Very happy with the experience.

ervin T.Extremely understaffed. Only one employee there the whole morning and he was very stressed. He was super nice but he had a backup of five customers and I waited over 30 minutes just to pick up a cargo van that I needed for two hours. Van smelled aggressively of smoke.

The two people who I dealt with, the person who I checked out the equipment, and the one who I checked in were very professional and accommodating. The store manager is always a joy to deal with.

Zackery S.I made reservation in my home town and Uhaul made me drive 13 miles to pick up my truck, trailer was as a separate location so I had to make two stops for truck & trailer. Shift on steering column was very worn and loose. I ordered a dolly/hand cart with my reservation and pick up location said they would not send dolly on one way truck. Never mentioned that to me in reservation process. I ordered 2 dozen moving blankets and pick up site said I could only have 1 dozen

Susan K.Employees were good. Truck door on my 20' truck had such high tension on it that actually jammed itself open and I had to wait two hours with a fully loaded truck to get it unjammed. This is the second incident in a row I have had with uhaul equipment not properly maintained resulting in a delay of my schedule, leading me to unload the truck late at night. The time before this, my truck battery died when my truck was fully loaded because the battery was at end-of-life. I would be surprised if I ever rent another uhaul ever, because even though the employees are nice, the equipment is sub-standard.

Dan L.Bob was the only person available to assist with customers. Although I reserved a truck the day before and checked in on line it took Bob 45 minutes to check me in and give me keys. The contract said my truck had a little over half a tank of gas but when I took possession I notice the truck had only half a tank of gas. After waiting another 5 minutes Bob noted on my contract the gas was indeed only half a tank and initialed it. He stated he would make the adjustment in the system but did not and upon my return at 6:08 was 8 minutes late returning because Bob took so long to check me in he had not made changes and Carlos had to correct my safe home coverage gas charges taking more time about 20 minutes to check me out. Customer service at this location is inefficient
Kimely S.I'm there reviewing they say there always willing to give credit we're credit is due yet in my experience on a early return of my truck they was not willing to shave off the extra charge to give back credit that was due to me Wouldn't even consider it either. Bob credit my ass up out of thereâ€â™‚ï¸ He might as well had of said u haul your ass on if you think there any price reduction!
kimberly S.We were charged $7 for gas even though we had replaced the gas we used and then some! We returned with 7/8 of a tank. We checked in on our phone after hours so I don't blame the particular location. But corporate Uhaul is definitely not on our favorites list.

Lat V.I don't understand the miscommunication between making my reservation and the process to pick up my rental. Why when I make the reservation do they take all my information just so I have to give all the information again at the store. Also the second contact process didn't make any sense, at least make me aware of that when I make the reservation. The gentleman behind the counter ask for a second name and number and proceeded to call my wife three times after I said she's working and won't be able to answer the phone. Very disrespectful, it would have been helpful to explain this before the first call was even made. Then to pay for my rental they said they can't use the card that I made the reservation on because they don't save the information so I used a different card and that didn't work because they had to refresh the system enter all my information again and what do you know my original card showed up and they were able to use it! I think giving this store 1 star was lucky, I should have given 0 stars but I can't and I will never use U-Haul again. Very disappointed and I hope this feedback is confusing as my rental experience was. I won't be surprised once I look into it if I got charged more then once!!

There was some kind of oil stain and it just wasn't a suitable place to keep a mattress that I intended to use again or really any of my other possessions, so I had to find a different storage facility. They also charge $10 extra per month to have access to your storage unit after 7pm, which was not disclosed when I initially reserved the unit. The staff was helpful and friendly, but everything else about my experience was pretty terrible.
