These employees NOR MANAGER follow rules of uhauls having at least 1/4 tank of gas. I was charged wrongfully and management never reached back out to me! I will NEVER use this location or probably just U-Haul period again. U-Haul has gone down drastically and I refuse to support a company who fraudulently charge you and their smallest box truck don't even have ramps. I was not given that extremely important detail when I rented. It was pointless to have the truck because there was absolutely no way I could get my washer and dryer on the ramp less truck!!! I HATE U-Haul and I will NEVER EVER use them again! Penske and budget are better and they have much better customer service.

Owner and employees were very helpful. Equipment is in good condition. Rental and return was very smooth. No complaints.

She immediately brought a pick-up truck for me to drive and she sat on the right front seat to guide me. Excellent service. Later when I came to rent the truck, I saw a van and I think it would be easier for me to drive. The staff agreed that I can rent a van. Both the lady and the man are very nice to cater to the customer's request. No much comments for improvement. Gracias

RICHARD TInclude some free mileage in the price...at least 20 miles free with daily rental. The young man who checked me in and checked me out was very helpful. (The link to upload my Driver's License at check-in kept expiring (within seconds). So, he took care of it. And we accidentally left a "needed" piece of hardware on the truck, he checked the truck at check-in, showed us the part, and inquired if it was ours. That saved us some misery for looking for it and having to replace it. We were pleased about that. Gracias.
LAFRANCINE EVehicle was clean but had a strong marijuana smell. Person checking us out stated vehicles aren't available until next day but online reservations showed 2 vehicles available. Booked online and it was an easy process to then get the vehicle immediately. Pickup and drop off were very fast and easy once we booked online.

After I caught the charge the staff would not remove the charge unless I decided to cancel my reservation. I was in a tight pinch and needed the vehicle… I called customer service they confirmed that safe move insurance was not required to rent from u haul… After I returned the vehicle… I received a call from the store manager and was told that they would not remove the charges… and said "Fuck You with your bid head ass and said that I was banned for making a complaint call to customer service … I immediately called customer service again to report the conversation after whichthey did remove charge and gave me a $50 gift certificate on my next rental… I have not gotten an apology from at this point…
GREGORY MYou could have included taxes along with the rental amount on the app/website. When it's not included, it is an added expense that I didn't need since I was moving to another town. Now, because I thought the tax was included, I am running low on money and praying I can make it the rest of the week. Not exactly a great way to get your life in order, huh?

I walked into the U-Haul location feeling a bit anxious about my situation, but I was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. She listened to my predicament and assured me that she would do her best to find a solution. Within minutes, she located a truck that was available for me to use. MICHAEL RThe primary concern I had was the condition of the tires. I drove through the torrential rain and wind last week, and at least once, the tires spun on a hill. The left rear tire seemed to be the most worn. The bed needed to be swept out. The seats were comfortable, and there was no trouble shifting gears, etc. I appreciated the small backup camera displayed on the rear view mirror.

I was due a $60.00 refund and had to come back the next day; when the manager was in the office. I came back a THIRD time and asked for the manager and was told she was busy and asked to wait again. I told this employee that I was NOT going to leave and come back again. The manager finally came and refunded my $60.00. She was not even nice about it. If I ever need to rent another trailer; I will NOT ago to the place I took the trailer back to.

JUAN BPut gas in and check tires. The display showed it had 13 miles left for gas and here were 2 side wall cuts that n one tire. We called and were told to take it to another U-Haul. We did and they sent us home to call road assistance because the location we were went to does not do tire changes.

She recommended a 10"15. I agreed to the terms and signed the contract. She took me to the location and I began to unload. I told her there was a lock on the door. Confused, she checked the system again and it showed available. After speaking with the manager he indicated it was not. He told her to instruct me to unload in a 10"10 that was available and when a larger one was available I could move and he may help. I had driven all the way from Maryland and not in the mood for stupidity. She located a 10"10 near a second smaller unit. Because we dropped the trailer, my nephew had to pull it to the second location. It had a baby grand piano in it. Say no more. I approached the manager and asked is there any consideration for my inconvenience and could we negotiate the price for the two. He stated, you originally booked 10"10 and that's what you got. We tried to "help" you and get you into a larger, but our mistake, it ain't available. We are not about to give you a free storage unit." I told him I never expected or asked for free but a free apology would be nice and a discount would be better. Needless to say, I would rather pack all items up and move than to deal with this level of customer service. Again, Tish was amazing. And when you make her manager, I will share a better recommendation.
