank. The lock on back of truck did not work with the key that was provided. Staff was pleasant and helpful with setting up reservation but return was way too stressful. They sent me a link upon getting the truck that I should of opened to document any damages to the truck but did not tell me about it and did not see it until later in the day when it was too late. Not a great experience.

NICHOLAS MThe van I rented only had 1/8th of a tank of gas in it when I rented it. I know it isn't required to have more gas than that, but if I would have been in a hurry, it would have been very inconvenient to have to put gas in right away to do my delivery. When I got in the van it smelled like cigarette smoke that was trying to be covered up with air freshener. The sun visor for the passenger side of the van was broken off and sitting in the window behind the pricing shade. There was sticky residue on the steering wheel, on the inside of the doors, running down the front of the dash board and sitting in the cup holders. When I got back to my shop I needed to clean off everything in the front of the van and sweep out the back area before I felt comfortable putting my product in to deliver it. I don't want dirt on the things I'm delivering to my customers. I have recently rented other vans from this location and haven't had many issues so this rental was very disappointing. I don't believe anyone took the time to clean it or try and fix the visor. I'm hoping my next rental van is cleaner and in better condition.

ENOCK BWorst U-haul experience ever. I received a pick up truck with less than half fuel (just above 1/4). I drove only 47 miles. The lady on front desk should have informed that there will be a fee if I bring the truck with less than 1/4 fuel as mentioned in the contract agreement. I expect this to be told to the customers especially when you are giving a truck with just above 1/4 fuel. Do you expect me to read and understand every line of a 5-6 page contract before signing? I will do it in the future if at all I am forced to use U-Haul but I will make sure not to use U-haul in the future and definitely not this location. I was in a hurry to go back to work and did not fill fuel, thinking that you will only charge for the fuel at double the cost but not for 7 gal and a fee. This is called looting and cheating. It is unauthorised charge from my credit card. I am going to complain to the consumer forum as well as to the bank.
Venkatramana DI dropped the truck off a day early. The man inside (behind the desk) was friendly, told me to leave my keys in the truck and thanked me. When I came out to do that, another employee was sitting in the truck saying that I have to return it to Burnsville (which is not a convenient drop-off for me) and I was told I could drop-off at a place close to where I moved. He then went and got another person who held me there waiting until he "confirmed" it would be okay for me to leave it. They both were very rude to me.
christy vThe staff are always nice and courteous, but it's frustrating to pick up a truck with a quarter tank of gas and one of the first things you need to do is fill it up. I should be able to pick it up with a full tank. There was also no windshield washer fluid. The cab floor was dirty. I just wonder how much attention they pay to these trucks.

James PMy reservation was changed multiple times leading up to the day of rental. I chose Brooklyn park to pick up and then it was changed to Minneapolis, and then changed back to Brooklyn park. I wish it had been consistent.
CASEY WSelf service return pictures repeatedly were rejected. They were NOT outlined in red (as it says they will be) to indicate which ones were unacceptable. I finally deleted them all and started over. I still don't know which ones or why they were rejected. If you don't complete the self service return, they will charge you an extra fee.
JOHN Si have rented trucks and storage from this facility many times. I always had good experience until this time! I was told to go to the wrong truck and could not find the correct one I tried calling the phone number and kept getting coward to the 1890 #:( I told the Ms aged that I would be coming after 9 because my helpers could t come u til then. I was not told that there was no access after 10! I left my purse and my storage unit open because we had one last load to take out and I would have been able to close out the storage unit the next day! Instead, we were locked out! I called the emergency number and no one answered. I called the 1-800 # but all she did was call the emergency number with no luck. Then I called the police, but they could t do anything unless I left a baby in there. I told the manager the next morning that I called the emergency number and no one answered m. He said he goes to sleep at 8 pm and turns his phone off‼️ Totally unacceptable 郎 I feel that I should be co Or dated for my anxiety and wasted time abd the bad information that I received.

I was told at the counter on check in day, luckily we had space at a family member home to store the items that did not fit in the smaller space we were given. I think a message a day before at least would have been appreciated. The employee at the counter was friendly and fast but it did not make up for this inconvenience.
