Honestly have rented U Hauls many times and this was the best experience. Super friendly staff and extremely professional.
Brent HThis is the 2nd time I have rented a trailer for a day or two - the staff is polite and accommodating. The equipment is well maintained and easy in and easy out.

GLEN SIt was a pleasure doing business with UHaul. I would recommend you to others and use you again. There were a few scratches on furniture that could have been avoided by using the furniture clothes that were in a bundle inside the container, unused, but that is a problem with movers hired through the website and not a reflection on the service received from UHaul. Thanks for everything.

Marcial EI did not appreciate the mileage on the truck. We were told when we picked it up was wrong and when we got back, we were told that we went 50 miles over granite. They fix the problem after an argument, but I was very disappointed in the honesty. I trusted that was on the paper at the mileage on the truck was what it said. I didn't know. I had to take a picture Of the mileage on the truck I want a total of 8 miles and I was told they did nearly 58 warning to the wise. Check your mileage when you get in your truck.

RICHARD HWhen I first checked in, I wish they would've told me ahead of time to have an emergency person ready to give their phone number and if there was a second driver. Then I would've been prepared instead of trying to call people while I was standing in line.
Christopher JU-Haul rep called me and said the trailer I reserved was not available. I would have to drive 3x farther away in the wrong direction and pay for a larger trailer than I needed. I asked if I could have the same rate as the smaller since I didn't need the large and was driving further. He agreed. Pick up of trailer was insanely slow and unprofessional. I have never had such a terrible experience with u-Haul. He deleted my reservation that the person online created and started over, charging me full price. It took over 30 minutes to check out. The process included taking a photo of me and my giving two other references for the rental--this has never happened before and was ridiculous--I was renting a trailer! His attitude was abrasive from step one. Eventually the manager took over and did much better. This was a bad experience. It seems like lately every time I "reserve" a vehicle or trailer I'm later contacted and told it's not available. The reservation means nothing. And if u-Haul employees are going to be so abrasive and unprofessional it's time to look elsewhere.

Antonio ESkyler did a terrific job getting us in and out quickly. It was raining that morning and when he noticed, he volunteered to go out and pull the truck up to the door versus just pointing out where the truck was parked. Nice touch!
Steve FI had a very difficult time navigating the mobile app to pick up the truck before hours. The customer service phone number had me on hold for 25 minutes. And the online chat never responded to my message.
TODD TI was treated very well and manager had answers to all my questions and he made me fell welcome. Definitely recommend this place
deivis hThe only inconvenience I found was the truck mirrors, it needs an Allen tool to adjust, and I was not notified about it.

Mark COnly one person working the counter on Saturday morning. Had to wait over 30 minutes for truck. Dropping off was a better experience.
Ruben SBrought the van back early and was questioned about it since it could have been rented again. I called to schedule the van and was not asked how long I needed it. It seemed like there was a disconnect from the phone conversation to the actual need. I was clueless and happy a van was available that it did not register to tell the lady how long it was needed. Did not appreciate the comment about returning it early and time needed by the manager.
Cheri SThey don't have the help to properly do the job. I feel this causes the one employee to be abrupt. They did not have the hand cart I ordered. He did not do the physical check of the vehicle with me. I felt overcharged. The vehicle was very loud. Printer did not have ink so no physical paperwork.

tim ci received a call the day prior confirming the details of my hitch fitting and that if I drop it off by 9am the car should be ready by 1pm. When I dropped it off the manager was obviously frustrated by a system outage but definitely let that override customer service. He told me that the guy who does the service doesn't come in until midday so it won't be ready as planned, I asked if he could contact the installer but he said no I have no way to contact him.. he 'just comes in'. Later in the day I tried to call the store and was unable to get through so I had to get an expensive Uber back to the store hoping it would be done. Once I arrived I met Skyler who was great, he showed me everything I needed to know, got me the parts I needed and explained the options to me clearly with advice.
Scott TBob was awesome to work with - super easy and straight forward. I will be coming back to this location to get all my uhaul needs in the future. I really appreciated everything he did when explaining the process and was great to work with.

And Bob was extremely helpful when he assisted us with the car tow. I had never towed a car before and he gave me some very good advice.

Contacting the location in regards to storage unit and access to the facility hasn't provided any customer and has completely made my moving experience beyond stressful. Provided feedback and concerns to customer service to contact GM of facility after customer service attempted several times to speak with GM no response and being told from customer service the GM will contact me. problems still exist, my moving is still pending and no updates on resolution, all due to u-haul not holding accountable parties accountable to the standards and policies that the company states it value

There was some kind of oil stain and it just wasn't a suitable place to keep a mattress that I intended to use again or really any of my other possessions, so I had to find a different storage facility. They also charge $10 extra per month to have access to your storage unit after 7pm, which was not disclosed when I initially reserved the unit. The staff was helpful and friendly, but everything else about my experience was pretty terrible.
