didn't have the appliance dolly I ordered on line. Manager didn't care. Offered me a regular hand truck. He drove truck around for me then walked off without explaining anything or checking condition with me. I'll try another location if I can't get a Hertz or Ryder.Charles F.

Put average, cause I know some people are not people persons. Did not go inside, the parking area was clean. I put the personal was helpful, we got to the location 20 mins before they opened. He came in and we waited till 7:00 to get out of the car. He was already there and started to check in the car dolly. Should I recommend this place to drop of yes. The contact with the employee is limited, if I had to pick up I would get very upset. It's not my fault he had to go to work. If your not happy with what you do you should quit and let someone who appreciates a job have it. I felt like he was very rude, maybe that's just the way he was as a person. However that's why I said some people are not people persons.John L.

We had complications when returning the truck after hours on a week night. Called the next morning to get it worked out and they said they would call back. That was almost three days ago. Customer service is not in the vocabulary of Uhaul. Very disappointing.Andrew H.

I took a 15 ft truck because no 10 ft were available, but was extremely happy with the 15 ft, it handled well. It was comfortable, the ac was perfect and the radio played well. It took some time to learn the trick of starting it. But very well pleased with the Uhaul experience.Gail A.

I had made a reservation for a UHaul for 7/27/21 and then on 7/26/21 around 2pm had a call from your rep saying that I couldn't pick up at the location because they were closed on that day. The only option was to pick up the truck ar Broad St in Chattanooga. So the day before I had to make adjustments with my movers. I went to the Broad St location to pick up the truck and was told I had to drop it off at the original location I wanted to pick up in the first place? I asked if I could just drop it off there and the rep said no. So I had to drop the truck off at the location at Hixson Pike where I was told it closed in the first place. Then I had to get a ride from a friend to get my car at the Broad Street location. I need to know why I was charged as much as I was when I had to make more adjustments to pay $249 for a truck that was suppose to be picked upStacie W.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life: from beginning to end absolutely horrible. I rented a 15' truck knowing it would make the turn in my drivewayâ€¦instead they send me from my original pick up destination on signal mountain across town 38 minutes to pick up a 26' truck! Not only did it not fit in my driveway it made pulling the trailer much more difficult. I was forced to haul all my furniture up the driveway incline to the massive truck. Once I finally loaded up I was only 35 miles outside Chattanooga when one of the trailer tires exploded to ribbons nearly causing a wreck. After staying on hold for hours with zero communication the tire was finally changed. Then today after clearly communicating to your company that due to the loss of time I wouldn't be able to get the truck unloaded and back on time you had the audacity to call at noon to ask where I was!! Advise the next customer to never leave anything personal in the uhaul because it will be stolen. I left my bag in the truck, once I realized it an hour a later I went back and of course no one admitted to seeing or having the bag. The manager would not review camera footage or do anything to help the situation. I have contacted local law enforcement to provide assistance since this location was not helpful at all.Julian W.

There was a African American guy there. He was absolutely helpful. Now there was also a new guy there (red he'd-not trying to be rude). He was terrible.
