Don't move reservation without written notification.
WILLIAM T.From start to finish, this was the best moving experience I have ever had! Great communication via text message, on time and great service in person! Thank you !
Arrived at the location at 9am (my scheduled pickup time) to pick up a 10 foot box truck I had reserved. It took over an hour to speak with a representative because the location was understaffed and 5-10 minutes at a time would pass without anyone in the store while the line stretched back to the door. Eventually a staff member from another department began to help at the registers, only for me to find that the 10 foot box truck I had reserved was unavailable. I was upgraded at no additional charge to a 15 foot truck, however as I needed the truck for a move on a crowded city block, this was a significant inconvenience due to the increased size of the vehicle. The truck I received did not have a functional parking brake. All of the individual employees I dealt with were professional and courteous, though obviously stretched overly thin. There's nothing an individual employee could have done better to improve the experience; this location just doesn't seem to have the appropriate staffing to maintain reasonable service.

Julio G.I had reservations for 1pm. It took almost an hour to get my rental. They walked me all around the lots and no one could find the keys to the truck. It set me back in time. They did give me an extra hour on the truck but honestly the price, headache and being disorganized was not worth it
Jesus R.- I did the online drop off when i got there and while dropping offf the keys we were given a hard time and told we shouldnt have done that. - Also the pricing was high. I rent 26' trucks with lifts from Penske for a cheaper price. - Truck was clean and the pick up was easy

So I show up the next morning they had no other units available for me. Staff definitely tried to help me as far as the truck went , I was overwhelmed, I had to call customer service again so they can reschedule for another unit else where ,which then I get to an is closed so now I had to stay with the U-Haul truck I had two extra days ! But thank God Eagle wing storage was able to help me out especially since I'm disabled Emanuel and Adam were GREAT an helped my husband and I tremendously ! I do appreciate the staff at both Locations for all the Help but customer service Sucks !!

Kristy M.Staff could start earlier in the morning as there was no room specifically in the rental drop off zone. That said, the staff was effective and efficient in the organization and clearing of the rental return zone, making things smooth. A manager aptly quarterbacked team's movements of the returns, resulting in a great experience.

David S.Some of the employees don't know the job. I returned my rental 1.5 hrs after pick up. Man in the lot unhitched it and told me to tell employee inside it was in lot HH. I did and employee said I was good to go. Thanked him and walked out. I was doubled charged for not bringing rental back. Had to drive out and tell them it was brought back and now have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back.
Charles P.The customer service was not the greatest. When I went to get the keys, the cashier was helping every customer around the counter, instead of me. Not sure what's the point of the line. The parking lot needs better signs for direction of what is where. Employees need better training on sign in processes

Arianna L.Went there for hitch, hood cable broke on car, yes it's an older car, we went back to open it. Asked installer for tool to open the hood for him, he said get it across the street in the sales area. Went there, they laughed and said he's being an ass towards you on purpose. Took the car to mechanic to get it open, went back to uhaul and asked him not to shut the hood all the way that way we can get it fixed. He shut it. Went inside and my grandfather was upset, kid behind the counter said stop talking because it was his dad. Yes my grandfather said some frustrating things but if the guy listened it wouldn't have been an issue. Then when we got the bill, it was 45 dollars over the price told to us on the phone when we got the completion call.

Dale K.Hand truck was not available at pick-up even though it was reserved with truck. Couldn't move everything without it being only person moving. Driver's side floor was extremely slippery due to cleaning products used to make it shiny. Windshield and passenger mirror were all smeared and hard to see out of in daytime sun.

Sometimes it does make a difference seeing four people talking amongst each other and having them one at least acknowledge the customer walking through the door. I do still enjoy coming to this location and having someone always ready to help when I get to the counter. But that's the only thing I could think of that could be something to improve on.

Francis S.Question #1asks if the unit well lit and secure. It was an outdoor unit that has no lighting. It has a 2 lock system and a loud alarm when someone is not checked in. (very nice). The round look I received did not fit the large locking latch, it fit the small latch. That was my only concern. All & all it was a very pleasurable experience.

Cassandra B.First I reserved a 26 foot Uhaul from one location 15 minutes away from my home. Went to pick it up and found that the windshield was broken and the passenger side headlight was broken! There was no way I was taking that. I also reserved moving covers and dollies and there was nothing in it. I called and spoke to a nice man about the situation. He found another location which was over 30 minutes away from my house and 45 minutes from where I was. He ensured me that they had the 26 foot truck, the dollies, and the covers. I go to the above location and they proceed to tell me that they have no dollies I can rent but they have them to buy! I don't want to buy them because I have no room to store them or any use for them after this. Bad communication with uhaul and not having what they were supposed to. A lot of wasted time trying to get it.

Easy as asking if I can pay online, nobody knew. Which is terrible. I was literally on my way out until Antonio mentioned auto pay. I am going to be out of the area and I'm supposed to drive 5 hours to pay for my storage? Garbage. When I asked the girl anything she had no idea the answer. Maybe she was new and that speaks to her training but I already can't wait to move my stuff out.

To get from our floor to the loading dock, they wanted you to go to G, change elevators, and then they would take you to 1. Just ridiculous.

Sean B. | First ImpressionsI had to call the police on the manager Franklin because of his erratic behavior after the police were called He told the officers for me to take all my stuff out of the unit immediately officer went on to ask him Yes my rent for the storage unit was up-to-date he says yeah the police officer told him that he cannot kick me out after reviewing u-Haul‘s storage lease then he went onto restricting me from renting trucks in order for me to empty my unit at the end of the day if this location isn’t safe for anyone my suggestion get rid of the manager find a new one and by the way I’ve been with you guys for over 10 years and never had a problem until this manager name Franklin showed up take that into consideration

Doralia V. | Online Move InWonderful over all experience I was considering occupying a 10x10x10 space but unfortunately one was not available on the same floor where I already have a smaller storage space (3rd floor) The GM and his staff did everything in their power to accommodate my needs but were unsuccessful in finding me a spot on my desired floor they did find me a spot on another floor but the troubles it would have caused would have made the occupancy troublesome so I decided not to move in and explained my dilemma to the GM and his staff they completely understood and were able to refund me my cost. What an awesome team. Koodles to you U-Haul.

No one at the store could help remove charges from my bill, so now I have to use a general customer service number that may not help my case. This storage facility would be better off without any of its workers. I will never use Uhaul again and will make sure no one I know uses Uhaul's services.
