The person who had me drive my car and load it onto the trailer had me pull too far forward which allowed my front bumper to hang over the trailer. I was unable to unload my car at the drop off location.Charles H.

We were sent off the property with an industrial padlock left on the trailer and before bringing it back we went and bought very expensive bolt cutters but still couldn't get it off. When we brought it back to uhaul, they couldn't get it off with their bolt cutters either so they just switched out the trailers. I would have like to have been reimbursed in some way for delaying us and making us drive all the way back for their mistake.Deborah K.

My experience was great! This is my 2nd time renting a uhaul and I must say hands down I give the team at Broad street in Chattanooga, Tn . Everything was explained well and I felt confident that if there was any issues they were available. That means alot for me being a woman making a move. I will definitely recommend them.Sharon G.
Well run business-I've used them twice and the vehicles were pretty clean (very clean inside) and pretty well maintained. One had a broken sun visor and both needed cleaner windshields-neither had windshield fluid on board. Will continue to use them, though. Friendly, professional, convenient.Mary P.

There was a very long wait time (30 minutes) when I went to pickup the vehicle that I had regsitered for online. Other than that, everything was good. The person that helped me was very nice and polite.Blake S.
I left my guest parking pass in the u-haul, called the next morning after I realized, and the guy said he could not find it. I assume it was thrown away and I was not contacted. Sucks.Patrick C.

We arrived twice to find a line of 15 people. We waited an hour and came back to fine a line of 15 people. The wait was an hour. The app did not work on checking truck back in because it couldn't find our location. Skipping this question would have improved frustration. I've rented with U-Haul numerous times but would not recommend this location. It needs more people working on Sunday mornings.Scott W.

The Uhaul system went down. The Uhaul representative at the location was rude about my reservation and the fact that I was on a time limit. It was not my fault the Uhaul system crashed. After an hour wait, I asked the representative to cancel my reservation because I made an alternate reservation with Home Depot. Then suddenly, the representative was able to manually input my reservation and I was able to rent a truck. I was quite disgusted at the lack of care from the representative and will not rent from Uhaul again.Aleisha M.

I've used this location 2 times now and each time they have been great. My complaint is probably with corporate. I can never reach the actual location to call and update them (i, e, that I was running a few minutes late, or if I had a question). When you call the local number you get routed to a call center where you can wait 20+ minutes listening to prerecorded messages and "due to unusually high volume to callers........." very frustrating. Moving is very stressful but then to not be able to reach someone at the pickup or drop-off point only adds to that stress. I will see if Pendle, Budget or others are more reachable the next time I need a moving truck. Maybe they have the same set up but I will certainly explore other options. Other than that, everything else was ok.Patrick B.

A few months ago I reserved a car trailer at the chattanooga broad street location. I went to pick up the trailer I had reserved and they told me the trailer I reserved was not there and they didn't have one available. They said sorry that happens so I left with no trailer. I rented a trailer this weekend and was scheduled to bring it back at 3 on Sunday. I needed the trailer one extra day. I got a call around 10 today free m a lady that seemed irritated that I had not brought the trailer back. I told her I needed it one extra day. She said she had a customer that needed the trailer. I took it back at 12 today and paid for two days like I planed. She told me they paid the customer $50 because the trailer wasn't there. I was never got offered the $50 when the trailer I reserved wasn't available. I have rented many trailers from Uhaul and I feel like I'm getting jerked around when I wasn't offered the $50 when the trailer wasn't available I reserved. I reserved on line for a specific size trailer 6x12. It was confirmed via email. I showed up on time and was informed that the trailer was not available as it had been rented. I needed a specific size to pick up 12 ft lumber. I was offered a 5x9 and took that but I had to put the load hanging over the tailgate which is what I was trying to avoid. Why would I have a reservation only to be told it's not available?Paul G.
