Reserved unit online for $39.95/Mo. 3 totes and a printer box 5X5 unit. Sent student to wrong size unit and now charging $54.95/Mo. and Student is in another state now and can't fix it. Poor management. Sad customer service from Hailie Johnson at this location. Tried to resolve over the phone, but she refused to be helpful!

I attempted to extend a rental that I had and the system assigned me a whole new van. Then when i spoke to the store person she wouldbt let me speak to eplain what was going on and why my card was being declined (because I lock my card to prevent extra charges that im unaware of, so it just needed unlocked) And was calling my wife 4 times in the the 15mins it took me to drive to drop off. SO YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY BALANCE DUE FROM MY RENTAL DUE TO REFUSAL TO ACCEPT PAYMENT ATTEMPTS I OFFERED ALL THE WAY UP TILL DROP OFF. THE WOMAN AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION IS NOW RESPONSABLE FOR REMAINING BALANCE DUE TO REFUSING SEVERAL PAYNENT ATTEMPTS MADE BY ME!

It took forever to even find the truck it said it was one place and it was not, took 37 minutes to help TWO customers in front of me in order to even ask where the truck actually was. I was charged for pads I never ordered nor used. Returned the truck earlier than expected which the site was down and wasn't able to complete the after hours return process so I got charged a ridiculous amount. Never again.

The online process is a bit confusing and it declined my card..much easier just to go in to the store to pick up and drop off since I had too anyway

When I took possession of the truck I was told the tank was full, the gauge appeared to show it was "nearly" full. I drove 9 miles, 9... It took over 7 gallons when I filled it up, the gauge then showed completely full. Either you have the most fuel inefficient trucks (~1.1 mpg) or your employees need to check fuel gauges before telling a customer the tank is full and expecting it returned full (turns out the gauge was initially between three-quarters full and full, but looked as though it was full due to the coloration marks of the gauges). No offer to make it right was given upon return. I guess you're welcome for the free gas.

Only made plans is that you It is so old-fashioned and problematic to not have trucks full of gas before departing. You should have them leave full and return for and get rid of money-making headache. Very non-customer centric.

When I rented the truck over the phone I told that that I wanted to drop off at the 17th street location. After I got the truck and the rental agreement was submitted it gave the drop off as Broadway location which was on the other side of town.

Lower your price!! If I was to recommend a moving truck to a friend I would tell them to go to Penske because of the price!! Otherwise, you guys were great. Since we had already paid out $120,000.00 on cancer treatments, things were tight!

Not ok with being charged $20.00 for dropping off equipment after they closed. My return time was 9 p.m. ane I dropped off at 8:30 but got charged an after hours service charge because they were not there to check the equipment with me! What a joke!

We first tried to pick up dolly in Billings, Mt, we had address to pick up unit, at the last minute got a call stating they didn’t have unit we needed and would have to drive 3 hours round trip to get the correct unit??! Decided to get another unit in Idaho Falls, didn’t seem like anyone knew what unit I had to have for my car size, very poor communication

Excellent customer service by the entire crew! Hailey was more than outstanding at correcting and helping on a few issues that were not in any way associated with her or U haul! She went way above and beyond to make sure that all went well!! I would recommend the Ammon uhaul without reservation!! Simply the best!

I was charged 3 times, and as a result, my bank account was overdrawn. What should have been a simple transaction turned into hours on hold to fix your mistake. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this was by far my worst experience.

We had the girl try to rip us off and said we went 500 miles over the miles! It was a local move! I never Went over 200 miles! They were demanding $260! Big fraud! Super unhappy! They said we couldn’t prove our starting mileage even though they wrote it down wrong! I won Be back!

The transmission on the Uhaul was acting up and shifted down really hard and broke some things I was moving. Maintenance on the truck is necessary. Uhaul worker was kind and said she would look into it

The furniture pads that are left in the back of the truck to rent are in the way. I had already rented 2 dozen and didn’t need the extra. I would recommend letting the renter know that or include those pads when renting.
